Breakfast was pretty good (cold butter doesnt melt well on waffles though). The staff was all great except for one at the counter saturday night. We talked to another staff member the next morning & they explained something that helped. But i just wanted to get coffee for our room the next morning & we were not able to get it that night.

The room had a musty smell when we first walked in. The TV wouldn’t work at first but the front desk lady came quickly and fixed it. I’m pretty picky when it comes to where I sleep and shower. So those 2 things already had me skeptical. However, once we took a shower and laid down, I felt better. I no longer noticed the smell. The bed was very comfortable for my husband and I. The AC was super cold! We love it cold! The water in the shower was hot. We would stay here again.

I booked through Expedia which incorrectly has it listed there’s a hot tub. Annoyed by this as I wasted bringing swim clothes. The room was ok it very much needs a deep clean. The shower didn’t drain very well.

Brittany at the front desk was unbelievably rude! She has no business being in customer service! I was in town on a business trip. I got to the hotel and had a late check-in. I woke up about 815 and went to have breakfast, or thought I was going to. There was one little egg left and my partner took it. I asked Brittany if they were going to bring more eggs out and she told me no because the breakfast closed in 30 minutes. And then she proceeded to tell me in a in an abrupt abrasive tone, “the eggs come in 12. I mean, I can bring out 12 eggs if you want a whole dozen eggs!” I mean with that tone, of course I wasn’t going to accept the offer. I honestly felt like I was a child and I was scolded by my mother for coming in late from playing to eat dinner. Attention Sam, the manager, you should really address her attitude. You don’t ever shut down breakfast 30 minutes early because your employee doesn’t want to be inconvenienced. After paying the amount I paid for the room, I shouldn’t have to deal with that!

The check in qent smooth and he was polite. Our room was beautiful and worth the extra money having to hot tub in the room. It was our honeymoon and well worth the expense. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and very spacious. We had a wonderful time.

the rooms are spaceous and comfortable.had a problem with the first room,TV not working,2nd room had a little musky smell,but was ok.had again problem with the TV.screen too dark,however BRITTANY at the front desk went out of her way to fix the issue.the owner himself showed up and fixed the tv.love the pool.overall had a very nice stay.will be back.

First, they double charged me for this reservation and would not refund it. Second the room was not clean and was in poor condition. The staff was not helpful with the double charge, this hotel is a scam. The manager was supposed to contact me and I never heard from him and could never get ahold of him. Do not book a reservation here it is a scam.

This hotel is not what I expected first when u walk in there is a smell. When I came into my room even worse the smell was horrible like it had been closed for a long time my allergies went crazy from being in the room. Both bed under need were dirty. Carpet is dirty. It was just an unpleasant walking into a room that felt so dirty and had dirty bed covers just very un happy with the experience. Won’t ever come back.

We checked in and went up to our room. We had not yet unloaded our luggage from the trolly. My niece said, "what is this?" and we looked at the bed and found live bug larvae on the bedspread of both beds. I went down to the office and explained to the lady and showed her pictures I had taken of the bugs. She acted like I was making it up and messaged her boss. They had one room left and it only had one king bed and a pullout sofa instead of 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. I asked her if the new room would be any cheaper than the one we originally wanted and had reserved. She looked at me like I was crazy and never answered,
We got into the new room and hurriedly had to leave to meet people for dinner. When we returned, my niece pulled down the bedding on her side of the bed and a popcorn kernel bounced out.
We just threw up our hands and decided to just deal with it as it was a holiday weekend and available rooms were few.
We never even heard I am sorry or anything from the staff or management.

We went with a person with lung cancer, and the three rooms on different floors smelled like mold. We had to go out to buy something to try to sleep. It seems like the sheets haven't been changed in the rooms. We were coming from Canada, and in Canada, we've never had such a bad experience in a comfort-in as we did here. It was really dirty and smelled awful. Not to mention that the poor guy who works at the front desk was also in charge of cooking. It really made us sad. Don't expect too much food because they don't serve much, it's as if they don't have enough staff. Honestly, if you can stay in another hotel, do it. It's scary for your health to stay here. I had to cover my child with a towel that looked clean.

Desk clerk upon checkin was surly and demanded a deposit of $25 cause I had made my reservation through Expedia. Expedia never mentioned any such deposit. bed bugs and messy rooms, rude staff. save your $$

my family and i all booked rooms at this hotel for our vacation (4 rooms total). my room had pubic hair in the sink and bathtub, along with holes and stains on the bed sheet. i also had a towel with blood stains on it.

my sister who has 2 babies, had bed bugs in her room. we were out at the beach all day saturday, came back to shower and rest. she didn’t become aware of the bed bugs until she was actually getting ready for bed that she saw them crawling, and had blood stains on the sheets. they bit both of her babies. when we brought this to the attention of the staff, they were very rude and accused her of bringing the bed bugs with her, and also said “you’re just now noticing?” at 11pm. yes she had only just noticed because no one had been in bed or in the room all day. it wasn’t until she was getting ready to put her babies to sleep that she saw them crawling. also, how would it be possible that she brought them but no one else in our family have them? makes no sense. they told her they couldn’t give her another room because they were fully booked, but they did eventually move her down to the 2nd floor with a different room layout.

my other sister’s room was a complete mess when she first checked in. the bed wasn’t made, there was no towels, and the room was dirty. we let the staff know, and the staff told her she has to request room service in the morning. absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable as it should’ve been freshened up by staff before new guests arrived.

The room had a moldy smelling oder. Had to buy febreeze from walmart to make it tolerable. Towels had holes in them. There was leftover food under the air unit. Room key stopped working 4 times and staff didnt care about the inconvenience of us constantly having to come to the front desk to get new keys. Breakfast didnt have a lot of options and the sausage was a gross light gray color.
Front desk staff was not engaging at all. Or cordial. And although they knew there was a known issue with our door lock, they didnt once apologize or explain. We found out from the cleaning staff on our way to check out that the hotel knew all along about the faulty key lock.
