My first room was well below par for a 'Deluxe Queen' by being shabby and numerous maintenance issues. The replacement room that I was given was MUCH better. The staff were attentive and helpful. Unfortunately some workers came to upgrade the mobile phone tower for the last 4 days of my stay and took over and blocked 1/2 of the car park day & night making parking very difficult (impossible at times) and inconvenient, BUT NOT the fault of Jacksons.
Overall not the most relaxing or best of stays but I will most likely give it a second chance.

Room was great bed was so hard it hurt my back so bad it's really sore there were so many blokes drinking in a small area 1 was going off his head and punching a car window to break it. (But didn't ) And chased him out the driveway couldn't sleep after that

You absolutely get what you pay for. Was only staying in Adeleaide one night for work and so opted for cheapest room.

Staff were nice and room was clean, but buildings are tired and very very basic (no iron), but biggest issue is the other guests..... late night come and go and constant cigarette (and other) smells wafting into the room as poorly fitting door let in airflow from outside. Almost every other guest was smoking something or other outside the room entry and so woken up at 3am to the smell of p0t wafting into the room.

Not Happy Jacksons Motel - Never again come back

NNever again will I stay at that motel. I made a reservation online, and when I arrived, the staff couldn’t find the booking under my name in their system. They asked if I had an email confirmation, which I showed them. To their surprise, it was not in their computer system. I asked them to call and verify the reservation, as I had already paid for it. After about 20 minutes, they located my reservation, and everything was resolved.

Later in the evening, after returning from the hospital, I turned on the TV. The remote control was mismatched, so I couldn’t change the settings or turn on subtitles. I went to see the staff, but they said there was nothing they could do to help.

The room smell mew but dusty. The bathroom light was dusty, the toilet cistern was not cleaned, and the shower drain was blocked.

I believe the health department should investigate to ensure that each room is thoroughly cleaned and maintained for the safety and comfort of all guests. If the cleanliness cannot be guaranteed, the motel should be shut down permanently.

Fighring and deinking atafd nor nice there are ppl going into rooms thru windows If you complain bout the smell or toilets and showers being blocked they treat you differently as it happen bags and items get stolen not a nice place at all the restaurant doesnt exist

I booked here for two nights. I checked in - staff were great. Went to the motel room (15) and I lasted all of two hours before booking another motel. The aircon/heating sounded like an aeroplane taking off (not an exaggeration - I videoed it) and i would not have been able to sleep. The beds sunk down in the middle and the bedspreads were filthy, hair left in the sheets with only one small pillow. I cant comment on the bathroom as I wasnt there long enough to use it. The TV didnt work. The neighbour was a person who was making loud grunting noises, loud enough to hear clearly in my room. Windows have mould on them. Its unsanitary and as a single female alone, I did not feel safe there overnight. I ended up booking at Econo Lodge East Adelaide, for the same price, and the difference was staggering. I will stay at Econo Lodge moving forward. Dont waste your money on Jackson's.

Location os ok, rooms need attention very drafty through door gaps, dirty carpets, shower no water pressure and shower didnt drain, spa not cleaned properlt still brown on bottom of tub, need extra blankets in cupboards as only thin bedding on beds, have to pay bond for your room keythey say will be refunded but still waiting for it to go back in bank, this should be advertised when booking a room

I stayed for 8 nights not again people yelling and screaming all hours of the night people on drugs and alcohol definitely not safe someone's door got kicked in at 3am down stairs from me but the staff we're amazing and very apologetic to me the traffic is very loud only had 2 nights good sleep and would not be going back.

On arrival at Motel and during the booking in we were informed that there was a $50 key deposit. When asked if we would get this back on returning the key the next morning, we got the answer that the person who takes care of the refunds does not get in until the afternoon. On checking my account, I saw that this amount had been debited and was not made available until two days later. No mention of key deposit made any where?

On arriving in the room and making a cup of coffee found that two of the six milk capsules there had pasted their use by date by around six months, also the table in the room was not stable due to the center column being loose in the base.

The car parking space available to us could not be fully entered due to the overhanging shrubbery which would have scratched the car and also make exiting the car very difficult for me.

Arriving to find the door to the room wide open was a very uncomfortable start to.our visit.
The toilet in room 16 is not properly secured to the floor. Lean to either side and the whole basin tips with you.
A mouldy kettle left me disgusted and angry. To the desk staff's credit, they did replace the kettle as soon as i reported it.
That day, i had the sign asking for the room to be cleaned hanging on the door. We put it up at 9am and we returned to the room 11pm. The room had not been entered, the sheets not changed and the bin not emptied. We had to use blankets as makeshift sheets.
The assortment of pillows across the room was an issue. One was a foam neck support pillow with a sunken middle. Another was a memory foam that was twisted and out of shape.
I don't understand why there is a toaster in the room but no plates or cutlery.

In future, i will make an effort to find alternative budget accommodations as i found this place very disappointing.

Unfortunately our air conditioning was broken on a very hot night. We checked in just before after hours. There is no after hours service to get help, that we were aware of. We did not sleep well at all as it was so hot and no air flow. Admin Staff did not seem to care when I told them in the morning.
There was also a light outside out of our door which shone brightly into the window that we were not able to turn off.
The pool was also out of order, which was the main reason we chose to stay there.
We won’t stay again.

Didn't like anything about the property. What we got was definitely not what was shown in photos.
Staff were young and not terribly helpful. Complaints were met with \"oh sorry\" but no rectifying of issues. Family room for 6 had cups for 3 only, and there were insufficient supplies e.g. toilet paper, tea coffee etc.
The whole complex looks old and shabby and needs a huge up grade. Cost of accommodation was almost double through Expedia so not impressed.
Will do more research in future!

Check in was easy, air-conditioning unit noisy, reported told nothing could be done about it. Microwave in room looked new but turntable would not rotate, was told this item would be changed this did not happen.
Need to ask for plates & cutlery, not given any washing up liquid or tea towels..
Laundry room is locked from 8 pm, the signage was hidden on the open door only 1 washing machine & tumble dryer for the publics use.
I needed to dry my clothes prior to leaving on an early start the next day( i had hand washed these prior to seeing signage) the receptionist refused to allow me to use the machine as it would go past her home time, i said i was happy to lock up & return the key.this was refused.
The pictures on the site do not represent the accommodation accurately at all.

As a 3-star Motel it was adequate for our needs during our 5 night stay. We were able to catch a nearby bus direct to the Flinders Medical Centre where we visited my brother daily which was the purpose of the trip.
The only thing I would have liked to see is a container of water in the fridge. The supply of toaster, kettle and microwave meant that we could have a simple breakfast before our early departure each day and light snack for dinner upon our return.
It would be good to see parking spaces allocated/marked for each room as when we returned on our second last night (Saturday) with a hire car there were no parks outside our room so we had to park a little bit away making it difficult in the dark for my elderly mother.

Staff were super helpful and friendly but exterior was dirty, smelt musty and nasty, linen baskets were left randomly creating hazards through the walkways to our room
Room was very bare and unwelcoming, bathroom was mildewy with build up and scum covering the grout, base of the shower and in the corners of the bathroom and shower floor was also slippery with a slimy texture to it

After advising the staff that the room smelt of cigarette and marijuana smoke they didn't immediately offer a different room but rather a refund which would have meant finding a new hotel at the last minute. They were very unappologetic for the situation and didn't even inspect the room. They did eventually offer another room with no offer of any reduction in the cost of a smaller room. I assume that they then let our stinky room out to some other unsuspecting traveller. I've had better hotel experiences in backwater locations in third world countries.

Our fridge had no shelves and was dirty, bath tub was dirty as was the sink in the bathroom
Aircon was so loud we could hardly sleep with it on but room was so hot we couldnt sleep without it.
