Property is very pet friendly, nearly everyone had a dog. Rooms quite small. Walls pretty thin. Not great with lots of dogs. Limited dinner menu, breakfast very basic and ran out quickly. Parking fills up very quickly and then you have to park off site.

The exterior and grounds were unkept. Awning was moldy. Very disappointing. Draft beer was overpriced for an unkept hotel. Plank flooring in room had very wide gaps between the boards, full of dirt. Room was very old and disappointing. Would not recommend or go back.

Overall a good stay with friendly staff who were very helpful. Pet friendly. Only negative was the aircon did work properly, set it be cold and only hot air was coming out. Slept with the window open all night in the end, due to the room being so not.

Stay here regularly but the parking has just got so bad. Can hardly find a space and the advertised car chargers are either being used or blocked by cars not even using them

Stayed here many times before. The parking and use of the EV charger is becoming more and more difficult. It is hard to park. Repeatedly being blocked in by other cars. The EV chargers share bays with Disabled Bay so this visit there were 2 Disabled vehicles so the EV chargers could not be used.
The staff were amazing trying to sort it out but becoming so much of an issue I may have to look at other locations.

2 nights stay. Its a transit/stop over hotel. Its a minimalist hotel, with good front desk staff. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good size, clean and bathroom was good. One major complaint would be the AC, ineffective, seems a common complaint with this hotel. Supermarket next door, less than 5 minutes walk, which is a plus.

All was good. As expected. Food was nice in the evening. All freshly cooked.
Only issue was the AC that was not efficient. Got quite hot overnight.
We are back there in a few days so we will see if it was just our room.

The room was fantastic, nice and big and very comfortable. Easy parking. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but I would highly recommend this place. Nice have an elevator and dolly to help bring up our luggage. Loved the place.

Easy on-site secure parking. Quck & efficient check in. Comfortable spacious room enabled a good nights sleep after a long drive. Adequate selection of food & drink from the dinner menu at a realistic price. Breakfast buffet was good howerever no hot food.
The staff performed as a great team and all were very pleasant with so many genuine smiles.🙂
A very reasonably priced fuel station right next door when exiting the hotel car park.

Traveling with a wheelchair

Excellent experience. My husband broke his ankle a couple of weeks before our trip and we therefore had to travel with a wheelchair (and crutches). This hotel was excellent for wheelchair access, our room was spacious and the bathroom completely user friendly with grab rails, high loo seat and wheel in shower with seat. Makes life so much easier. I never thought I would be commenting on these types of things but truly appreciate the lengths to which the hotel has gone to make things easier. And the staff too have been so friendly and happy to assist where possible. Big thumbs up here all round. We have stayed hear before and will do so again whatever our circumstances.

Ok for a budget stopover, a clean, modern hotel. Rooms small but ok apart from heating which was completely uncomfortable too hot. So hot we slept with the window wide open (in January) and still couldn’t make the room comfortable to sleep.

Exceptional value and great service!

The staff were very friendly, thorough and welcoming, and our little dog even received a treat from reception. Our room was clean and very comfy with a spotless bathroom.

The staff went above and beyond travelling for 18 hrs we were hungry the resturant was closed we asked them if they would order us in a pizza, the managment made both of us a pizza yhe place is lovely and clean we had two dogs and the first time for staying in a hotel with dogs and all i can say is that it put all my worries at bay and we will definitely be staying again

Lots of dogs staying with guests which isn’t a problem until they fight or are left in room alone and non stop barking. Food in restaurant is very basic and expensive but tasty.

This is a very good hotel. Everything Is very clean and Covid regs were followed precisely.
We have stayed here before and find the beds very comfortable and rooms spacious. There were a few simple options for an evening meal but it was well cooked and very reasonable. The buffet breakfast is usually good and we were disappointed that we just had a set tray of food at breakfast . Even though this is probably due to Covid restrictions we would have liked to be informed beforehand

Overall it was an average stay. Majority of staff were not really helpful and seemed to ignore us when we had questions or simply wanted a beer to drink.

Paid for a room with two beds but in reality the other bed was a pullout sofa that was extremely uncomfortable. Starting the Camino with a sore back was pretty awesome.

The wifi was slow. Ended up just using my phone's data plan.

If you are expecting high end, don’t go here, but if you are just looking for a place to stop and rest, it’s a good choice. Room smelled and wasn’t the cleanest but it was a decent size. Bed was not comfortable!!! People at reception were very friendly and helpful. Food was decent!! The area is so so but getting into San Sebastián will only take you 20 minutes!

Great hotel for an overnight stop, in our case on the way down to Portugal. Staff are very helpful and speak perfect English. The room we had was spotless and very modern. The bathroom was good but only provided a dispenser with liquid soap for everything! The bed was very comfortable and the window was openable which we appreciated. The only downside was a lack of a safe. We had a meal in the evening which was ok for the price but a little disappointing for non meat eaters. However the breakfast buffet was very good value and there was a large selection of various foods. We will certainly stop here again when travelling through Spain.

This was the first time that we have stayed at this hotel and what a delight. Easy to find and secure free parking. The bed was so comfy. Large bedroom and really clean. Ideal. An OK hotel. Beware rip-off charge for dogs.

The hotel is easy to find and the parking is secure. The breakfast offered a fairly wide choice and was good quality. It is worth driving 10 minutes down the road to Hondarribia for an evening enjoying tapas pinchos, wine and beer. Perhaps get a taxi?
What I don't like and will be the reason I don't book this hotel again is the fact that they charge me 15€ to allow my dog to sleep on the floor in our room. I've never been charged that much before and I'm not giving this company the chance to charge me that again. Rip-off on a grand scale.

Friendly staff

The hotel was very comfortable for an overnight stay - its in a semi industrial/commercial area on the outskirts of town but close to Bentake railway station.
The hotel was clean, comfortable with great facilities - however the staff were very uncommunicative - they all looked as if they would rather be somewhere else! Wasn't a major problem for us but just took the shine off what could be an excellent hotel.

This was an ideal location for my overnight stay, driving to Caen in Northern France from Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, Spain
The hotel is quite basic but for a one night stopover quite adequate. However the restaurant was closed for renovations, this was not disclosed at the time of booking, although it had obviously been closed for a little while. This meant having to go elsewhere to eat, not ideal after a 500 mile drive.
