From the moment you walk in, the way the hotel smells and look, you know your night will be great.
Perhaps the only thing to improve is a smile and better mood of the people at the front desk. Even though they were polite, they seemed like if they don’t enjoy that much their job. The opposite of the rest of the staff, they were happy and cordial at all times.

I cannot possibly put into words how appreciative we were of the staff. They were so kind, caring, accommodating. Following a family tragedy, they took every bit of stress out of finding last minute lodging for a very large group of people. Beyond the lodging, they provided empathy and compassion. My short stay was great. They have a decent complimentary breakfast served everyday, pool, small gym. The lobby is beautiful and modern and has a bar. It’s clean. Furniture in the room isn’t outdated per se but I can tell it’s a bit old but that’s not an issue for me. The beds were comfortable as well. Overall I loved my stay.

My husband and I had a pleasant experience at the Spring Hill. Staff was very friendly and the hotel it self was up to date with amenities. The only issue I had was hair in the wash cloth and towels. Outside of that one issue, I would definitely stay here again.
