The hotel is very isolated. The rooms are clean, but tired and stark. Staff at reception were good, but didn't really help. The restaurant staff were ride and unhelpful. This hotel is ok for a one night stop at a push.

Conveniently located near the highway and a gas station. Easy access to airport about 10-15 minutes away. San Sebastián is about 25 min by car. Great for families - large rooms. Convent restaurant on premise with good dinning options.

Everything was good, apart from the hair dryer, it was not functional, no electricity near the dryer to make it work as the hair dryer is fixed to the wall near the mirror. The telephone is not connected to the reception, no info at the arrival how to contact the reception service if any questions

The Cons - Definitely bring some ear plugs as the walls are paper thin and there's lots of door slamming, loud TV's and other noise to contend with. Also, whilst the gentleman checking me in was helpful and friendly, his female counterpart when I wanted to check-out the following morning was very much the opposite, but maybe she was have a bad day, or maybe doesn't care too much about repeat business.

great stop over hotel. Ive stayed here a couple of times with my family and really rated the first visit. Unfortunately the restaurant which was great on my first visit was a real disappointment this time. The food was just cold as it hadn't been heated enough. The table next to ours had tge same problem and sent the croquettes back to be reheated. in fairness the hotel was packed but was disappointing.

We were allocated room 127 which was close to the open atrium leading to reception and above the hotel's restaurant.
We could hear the dull thud of techno music from our room which is not what we paid for.
I went to reception to ask when it would cease and I was advised that it would \"be soon\".
At 10:00 pm, I wnt back to reception to say that I could still hear the music and was advised that it had been turned down but I advised the receptionist that I could still hear it from my room.
The receptionist allocated me a different room away from the noise. I did not need to move my luggage until I left the hotel the next day.
So although my initial experience was not good, the hotel did their best to rectify the issue as best they could.
So, I have awarded them 5 stars because the outcome was very satisfactory.

I booked this hotel as we are driving to spain i didnt expect much for the price we paid but boy was i wrong from the moment you walked through the door the staff couldnt do enough for us it will defiantly be my choice of hotel on the way to spain in-the future

We stayed here because we had an early am flight and it was recommended from the concierge of our hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel. Better off staying in San Sebastián and having the extra 20 minutes to the airport. Small airport, so check in & security not an issue. I should have know by the price of the room

It can be a little difficult to find, but it has a great location being close to the airport and to San Sebastián. The front desk staff was very helpful in finding us a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday night.

The hotel is lovely for stay when you transit. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable beds are God sent after you travel for hours. Access to get to the hotel is through a petrol station on one side , depending which way you come from …and is obscured by the big trees( so is easy to miss ).Could do with better sign posting.

Just a handful of staff being run rugged. Staff not friendly and also seem like they were blind to the fact you were trying to find out how you could eat in this place, at one point I put my hand up and waved to get their attention so I coul ask. Went to bed hungry.
Breakfast was great and staff nice, food was catered for all different cuisines.
I will still book this hotel for location and if I will transit again.

Great value. Thin walls. Dining a bit cage like. Nice gardens surrounded by motorways.Plenty of parking. One entry is through motorway service station so not quite what it looks like in the pictures. Would stay again.

THEY TOLD ME TO SLEEP IN MY CAR!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! They refused to give me a room that I paid for on Expedia and after half an hour of searching for my booking they failed to find me and told me to sleep in my car. Nobody spoke English. They forgot to print out my booking and refused to accept a proof of payment from Expedia app. I offered to pay by card but they refused and TOLD ME TO SLEEP IN MY CAR!!! It was the worst night ever. I hope they burn in hell.

This location was an ideal stopover en route from Portugal to Eurotunnel. It is located close to the autoroute and i was very impressed with the zero notice value for money affordability. The multi lingual receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was very well appointed complete with fridge. The modern en suite shower room was excellent. Although I didnt make use of it, the restaurant menu that was posted in the lifts looked good value for money. Each area i utilised was clean and modern. The very large bed was comfortable. This hotel is also able to accommodate small pets.
For the traveller, thee is also a filling station on the approach back onto the autoroute.

We needed a place to sleep during our long car journey south. This fitted the bill perfectly. Only problem was the bar and kitchen were closed by the time we arrived.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel and it was an exceptionally pleasant place to stay. The only drawback is that it has limited pedestrian and transit access, despite being close to transit stops on a map. It's a great place to stay if you are renting a car, but think twice about it if you are looking for somewhere with easier access to the transit infrastructure.

Need a car here, located off a highway not safe to walk from train. The staff at the front desk are very nice, although they did give us a key to someone else’s room in the beginning, they were very apologetic. The room has very strange lighting and there are no reading lights beside the bed so if one person wants to read at night, the lights in the room are very bright. It was €12 for a taxi to Hondarribia. If you have a car, this is an OK hotel. Nothing special though.

Looks good but problems
Its hard to find. The sat-nav couldn't find it and i needed google maps for the last two kilometres and then nearly missed it in the trees. It looks great, large car park, the room was fine and the breakfast was good. However the staff looked either disinterested or undertrained. I had eaten nothing since breakfast and went down for the restaurant at 8pm and it was shut. The bar meal choice was limited and the food when it arrived was poor. I didn't eat there the second night. The beer in the bar came in any size of glass all at the same price.
The aircom in the room didn't seem to work so I opened the balcony door. The hotel is right by the motorway and it was very very noisy.
It was a shame as I said the place looked good but seemed like a place that needed some new management to get it going.

Great Place!
We checked in quite late on Friday evening but were in our room within five minutes of arriving thanks to the very efficient and friendly lady on reception. We had intended to go out for a a drink and a meal but stayed in the hotel bar as it was late. I'm glad we did, good beer good bar type food, great staff. Everything you could possibly need for breakfast and, again, very helpful staff. If you need to stay in the Irun area there's no need to look any further than the Urdanibia Park.

We were very pleased with the hotel and room, the air conditioning wasn't working so it was war trying to sleep. The restaurant wasn't open which was a shame as we had driven a long way and were looking forward to a decent meal. It only seemed to be open one night a week, and when you have a coach load of people tring to get a sandwich and drink in the bar and only one person working it can be very frustrating.

Great location for travelling through France to Spain and Portugal. Good AirCon and WiFi and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Restaurant is only open for lunch, but the Cafe/Bar offers a good selection of food and drink in the evening. Irun is a great location to fill up with fuel at Spanish prices!

Huge hotel but staff give good attention when you need it. Very clean, huge room and very comfortable. Didn't have any service for dinner in the restaurant but burgers,etc in the bar were good value. Excellent buffet breakfast was very good value, apart from some hot food getting cold quickly.

J’ai demandé avant d’arrivé une chambre qui ne donne pas sur l’autoroute auxquel ils m’ont dis ok et m’ont donner les conditions spécifique du restaurant durant le jour de l’an cela a était fait par mail bien avant d’arrivé .
