Very helpful and kind staff. Great breakfast, clean rooms. There isn’t an elevator. Didn’t affect us at all but worth mentioning in case someone has issues with stairs or incredibly heavy belongings.

The location is fine if you like a 15min walk into town (which we do). However, the reception staff member never mentioned it was walkable when I asked how to get back into town. So we got taxis.

The images of the property present it in the very best light.
The room was small basic but clean. Bed was very comfortable.

We were in room 105, top of first flight of stairs in main building. I was woken 3 or 4 times in the night by guests and the night staff having a chat in early hours. The stairway acts channels the noise extremely effectively.

In the morning, we were leaving before breakfast (was included). However, the staff would not give us a bottle of gratis - even though they didn’t have to provide breakfast.

Split Old Town

This us a great apratment for those that want to be in Split's Old Town and literally a 2 minute walk from the palace, restaurants, and the water. This location makes it eqsy to jump in and out of your apartment as you wish. The aprartment has plenty of room and is very clean. The one caveat is that you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs that are a bit narrow. This wasn't a problem for us but could be for some. The town is charming and clean. The people are very friendly and engaging.

Our room had a great view from the balcony, but the space was tiny. Ideal for one person, but two people had to plan ahead to move about the room. To sit on the toilet required one to rotate 45 degrees so that one's knees did not hit the cabinet under the sink.

The property is impeccably clean and comfortable. It’s well updated on the interior finishes. Breakfast was diverse with yogurt, baked goods, fruit, cereal, juices and eggs if you asked. Getting to the property from the port/town is easy on the pedestrain walkway... keep this in mind on your arrival. I took a loooooong walk up many hills on the advice of google maps. The walk is about 15-20 mins and is beautiful. The beach is close by which is nice. Don’t spend extra on a “sea-view” room as you’re likely to have an obstructed view...I had a huge palm tree at my door...along with a very bright exterior light. And, who wants to sit in the hotel anyway. The property says there’s a “bar” but it’s more like ask the staff for a drink. They didn’t have wine when I asked, but I suspect it could be purchased close by. All in all a great stay in Hvar... I wish I’d arrived sooner and stayed longer.

Disappointed and expensive

While the staff made many efforts to improve our stay this hotel was disappointing and very expensive for what it offered (AUD 286/night). Rooms are non smoking but we were on the lower floor and either guests there or a permanent resident smoked and the smell infiltrated our room. We made complaints and were offered a twin room upstairs instead but preferred the double bed so stayed where we were. Staff were very apologetic and gave us breakfast complimentary in attempts to improve our stay. The staff are trying hard but the hotel ultimately was not at the standard we would expect for such a charge (later advertised at AUD178/night). Unpainted msg doors and door frames throughout added to the feeling renovations were not yet complete. The work that has been done is clean and neat with new furniture, beds and kitchen fitout. More staff at breakfast would also allow tables to be cleared preventing wasps from gathering. This hotel needs time to improve.

Good stay!

We were 2 couples staying in the apartment in Aug 2018. The hotel location is good - a short walk up a flight to stairs from the waterfront. Comfortable and spacious apartment with 2 rooms with ACs in each room, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite and one outside), a living room and balcony - perfect for 2 couples. Reasonably priced too given we went in the peak summer holiday season. Good service from the reception desk - smooth check-in and gave us good tips on where to relax and eat around town. Would definitely consider staying there again.

The hotel was modern and clean. It's a short walk up the hill, but easy access to the main water pathway. Reception was excellent in accommodating requests. The breakfast was good. Rooms had good space for storage and views of both garden hillsides and the water. Would stay here again on my next visit.

Good enough.

Disappointing start, found dead bird on balcony, army of ants on it. Obviously been there a while, questionable cleaning.
No 'do not disturb' sign, cleaner woke me up.
Other than that, pretty decent, i would use again. Supermarket close by and decent restaurant above.

Friendly good value hotel.

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished apartments for just over a week from end of September to early October 2017. We had no problems with noisy guests although the experience might have been different had we visited mid season. The fully equipped apartment was quite spacious, comfortable and air conditioned . Housekeeping came daily to clean, make the beds and provide fresh towels. Our apartment, and the hotel generally, were spotless. Without exception the staff made us feel very welcome. They were professional, friendly and keen to provide advice and help when needed. This included finding and booking a hotel in Split for our last night as we had an early flight the following morning. Although we were self catering we opted for the hotel breakfast on two mornings which cost extra but featured a reasonable range of continental and hot food options. This was our first trip to Croatia and we were glad we stayed in this hotel which provides excellent value for money for a 3 star facility.

We had a wonderful apartment with a fantastic view over the Pakleni islands. The apartment was very clean and modern.Wifi excellent. We did self-catering (shop nearby) but Pharia also offers a nice breakfast.Walk to town is about 20 minutes using the stunning coastal path, otherwise it's 10 minutes on less scenic route.
Highly recommended!

Nice hotel close to both the coast and the town

A basic hotel with friendly staff and spotless rooms. It has all you need for a comfortable stay, with excellent air conditioning in the rooms. The buffet style breakfast had ample choice for all tastes with a small menu from which omelettes and other hot food was also available as required. Only 15 minutes stroll along the coastal path into Hvar centre and the harbour, with its plethora of restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

A family friendly Mediterranean stay

While a little hard to find the apartment complex is very well located and very functional for a family holiday. It is only 50m from the beach and 2 min from two different but equally attractive beach bars: one loud and trendy and very popular with the young and one more quiet and very pleasant. Both serve food. The town is only 10 min uphill or 20 alongside a lovely path. Staff have been extremely helpful and friendly, helping with restaurant bookings and numerous questions always with a smile. The apartments are new, clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Not good value

This is a hotel where you are paying for location. The folks at the hotel are lovely and accommodating. Hvar is a see and be seen place so if you are looking for peace and quiet and off the beaten path this is not the place. It is basically overpriced for what you get ( and I have travelled the world from Europe to Middle East, Asia and North America. Bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept on and I generally sleep anywhere. Noisy with drunk people going from one room to the other. Hotel is not responsible for that but beware this is a party place. Just not my kind of overpriced place.

Great Ocean View and Friendly Front desk.

There were 4 of us in a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. We were able to have a good time while we stayed in the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby and Hula Hula Beach Bar is very near. The hotel desk people were very friendly and gave us a lot of information. I do recommend this hotel but remember that is not in the city center and you will have to walk about 20 minutes to get to it, but it is a beautiful walk.

Looks nice but devils in the details

The hotel staff was very nice and the included breakfast was good. The room was mostly clean except there was some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The windows were left open before we arrived so we had to kill several Mosquitos. During the night the bathroom released an awful stench that smelled like raw sewage. It wa as pretty cheap rate so I guess we got what we paid for. But we would not stay again.

If you are driving to Aparthotel Pharia it is very difficult to find. It's better to get a taxi. The shower did NOT work well at all and we had to request help with it several times. The staff are very nice and responsive.

This is one of the best apartment hotels I've been to. It is conveniently located for all travellers. The center(main harbour) is a 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. The walk from the hotel to the center is so beautiful and scenic. One of the most popular bar Hula Hula is hardly 5-7 mins away walking. You don't need cabs or other transport. The hotel was in a great condition and gave a very warm vibe. The rooms were very spacious, very clean and fully furnished. It had all the basic amenities that a traveller could possibly want like wifi n stuff.I highly recommend travellers this place and would be staying here for sure on my next visit.

The room had a strong cooking odour that we always noticed and air freshener could not change. Although the hotel is an easy walk to beaches it is a 20 minute walk to Hvar town square. The hotel is also popular with groups of young men who were drunk and noisy at night. Not recommended

A perfect getaway

A lovely place to stay in Hvar. Just outside the town so an easy and beautiful stroll when you want to go there to eat / drink. It is also less than 5 minutes away from a series of gorgeous little rock beaches. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Great aircon and wifi connection as well as lovely breakfast options. Staff pretty nice and helpful also!

Great place for larger groups. We booked a 2 bedroom room for 204 kuna it had 2 full baths, a full functioning kitchen, a pull out couch and TV plus a balcony. Very spacious, super easy walk to the beach and town. The staff was great - very friendly and they gave us a lot of tips for getting around. They also held our luggage for us after check out so we could spend more time walking around.

Location was too far away from city center and really difficult to find. Asked for directions and was told an easy 5 minute walk and not hard to find. Not true at all. Once we found this place the room was adequate and service was OK. No soap or shampoo in the place.

It's all about the people!

It would be a mistake to judge this hotel against the usual US, Australian or British standard. Sure there were things it lacked like a pool or gym or tea and coffee making facilities, but it got all the basics right and it had one overwhelming advantage in the staff. They were genuinely helpful and knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. Over our stay we got to know some of them quite well and the stay began to feel more like a home stay than a hotel experience. You won't get that at your typical \"big\" hotel. The \"breakfast girl\" (sorry I can't remember her name) was a joy, and Sanja and the front office crew were uniformly excellent.

Nice hotel close to beach

Hotel staff very friendly & helpful. I was concerned about landing late and missing the last ferry to the island and emailed them. They wrote back and reassured me about the journey & kept check in open until I arrived just past 11pm. They were only a few people staying at the same time as me and they gave me upgrade from single room to an apartment which was very nice touch and gave me more freedom to choose during the week stay.
It is very close to other properties so, if peace and quiet is important to you then be aware that noisy groups can spoil that for you.

A tale of two rooms

I have given this hotel mostly \"3:s as our original room (204) was awful but the apartment we were moved into was excellent!Room 204 had only lukewarm water and it had no sink plug so shaving was tricky - plus the only mirror was over the toilet! There were two dangerous sockets, one broken and the other very loose. The lack of maintenance was apparent in the wonky/loose wall heater, toilet roll holder and soap dispensers. There was hardly enough space to sit on the toilet without getting cramp! When we pointed out these shortcomings, together with photographs, we received profuse apologies and were moved to an apartment in a separate building. The water was very hot, it was spacious and everything functioned well. They assured me they would fix all the faults in Room 204. The location is a little far from the centre of Hvar but very close to the best beaches.

The staff were super helpful. The room was clean and tidy and there was a second room with a sofabed and TV. The sea view was great and included the nearby islands which could be enjoyed from the chairs on a large two sided balcony. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant value for money

Fantastic stay at Pharia. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town, but the walk along the front is beautiful. The staff could not be more helpful or friendly. They offered great advice tailored specifically to you.

The hotel rooms are all that you need. Modern enough and well equipped. Very clean and wifi provided. Location is great, and so is the price! Breakfast was delicious, a great range to choose from!

Lovely apartment near Hvar Town .Easy walk around the coast. Scenery stunning. Lots of lovely places to eat. Apartment block was quiet but unfortunately near an apartment block that was noisy late at night. Hvar Town was stunning as was the coast.A bus trip to Starigrad was scary as the bus negotiated the narrow roads but worth it. Trip to Jelsa was disappointing. Recommend Garifield resturant on the edge of the habour.

Very clean and close to Hula Hula Beach Bar

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aparthotel. It was nothing fancy, but very clean. The ladies at the front desk spoke very good English and were very helpful with recommending restaurants, etc. It was very close to Hula Hula Beach Bar, which was great. About a 15 min walk to the main square, which we didn't mind because it was along the water! We would definitely stay here again.

Was pleased with the staff and rooms. We booked 2 rooms to fit 7 people but one of the rooms was just too small to fit 4 so we asked them if they had anything bigger available. They were kind enough to get us a bigger 2 bedroom apartment without charge. The walk to Hvar is about 15 mins but you walk along the coast and it's really beautiful. Hula hula bar is also super close and that ended up being our favorite bar to day drink and lounge at.

Exactly as Described and expected for the price

We didn't spend long here, we checked in on a wet and stormy night at 11 pm while the concierge was playing cards waiting for us to arrive. We were directed to our room and were very happy with our initial impressions. Couldn't expect any more for the price and rating. In the morning, breakfast was nice. Well stocked and good food. Don't forget to ask for any of the cooked products. It's a 10 minute walk to town. Unfortunately we got caught in a hail storm, but otherwise it would have been an easy and pleasant walk.

Nice Hotel, bit of a walk to downtown

We had a lovely stay at Aparthotel. Our room we were pleasantly surprised had a full kitchen. It has a nice but small beach nearby, but is about a 15 minute walk to the main part Hvar. This was not a problem for most of our stay, and there are a number of beach bars between the hotel and the downtown, but I would definitely recommend taking a cab from the ferry to the hotel, as it was a bit of a trek for us with our luggage and it is uphill.

You must go to Hvar!

Hvar is such a beautiful place and this hotel was a little way from the Port (probably 10-15 minutes walking) but was really close by to the popular beach bar Hula Hula. There is a small rocky beach also quite close to the hotel which makes up for the lack of pool. The air conditioning was amazing and the apartment spacious, easily sleeping four people with a good kitchen and bathroom. Staff were hit and miss with advice, and check in poor, but overall I liked this hotel.

The apartment was perfect for our family of four, with everything we needed. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and it was lovely having a small balcony. The location was excellent in that it was a three minute walk to the sea but far enough from the town that it was quiet. Around the corner, opposite from Hula Hula bar, is a lovely little restaurant with hammocks and great food for lunch or sun downers. The walk to town is about 15-20 minutes which is completely manageable and a lovely stroll along the sea. Highly recommended.

Really inexpensive and still nice!

It was the best price/quality ratio I've ever seen! I had a single room with balcony and double bed with breakfast and was more than satisfied! It took me circa fifteen minutes to walk to town \"centre\" but as the route was pedestrian only and by the sea it really was pleasant. I slept with balcony door open as the only sound was birdsong.

Bra läge nära vattnet med stora utrymmen. Trevlig anläggning, saknade dock en pool.
Tyvärr är städningen mycket dålig, utförs bara var tredje dag och då på ett extremt slarvigt sett. Vi var där under 10 dagar och badkaret städades under tiden inte alls.

Small & pity old apartment though I selected the 2-room apartment and feel not very clean. Limited facilities within the apartment. You have to walk up many stairs made you frustrated, especially when you taking heavy luggages.
The reception was helpful and guide you the shortcut to downtown and introduce restaurant of your budget.

Rent och fräscht hotell med gångavstånd till staden och bad längs strandpromenaden. Nära supermarket!

Hvar Aparthotel Pharia

Hotellet låg lite i utkanten av byn, men det finns en fin strandpromenad. Mycket bra läge nära havet och en liten stenstrand, ca 50 m. Klippstrand utmed strandpromenaden med stegar. En del sjöborrar men det går att bada utan skor. Nära Hula hula bar om man vill ha after-beach fram till kl 22. En liten mini-livs fanns också uppåt backen. Missa inte Mlini beach med en taxibåt för 50 kuna eller en privat rib för 100 kuna.

Très bon séjour à l’appartHotel Pharia

L’appartement est situé à 15 minutes du centre ville de Hvar mais l’accès y est très agréable car en bord de mer.
Une plage est située juste en bas de l’appartement.
L’accueil Pharia est parfait et très serviable (vous pouvez y laisser vos valises en toute sécurité si besoin).
L’appartement était très propre. Je recommande cette adresse.

흐바르 섬은 페리 문제가 있다보니, 24시간 운영되는 프론트가 정말 반가웠어요. 그리고 침실 2개에 욕실도 2개인 호화로운 숙소! 5분만 걸으면 바다!! 코엎에 마트와 맛있는 피자집도 있고요 ㅎㅎ 아주 만족한 숙박입니다~
