Area is dangerous, I felt unsafe because my door would not latch all the way and could hear the hallway breeze from outside. The shower had black mold, towels were disgusting I felt like I needed another shower just from drying off. The bed was filthy, sheets weren’t clean room smelled of diseases. Floor was sticky and staff worker was unkind to my situation after explaining to him that I felt unsafe and would like a refund after only being there for an hour and a half then checking out.

Nooked 3 nights. The question is would I stay there again.No! There was alot of traffic noise. But was willing to put up with it. Then breakfast was just toast!. Breakfast was the reason I was staying there.
Ask for my money back for the last two night. No problem getting it.

But that comes at a high price.... bad location. Noisy. Homeless beggars loitering. Chain link fence, with barbed wire surrounding the property. The receptionist is protected by bullet-proof glass.
That says it all.

The room was clean. The bed was great. The staff was nice. The outside area was very noisey and the noise could be heard from inside the room. The surroundings around the facility was alarming. There were several police live feed cameras on poles with lights that were monitoring the crime and people around the gas stations and the laundry mat area that surrounded the motel. We had a boat strapped to the top of our vehicle that remained on top and was safe over night so I felt that the parking lot of the motel was safe. The motel had an obvious monitoring system with live feed set up behind the desk area that the staff member monitored as we checked in. The motel area itself felt safe for that reason. I feel the staff member took his job seriously. Over all it was a good experience other than the loud constant noise from the outside that could be heard from inside the room.

Locks were missing. Black mold everywhere. No tissues, no conditioner, no hair dryer, no coffee pot. Very rude front desk. “Breakfast” was instant coffee or juice and bread with jelly or peanut butter. That’s it. We were there in the middle of breakfast hours and there was just 3 slices of bread. Front desk came and checked and said okay we still have bread.

This was my second week staying here. I have come here because it is inexpensive but this time will be the last time I stay here. The first week I stayed here the staff didn't come in my room to clean and when I went to the front desk to let them know it hadn't been cleaned i was told that i needed to request it. I made the request and it was still not cleaned the next day. The second week of staying here there was a man at the front desk that was rude and dismissive when I would request the room to be cleaned. This place is also in a sketchy neighborhood.

I can't say there was anything I liked about the property. The room was clean. Continental breakfast consisted of peanut butter & Jelly sandwiches. Not a continental breakfast. Police, ambulance were there the first night to what looked like an apparent overdose. The smell of weed from some of the rooms was offensive. People hanging out around the hotel that didn't belong there. Not a very good experience.

I will say the room was super clean and smelled nice, but that was the only saving grace. The sounds coming in from the street were loud, no sound buffering, and the neighborhood wasn't great, so hard to sleep with all of the noise. They advertise \"free breakfast\" but it is literally just toast and coffee; no fruit, cereal, muffins, ANYTHING. A toaster and a plexiglass container of sliced white bread with jelly and peanut butter packets.

Hotel Canceled Rooms before Check in time.

I was called at 2:30 pm, even before the 3pm check in time, and was told they needed my rooms. If I wasnt at the hotel by 3:30 pm they were canceling my reservations. I was stuck in traffic and missed the 3:30 pm time, so I booked a new hotel. Absolutely not acceptable behavior.

Area was less than ideal with a poor entrance and a lot of homeless walking around at various times. The room's bathroom door was broken and killed two roaches while there. Everything seemed clean and fresh, but roaches aren't a type of bug that just show up from coming in the door.

The desk staff was very helpful. Especially when I asked to change rooms because of the noisy street traffic and Hot rods.

It was a super simple hotel. No hangers or hairdryer. The bathroom door didnt lock. It shut but didnt really close. It was clean so thats a bonus. There was plaster places in the wall where they were trying to fix holes. It for sure wasnt a 'nice' hotel. But it worked to sleep in.

Worse Hotel I’ve Ever Been Too

It was a lot of roaches and the service was really rude when we asked if we could sit inside because it was cold out and we was waiting for our ride to come and get us. The covers are too thin and there was mold on the shower curtain. The door was barely closed all the way. She treated us like others that goes there an we was not like others we just wanted to be warm until our ride got there.

Appears to be forgotten by Wyndham! When I arrived it was obvious that I was in a poorer neighborhood but it didn't bother me. Upon check in, the clerk was behind glass making communication difficult. The phone was endlessly ringing which he ignored to check us in. When entering my room there was a strong smell of cheap air freshener. My bathroom lacked Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, Kleenex and a trash can. There was no do not disturb sign for my door. I called the front desk but no one answered. I was questioning if my sheets were clean as they looked slept on and reeked of air freshener. Sleeping was difficult because of the noisy street. I was woken in the middle of the night by people physically fighting outside my door. The next day I was harassed by a guest with lewd comments and unwanted advances. The next day house keeping entered dropping off soap but didn't make the bed. Due to lack of amenities and questionable safety, myself and traveling buddy checked out a day early. The clerk was unsure if we would be charged for our full stay or not as only the MOD could make that determination. She suggested to ca Monday which I did but no one picked up.

I didn’t care for anything around there. Won’t stay there again the manger charged me for 3 rooms when I only got 2 rooms,there was roaches in the room homeless people knocking on the door wanting money and food all hrs of the night,drugs and prostitution going on around there. I didn’t feel safe at all there for me and my children but considering I done paid and the time we got back from the concert and everything else going on in the area all the other hotels were full.

This experience was awful!
The room I was placed in had bed bugs.
The night attendant was very helpful about getting me moved into another room at 3:30am.
However, when I dealt with the property manager the next day, she was rude, unwilling to offer any sort of refund, apology or way to resolve this issue and awful experience.

I went to another hotel in the middle of my stay. I was alone and there were people fighting on the stairs and in the parking lot. The room was filthy. But the manager was kind enough to refund me the rest of my stay so I could move.

We stayed in room 201. There were burn holes on the bed, holes in the wall bigger than my hand and no water pressure at all. Barely enough water came out of the sink to brush our teeth. Shower was impossible. There was no counter space in the bathroom either. Overall the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. And there were crackheads all over outside.

On a busy four lane (two lanes each way), so very noisy all evening to the early morning hours. The laminate floors felt dirty and when I walked barefoot, the floors felt sticky. The \"free breakfast\" was disgusting. Alleged apple juice and orange in a dispenser, which I didn't touch. A stack of sliced white bread, to eat raw or to toast. Coffee (the worst) in a push button dispenser to jet the swill into styrofoam cups.

The lid on the toilet's tank didn't fit the toilet tank. But the toilet worked pretty well.

The towels were the thinnest and least absorbent I recall anywhere. I bet they have no problem with guests swiping towels when they leave.

The bed was reasonably comfortable, and there were no bedbugs. Other crawling bugs though, and the morning I left, what appeared to be a cockroach.

The street, sidewalks, and parking areas around the facility were crawling with people who looked like extras from Night of the Living Dead.

But, there was a Sam's Club next door, and there was easy access to I-40.

I didn't hang out there, and just was there to sleep. I would never consider this place if/when I return to Raleigh, and no one who is traveling with a spouse and/or child(ren) should even consider booking a room here.

It is a ghetto area, so many homeless people around that hotel, police cars are driving around area. The room is dark, smelly, unpleasant, old and cheap looking room. I changed my mind and the front desk didn’t cancel my booking, so rude and uptight Indian man. I do t even give a half star for that hotel!

Door to room was not easy to open once card tapped on lock to get into room.
Bathroom door had a loose door hinge so had to tinkle with door to shut and be able to use bathroom.
Found a cockroach walking on tub.
Towels were hard as a rock...super starchy and some had smell to them.
Shower curtain holder was loose coming off wall.

Avoid this property! This is dirty, rooms are not maintained properly, not worth. I checked-in for a night..but looking at the condition, I just moved out and stayed in another location!
Also, on the day I checked in, the front desk lady is least bothered to say ‘hi’ and didn’t even look at me for 10 minutes even though I was standing in front of her for check-in paperwork.

3 day stay.

First thing we've noticed was the room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom walls were peeling off and pelled off. Tub had a burn mark on it. Sheets looked clean. Floor was dirty! Walking from tub to the bed was enough. Outside was crazy too. Lots of parking though. Many restaurants near by, quick trip to downtown. Housekeeping was very nice and showed up everyday.

It's not fancy, it's a Super 8 for a reason.
It's not in Downtown, just a couple of miles away. There is a bus from the main bus depot that's arrives within a 2-3 min walk of hotel. The king bed was good & a few hundred TV channels is a positive.

The hotel was very bad.
Light was coming in the room from the bottom of the door and the side of the door. I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on outside of my room. Not good at all. I was so dissatisfied that I slept in the clothes I had on when I checked in. I was very uncomfortable with the other hotel guests that were there during my stay.

I checked out of the hotel the next morning.
