The rooms are clean the hotel has good food every place has diferent menus and good food to discover but the restaurants no so good better food by the pool also the beach its clean and they got a big wide slide at one of the pools kids love it very fun good to go with the family there also activities and shows every day and there is a grocery store two minutes away also a plaza with lots of good restaurants and some shopping very close 5 min drive

Excellent Resort that is close to the airport. Excellent staff, excellent rooms, great beach with spectacular sunsets. The area around the hotel is not that pretty, but there is a convenience store a 5 min walk away where you can buy your alcohol and groceries.

Hotel is very nice. It is right on the beach. The property has two main pools and children’s one as well. Also has water slides. The hotel is very nice and has great food. The price is very affordable. The rooms are a little dated and need a refresh. Overall the experience was great.

Worst stay i had in my entire life anywhere in the world. This place really hates foreigners. The staff is rude and mean. First of all they charged me a 300 000 tax once my colombian wife arrived later in the day (2 night stay ).
Staff at the pool wouldnt let us use the available beach bed while locals where using all the others ones cause they said it might be raining soon ( clear sky without a single cloud )
Pool was closed !!!
Then...
They told us it was karaoke night at the resort bar and then we got REFUSED entry cause they said \" there is too many people \".
It wasnt even full and some people were living as we arrived and they still didnt let us in. Couldnt use spa either or get a massage cause their spa service was fully booked for the 3 days we were there. For an hotel that expensive they should be totally ashamed of the service this hotel has given me. DISGUSTING

The staff are all excellant and hard working, but something just isnt right with service. You have to wait ages to catch a waiter then it takes forever for the drinks etc to arrive. They also have a stupid system where they take your order and room no then sometime through out the day you get the bill to sign.

Good hotel on the beach, large rooms, good pools, we had a corner ocean front suite with great views to the beach and mountains, two balconies.
Missing kitchen towels, paper tissues, face towels and coffee (you can buy it at their mini market), also they don't have courtesy bottles of water.

Fantastic holiday for whole family

Great beach hotel and resort suitable for all kinds of guests. Families, groups of friends, couples will have a lovely time in this place. There are so many options available for everyone. Beach, spa, pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, playground, restaurant, bars. Service is impeccable and I would like to applaud all staff for their excellent work.

Hotel was real nice, 5 different restaurant depending what type of style you want. The pools are really beautiful to spend the day in. Beach access has security in exclusive zone so no worries if you leave your things while you go to the water. Overall I wish I stayed longer.

Jis place was terrible! The rooms smells like mildew and so do the blankets and towels. Also there is a lot of construction going on and the place is packed. The free breakfast is sub par and you have to sit in a patio fighting with birds so they don’t eat your food (they are very aggressive!), the staff chases them away with water. Finally, our check out process was the worst we were standing in line for one hour and still not luck! There were dozens of people checking out and just one person helping them. It was terrible cause someone had to radio from your room to verify your consumptions and then the process was very manual at least 15 min per person... I approached the lady at the desk as I had a flight to catch and couldn’t wait any longer, she couldn’t have cared less and said I had to wait. Told her I couldn’t risk my flight left my cards and went to get a taxi (btw if you order a taxi to the hotel for their staff prices are double, just woke to the corner outside and some local taxis will provide you with cheaper and better service). I got an email from them later on the day saying that I needed to make a transfer to their Colombian saving back account to pay for the bottle of water I consumed. I replied that they could use my credit card on file and explained the situation and the poor customer service... again, they didn’t care.

The location is great. The multiple pools are great. Room had an ocean view with balcony.

Disliked that there were only 2 bath towels and when called to ask for them, it took over an hr. We had dinner plans with friends so we could not wait for towels. We spoke with manager on duty and she said they only have 1 housekeeper at night. I find it hard to believe theres only 1 person on for the whole complex, but if there is, then that needs to be fixed. This was the basic necessity. There was no floor towel or hand towel either.

Overall, disappointed and unsure if i will go back

What an amazing place, especially the pool area is absolutely wonderful. Atfter reading some of the reviews I was a little worried about booking this hotel but I needed have worried as it is exceptional. The rooms are wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were excellent. The food is a little pricy but as we were only there for the night I didn’t mind paying. The water at the beach is a bit murky but that’s hardly the hotels fault. I was so impressed and we’ll definitely be back again!

The hotel placed me at a room a few meters away from a huge corporate party they were holding. Upon check out, the reception staff forgot to give me a piece of paper which I had to show the doorman on my way out. I was already running late to the airport. Finally, I was charged double for what was already an overpriced meal at the restaurant. I wrote to the hotel asking for my money to be returned and got no answer.

We were not informed that there is construction going on. It would have been nice if someone had informed us, not arrive to the surprise of one pool being under construction.
Also when we arrived, they gave us a cheap room, not what I reserved. I had to call the front desk and complained, and then they gave us the correct room. I reserved and paid for a room with a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen.

Nice hotel right on the beach. If you go, buy the beers at the local mall which is just a 15 minute walk or less. Theres plenty of vendors on the beach as well but theyre a little more expensive. The hotel will provide you with free ice and glasses. The food is a little pricey but delicious. The Zuana Sandwich is a must as well as the Steak Fajitas. They ask for a hindred thoudand peso deposit which I didnt expect. There are plenty of ATMs at the local plaza. Take the bus to Rodadero Beach, its only 1,600 pesos each way. They are typically colored blue but make sure you ask before getting on. Same thing with the airport. Taxis are crazy expensive and should not charge more than 16000 pesos to get to Zuana.

Horrible hotel. Start to finish. I paid $300 a nite for a hotel that left me and my pregnant gf waiting 4 hours in the lobby for out room saying they had no rooms as we watched dozens of people check out.
No paper towel or towels in the kitchen. At checkout time they advise I have to pay for the dish soap In the kitchen and that some dishes were not washed so they would levy a charge for unwashed dishes.
They charge 5 star prices for one star service. Very over priced food. The resort is infested with aggressive pigeons and birds. Worst hotel experience ever. Will never return

Beautiful all-inclusive resort

Stayed 6 nights in a nice room with a view of the pools and ocean. The pools, grounds and common interior spaces were very well maintained and clean. A breakfast buffet each morning was included and well worth it! The beach has a private area for guests and the beach itself was clean and the ocean warm. There are thatched huts and tables with umbrellas all over. My wife loved the fact that there are lounge chairs within a shallow island in the main pool where you can tan and splash yourself with water. One evening, we went into town and saved over $60.000 cop by taking the bus instead of a cab. Round trip for both of us was $6,800 cop. Dispite reading negative reviews about WiFi reception and slow check-in/ out, the wifi worked everywhere on the property from the room to the beach and check-in/out took less than 10 minutes. Overall, we had a great vacation!

The best of times, the worst of times...

Lets just be blunt : Beautiful resort. Horrible beds (it is a mattress placed directly on a concrete slab, thus if you sleep on your side, get ready to suffer badly). Everything under is maintenance.

I would not stay here again overnight. Both my wife and I had zero sleep for the 4 nights we were there and actually were happy to be back into a normal bed after we left.

The swimming pool is very nice. It has a children zone were the kids have fun.

The sea near the hotel is a public zone, therefore you'll find local vendors offering crafts, food, tours and massages. The sea water is dark, you cannot see the bottom. The sand is gray and gets really hot.

The room service is excellent and the staff is great.

The hotel offers shared times and they were sending messages and calling me the first two days.

The breakfast is great, but lunch and supper are very expensive. However, there's an small mall outside the hotel, 5 minutes walking, with great restaurants.

This hotel has a lot of pools, the staff is very friendly and super helpful, food is ok, the breakfast buffet is really good! The beach is clean and water has a net with buoys, there are many security guards and lifeguards so you feel safe. The only bad thing the room bathroom wasn't as clean as you expected.

I will recommend this hotel, I have travel many places around the world, but this is an awesome hotel! you don't even need to get out of the hotel.. Staff was nice and courteous. The only down side is the Wi-Fi was not that great, but it really didn't bother us; if you went to the first floor where the computers are you could login with the Wi-Fi, from the room not always work but all the rest was so good that really wasn't a big deal. I really recommend to use the SPA! best experience ever! it has a small groceries in the hotel, prices are not over priced and has basic stuff or wall about three blocks and there is a huge groceries. I highly recommend this hotel and for sure I will be back

The staff is amazing, the pools and beach clean, beautiful and private. The food and drink delicious and plentiful.

From checkin to checkout it was a horrific experience. I made my reservation through Expedia 4 months in advance and I received a confirmation and it even said NOT to call to check on my reservation so I didn't. While checking in the check in attendant said my reservation wasn't paid which I knew I had done online. I showed her my confirmation from Expedia but that didn't matter. Why worked expedited send me a confirmation email and number if I wasn't confirmed. So since didn't want to take up anymore time I had to pay again. Expedia and the hotel need to communicate to get this fixed! The whole process took me 3 hours at the front desk.

The restaurant service was horrible from breakfast to lunch. No one spoke English no menus in English. I received my eggs cold and the bacon came 30 minutes after. I ordered a burger for lunch and that took an hour because the attendant forgot to put my order in.

This was a horrible experience and I hope they streamline their services! Call a consultant!!!!

This hotel was expensive and awful. The service was horrible we lost electricity 3 times the water came out brown once. The food was okay but it took at a minimum of 45 minutes. We asked for an iron and they gave me only 20 mins to use it. Wifi advertising is false the only wifi that can be used is in the lobby. Wouldn't ever stay here again
