Was told about fresh towels and housekeeping in the middle of the 5 day stay upon check in but not once housekeeping staff came around to tidy up, clean the floor and/or refresh the towels. The room in general was dusty and not fresh smelling on first day of checkin, dirt clearly visible on the dark coloured lounge couch. Been to cleaner accomodation in Albany for lower room rates.

They are Quality Apartments with quality service.
We were thrilled with the apartment which was spacious, clean had a very comfy bed and a huge bathroom with washer/dryer. The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed and a full size fridge. The cooked breakfast was delicious and dinner meals are available delivered to the room which were excellent. At just under 1km walk to town the location is great, no road noise either. All the staff are friendly and the service is outstanding. We will definitely be staying again.

My two night stay for business was nice and spacious. It’s was quiet even though my room was next to Albany Highway. The breakfast was decent and staff were polite. The bed and pillow were comfy. Only downside are some of the driveways are tight to park in and I could hear a phone alarm from next door. Overall it was a good stay.

Our accommodation was brilliant. Everything was super clean and very up to date. Undercover parking was greatly appreciated as was the level of service from check-in, the daily greeting at breakfast and right through to checkout. Staff would say hello when they passed you while going about their business.

The only thing lacking was an AC in the bedroom. We had to leave the AC in the living area running and the door open to get a comfortable temperature in the bedroom.

My husband and I loved these apartments for the friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Martin was very welcoming on New Years Day even tho we were running late (past reception closing) and stayed to greet us. The Apartments are a short drive to the main Albany attractions (Windfarm, The GAP and Nature Bridge etc plus Limeburners whiskey distillery but be prepared to pay for tastings) and there is the Melville Lookout over the city just up the road. There was also a seperate laundry on the complex and the room was so comfortable with a spacious lounge, bedroom and bathroom. We have previously stayed in other hotels in the area (but they offer only a bed and they put us in a room next to the highway!) the apartments are off the main road and each has its own parking space. They have a restaurant on site as well and are within walking distance to other hotel restaurants and eateries.

The shower was broken so when I went to shower In the morning it not only wet all of my clothes and products it sprayed all over power points. It happened as soon as I turned it on so find it hard to believe they didn’t know about it. I told reception and they offered no compensation. Also for the price I would defiantly now stay again.
