The room was very clean and the staff was very kind when we needed anything. The hotel was in a perfect location. Not far from Disney parks or Universal. The only issue I had was that the furniture was very worn and outdated. The couch did not have any support in the cushions and when you sat down you would think you were almost sitting on the floor. The cushions for the kitchen chairs were also very worn and one was not even able to use. The pool was very kid friendly and we were also able to see fireworks from Magic Kingdom from our balcony. You also have to drive to get something to eat. There are not any restaurants on the premises like in the description.

This was a hotel where everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. We drove 20 hours to the resort. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready. We were told it would be twenty minutes and they would call us. Ninty minutes later my husband went to check the status and they said they were just about to call us. They were not. They then proceeded to send him to some guy for a welcome package. Just a word of waring for exhausted travelers, avoid this man at all costs. Words were exchanged and I'm actually surprised that this guy works in hospitality. The hallways smell very musty and they had fans blowing down them for two of our five days. There was no hot water in our room. Our fire alarm battery went out within two hours of falling asleep. Maintenence had to come in to fix it around 11:00pm. The next day maintenance came back in to our room to swap out our fire extinguisher. The next day our smoke detectors went off again. We had no hot water. The toilets didn't flush well and a few times we had to improvise. They onsite restaurant was our worst meal of the entire trip. The bar at the pool was somehow even worse. Our sheets were stained. It was disturbing. Did I also mention we didn't have hot water? The only reason why they get two starts is because of the size of the room. It was spacious and we were happy to have a kitchen. Do yourself a favor and stay at any of the nearby places. We will not ever return.

I was told that if we needed anything, we could call the concierge. I had to call three times for a few items that were never delivered. Then the next day I tried to call again and they told me it would be $10 for additional towels. I had a non-smoking room and found cigarette butts. And the furniture was rundown and dirty. When I went to check out, I was not asked how my stay was, I was just asked for my room keys. We will not be staying at this resort in the future.

Overall very bad experience. The room service is paid and we requested but they didn’t provide. My daughter brought one toy and I requested them to provide screwdrivers on service desk but they didn’t support me and I found out service team by myself and removed battery before reaching to airport. The room equipments like dishwasher, laundry and dryer are not in full working conditions. Think twice before choosing this property.

When we arrived the first night, our room was filthy. The chairs were cracked and peeling. Stains were on everything. Then our heat broke and couldn't be fixed. They moved us to a different room on a different floor and it was like night and day in terms of cleanliness. The second room was much better, however we had an infestation of small bugs. We ended up having to throw our food away. Additionally, the key cards kept getting demagnetized. We had to visit the front desk on 3 separate occasions to get new keys. One time I had to wait about 15 minutes to speak with someone at the front desk while my family stood outside the door due to key card issue. Loved this hotel 15 years ago but it is now very run down.

We enjoyed our stay in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath suite. Room was clean & spacious and worked well for our family of 6. Only downside was the room keys didn’t work on 3 of the nights after we returned from full days of Disney, and had to walk over to the lobby for replacements. We were told not to put the keys next to a phone, so we didn’t have them close to a phone, but they still wouldn’t work. Other than this issue, everything was great!
