To say that the hotel was sandwiched between 2 busy roads with lorries running up and down, my first thought on arrival was, I’m not going to get much sleep. How wrong was I. Once inside the hotel you are greeted by calm and quietness. Our room was air conditioned and there was no outside noise. The menu in the restaurant was limited but I would say there was something for everyone, if you like eggs. Breakfast was lovely, the coffee machine was great once we’d had a lesson on how to use it. The food was fresh and tasty. Plenty of room in the car park too. I would highly recommend.

On route to Spain, absolutely perfect hotel and location for a one night stop over, had a suite which was very nice, meal in evening was very good, staff very friendly and helpful, only negative point was a couple of bottles of water in the bedroom Fridge would’ve been helpful. Just remember that if you book this location it is next to a main road and motorway so you will expect some noise but it is not unbearable at all.

Mediocre hotel for an increased cost (in my case). Mostly drivers stop, the area around is appropriate. The staff is friendly and helpful. In the morning, despite the fact that there was about an hour left until the end of breakfast, when I arrived there was nothing left at all. A kind woman waitress took out from somewhere and gave me a sandwich, was bad but better than nothing.

Stopped here before crossing back into France from Spain. Cheap accommodation, fuel and shopping. Nearby plenty of bars and restaurants a bit rough but what you expect at a truckers stopping point.

Convenient stopoff on French/Spanish border

This is a great stop off hotel. It looks a bit shabby from the outside which worried us and is right by the motorway slip roads so not for a holiday stay! Inside has been refurbished in a minimalist but comfortable style. Dinner set menu at €14.50 was very good value - three courses plus wine, water or a beer and coffee /tea !! Double/triple glazed windows meant we didn’t hear any traffic and had a good nights sleep. We didn’t bother with breakfast because staff were a bit overwhelmed by a coach arriving so just had a coffee and left. If we are driving to Spain again I would stay here again.

Coffee facilities but no milk or sugar asked reception and told if you need them come down and get it in the morning as it would be in jugs not much cop if you are leaving at 4 am and have to run downstairs so could make a coffee. Also hotel is on industrial estate right opposite a lorry park and refuelling so noise from lorries if you had windows open. We stayed in hotel on way down that was £14 per night cheaper but was far superior and sited close to road but surrounded by trees and greenery

Stayed here en route from Dieppe to Portugal. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was basic but perfectly okay for one night. Had requested a non smoking room with a bath but got a shower and with a strong smell of smoke ! Receptionist was extremely helpful in changing our room immediately. Close to motorway with parking onsite. Industrial area so not much choice to eat. We ate in the hotel restaurant but unfortunately the food was not very good and also the waitress was not very friendly. On the strength of that we did not bother with breakfast. But right opposite the hotel is a large supermarket where you can get a whole selection of cold food. We would however stay here again as the pros outweigh the cons.

Nice hotel, unattractive area, closed kitchen

The hotel was fine and the receptionist helpful. Hotel was situated in an industrial area so we did not want to go out to dine but we had understood the hotel had a good restaurant. However it was Sunday and the kitchen was closed, even though the sign outside announces Restaurant 7/7, which is what we had understood from the web site.

Overnight stop on way to the U.K. Located in the middle of an industrial estate but no problems. Very easy access to motorway which was a bonus. Bit pricey compared to other hotels we've used in this area.

JUST IN THE SPAIN-FRANCE BORDER, not to loose time from the highway, not even noise, fiendly staff, nice rooms, a bit small, but clean and confortable, did not have minibar, but we enjoy a free local cider.

Quite a nice Hotel in the worst possible location.
The picture was taken at night and all looks good but in the daytime it is in the middle of the Trucking/Shipping
area for the Spain-French Border.
But the restaurant is good and service is good so if you don't mind the surroundings the rooms are modern & clean. Price was also cheap so nothings ever what it seems

The hotel room was large enough for 2. TV and wifi were both available. The room was clean, the staff were reasonably friendly. Clean (smallish) towels and toiletries were provided. The hotel was easy enough to find, as we had checked the route on Google beforehand.
Parking was a problem - we parked on a single yellow line half on the pavement, but luckily did not get a ticket.
Noise was quite a big problem - the hotel is next to the motorway, so some noise came from outside. The noise in the hotel was worse - slamming doors late at night and early morning

The hotel was easy to find just off the main autovia, surrounding area not very nice. WIFI didn´t work in the room & only briefly in reception. Room clean & beds comfy, all in all ok for one night but wouldn´t want to stay longer.

such lovely helpful reception staff and a lovely hotel but a little bit faded - eg slightly worn carpets tell of an era past. Wonderful linen on comfortable beds! If you can get a price deal it is a gem centrally situated. The breakfast is ok but NOT worth 15 euros.

Déception lors d'une annulation.

Nous avons demandé une annulation de notre réservation avec 20 h de retard suite à un décès familial. La sté KYRIAD n'a rien voulu savoir, même un report de dates.
Déception car même les petits déjeuners nous ont été facturés. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

The bed was very bad, not flat but sunken in the middle.
Outside spots, 4 of them, were completely lighting up the room and the only way to block the light was to slide a plywood wall in front of the window.
Unfortunately that wasn’t enough to also block a very loud noice/constant tone that kept me from sleeping.
So I left the hotel a few hours after arriving, at 1 am in the night. I tried to get the prepaid breakfast (25 euros) refunded, but they said that it wasn’t possible.
All in all, the worst hotel I’d ever experienced. Ugly and worn down interior. There is now way so many “fantastic” reviews can have been given honestly.

Changement de chambre car la fenêtre ne fermait pas et d'ailleurs ne pouvant s'ouvrir dans la nouvelle chambre
Salle de bain moyennement propre ( cheveux et saleté)

Fenêtre qui ruisselle à l'intérieur
Bref nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel

Hôtel dans une zone industrielle , super bruyant à cause des passages de camions , prostituées , personnes sous l’emprise de drogue quasi partout , coin franchement mal famé, nous n’y retournerons pas .
Hôtel cher pour ce que c’est .
A 140 euros la chambre pour une nuit dans un endroit comme cela , fuyez.
Le seul point positif c’est le buffet du petit déjeuner.

Für ein zuvor reserviertes Zimmer dauerte der Check-in mit sage und schreibe 40 min viel zu lange!
Der Preis la unterm Strich mit 150€ viel zu hoch, hier hätten es 60€ getan.
Insgesamt Danke Nein.

Je viens de réservé cette hôtel KYRIAD à Irun, chambre suite au RDC, chambre très bruyante avec la route, wifi qui marche très mal, literie à revoir, chambre plein de toiles d’araignée, rideaux cassé donc le matin vite réveillé avec la lumière du jours, petit déjeuner honteux 10 euros part personnes pour avoir un buffet vide ( des gâteaux fin sec, 3 morceaux de pain, de la charcuterie chaud, 4h00 a l’air libre même pas une vitrine réfrigérée avec des mouches sur le buffet…. Buffet tres vide …

Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre pour:
- trop bruyante pas d'insonorisation que ce soit pour les chambres voisines qu'avec l'exterieur (bruit de générateur ou de camions)
- salle de bain plutôt vielle et mauvaise odeur provenant de la bonde d'évacuation de l'eau
- très mauvaise location
- qualité du petit déjeuné très moyen
- propreté des assiettes douteuses
- je ne pense pas que la note de 8 sur le site représente l'hôtel
- bien trop cher pour le rapport qualité prix

MALA Y DESAGRADABLE EXPERIENCIA

No fue posible registrarme en el hotel mi habitación reservada no estaba disponible, el hotel estaba FULL.
Tuve que manejar mas de 200 kilómetros a la 1 de la madrugada en moto para poder buscar otro hotel.
SOLICITO EL REEMBOLSO INMEDIATO Y UNA COMPENSACION POR TAN GRAVE Y DESAGRADABLE ERROR.
