The bed linen wasn’t as clean as I expected but overall very good experience

The property profile was misleading. There was no bedroom only a hallway with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The sofa was dirty and had stains on it. The unit had an extreme odor. The cancellation policy was lousy. The check-in was only available at certain times.

Great location, at 50 meters from the beach and boulevard. Welcoming reception and very helpful. Had email contact prior to arrival and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Small unit though for a family of four (with a 2yr and 3 yr old), yet everything available (kitchenette, utensils, pots and pans, traditional coffee machine, water cooker, broom). Pull out sofa was so so (and squeaky), also it made the room really small, and bunk beds ditto. The balcony was great, both for eating and drying clothes. Garage available for a mere €50 for a whole week. Outside parking is paid parking. We didn’t use breakfast but a deli is around the corner as well a few restaurants. Also, with a 5 minute ferry you can cross the harbor and set foot in Spain. All in all, it was welcoming, clean, fully equipped, good price/quality ratio, excellent location and we’d go again.

We arrived at 2 hours after check in time to find no staff and the door locked. Luckily some of the other residents helped us find the message left for us about our room (behind a code locked door).

La ducha al tener solo una cortina se salía el agua. Entiendo que sea un apartamento, pero pago un precio por noche, para no tener que limpiar a mi salida. En ningún sitio pone que tienes que pagar una fianza que te cobran en el check in.

Séjour très agréable encore une fois dans cette résidence ! L emplacement est exceptionnel, à 2 pas de la plage, proche des commerces et du complexe thalasso. Llegamos y nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad. Reservamos un apartamento para 4 aunque éramos 2 por lo que estuvimos muy a gusto, amplio, con una buena terraza con vistas y el dormitorio separado del resto por una puerta corredera. Para mi gusto el colchón un poco duro pero es un gusto personal.
Hay que dejar limpia la cocina, y no hay detergente ni estropajo por lo que tuvimos que ir a comprarlos. Es la única pega pero sabiéndolo, la próxima vez lo llevaré.
Volveremos porque nos gustó mucho.

Nous déconseillons cet établissement qui est en mauvais état et dont le prix est excessif au vu de l’état des logements.
Nous avions dormi sur un canapé lit inconfortable, il nous a été proposé des sur matelas et un matelas le dernier jour. Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour comparable à du camping. De plus la cour intérieure au logement était moche et très bruyante la nuit.

Etablissement sympathique, agréable et très bien situé. Les horaires d'accueil sont très (trop ?) restreints, mais les instructions sont données pour prendre possession du logement.
Dommage que le parking payant (9€/j) ne soit pas indiqué sur le site, il existe un parking gratuit à env. 1km libre hors saison. l'établissement reste rependant un très bon choix pour cette ville.

Heureusement pour moi cela n'a été qu'une nuit sinon j'aurais été obligé de finir chez l'ostéopathe et pour couronner le tout, pas d'eau chaude.... Arriver à l'hôtel nous avons du attendre l'ouverture de la réception a15h je trouve sa désagréable qu'il n'y est personne et qu'ils y aient des horaires d'ouverture ,apres ouverture on me donne une chambre pour 3 aldutes Avec un lit ,un canapé-lit et un mini lit pliable pour enfant Alors que je mesure 1,88m ensuite pour la télé c'était une blague je n'ai jamais vu de ma vie une télé aussi petite dans un hôtel Ou appart-hôtel la prochaine fois mettez une tablette Sa sera mieux lol.. c'était vraiment ridicule ,par la suite j'ai voulu brancher mon chargeur de téléphone manque de pot yavait que 2 prises mural dans toute la chambre une prise par la télé et le boitier tnt et lautre pour une lampe de chevet , la seule chose qui m'a okusc'est vu de ma chambre et les environs cest tout je ne conseil pas cette hôtel et je n'y retournerais sûrement pas
