Rooms, clean and had shampoo and body wash for you to use. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, but when we walked into the room, it smelled like mold. There is a kitchen in the room, but there's no utensils to use to eat with, and no cleaning supplies if we needed to wash dishes either. The towels were clean, but you would have to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's no coffee machine in the room. The stove and microwave were also extremely corroded.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Everything seemed clean and neat. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Breakfast items were good. A $100 safety/security deposit was required but it was explained well. I would stay here again when I return to Raleigh.

I picked this hotel because it was cheap and I was only in town for two days, and boy did the quality of the cheapness show. Made me put down a $100 'damage deposit' that I may or may not see refunded within 3-5 days. Didn't accept cash, you could only use cards attached to a bank. Paint chunks missing in walls, damaged and worn kitchenette, damage in bathroom before I even checked in. AC unit didn't work correctly. Front staff is rude and wouldn't give me an extra pillow when I asked for my fiance. The icing on the cake is that staff managed to lock themselves out when I went to go check out. So I ended up handing the staff my cards outside of the hotel and left. Lesson learned: you get what you pay. Next time I'll splurge for something a little more.

Water pressure was terrible and there weren't any pots or pans in the room. We didn't have a blanket but the staff up front got us one as soon as we notified them. I've been to many hotels over the years. This one is not bad over all and the staff is amazing. A great staff can make up for most shortfalls. The area many great places to dine close by. Costco, Trader Joe's and Wegman's are within a few blocks.

As soon as I entered the room, I was hit by a strong, unpleasant odor from the hallway and inside the room, which made me feel nauseous. The bed was filthy, with the pillow stained by sweat and grime. The carpet was sticky. The toilet wouldn't flush. Even with the radio clock turned off, it emitted a high-pitched buzzing sound. From the neighboring room and outside the window, I could hear loud music, people talking, and car noises until 4 a.m.

I am ultimately disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay at this Extended Stay Hotel location. While the receptionists were helpful during the check-in process, that’s where my satisfaction ended. The room was unbearably hot when we entered, and it did not feel or look clean at all.
When I say I will never stay at this hotel again, I mean it. If I hadn't arrived at 1 am, I would have gladly taken a financial loss and gone somewhere else. I can’t believe I drove over 10hours to stay in this!

My kids were even scared to lay down. The picture they took to place on line must have been taken when the hotel first opened or taken form another website.
I wish I could get all my money back, but I know that’s unlikely. However, you can rest assured that I will never stay at this Extended Stay Hotel again!

I didnt actually get to stay at this hotel. Customer service was atrocious. I waited iver 20 minutes to check in, told the receptionisy that, they immediately got an attitude, rolled their eyes, said they couldnt find my reservation then denied me a room. I asked to speak to the office manager and the person claimed to be the office manager. I am an office manager and I would NEVER treat my customerrs i. The way I was treated.

There was nothing unique about the property. The inside of the building was so stinky that it was unbarbly. I requested a non-smoking room, and the room I was given was not. I had to spray perfume all over the room. The bed felt like plastic, and it was dirty. The bathroom sink has all sorts of stains over it. The elevators were dirty and stinky. I spent one night and checked out. My clothes were so smelly I had to air them out at the next hotel I stayed. I completely hate that hotel. It was not what it looked like on the website. They should close it down and thoroughly clean it. Completely wasted my money.

The stay itself was fine. The service could have been way better. The hotel is old. Old furniture, loose ceiling paint and cracks in just about everything. Also, a $200 security deposit was not mentioned on the website, but taken at check in. When I checked out, the rude host told me that they had to check my room for damages before I was credited back my $200. As old as that hotel is, there is very little damage that anyone could do. Avoid this hotel if possible. The room was absolutely disgusting. Food on the counters, sand all in the floors, everything was sticky, mold in the bathroom and floor was curling up by the tub. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot all day and night drinking and smoking something that did not smell like tobacco or weed, if you get what I’m saying. We wound up leaving and not even staying the night. The guy at the front desk was really nice though.

The room was ok. The bed wss a little small, but manageable. When my daughter and I walked into the room the window was cracked open and we tried to close it but the top would slide close and the bottom would not and vise versa. So we left it alone. The toilet leaked around the base everytime you flush it. And they really need to do something about their parking lots, add more on or something. We were out late and came back and literally there were no parking spaces. I rode around the building 3 times before I finally decided to squeeze my SUV in between a work truck and another vehicle. They have cars taking up spots their with no tags, it's ridiculous. And people hanging outside just staring at you. I didn't feel comfortable where I had to park on the other side of the building.

This hotel is the closest thing to home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking dinner and the bathroom is big. Ms. Chenek helped us find the perfect room so that we could stay for an extended period. Because of her we have been able to stay for over a month! Thank you!

The hotel wasn't five start but the staff was helpful and friendly and the price was affordable! Our room had clean sheets and towels but required a surface clean which we had to do ourselves. Some of the guests didn't seem to follow Covid mask rules but we are from out of state and possible NC isn't as strict as where we live.

Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at . It smelled of cat pee , dog and smelly feet . It seems to cater to a lower element of clientele who stay up late at night ,smoke pot and talk loudly. We were awaken our last morning by a lady who was screaming while holding a baby , outSide our window . She was mumbling incoherently when I went outside to help her. It was obvious to me she was strung out on drunks .
The hotel is however in a nice area . I would recommend picking a different hotel if you want to stay in the area .

The first room had a broken refrigerator and smelled like smoke, they moved me and after that it was fine. The internet was a bit unreliable at times, but nit so much so I couldn't work. Nothing really wrong with the place per se, but nothing really super with it either.
