We had such a fantastic day! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and super welcoming. The staff was beyond friendly — they truly went out of their way to make sure we felt right at home. The beds were so comfy, and we didn’t have a single issue. The area felt very safe and was in a great location. We came in late after seeing TOP in concert at JL Live and had zero worries. Everything about our stay was wonderful — we’d absolutely stay here again!

I made my initial reservation here and then at 8:00pm the night before I got an email telling me they couldn't accommodate my reservation and were moving me to the hampton inn next door. Thankfully im the type of person who checks my email often. I called the Hampton Inn to see what type of room I was getting and it was nothing like the type of room that I booked at the residence inn that would accommodate my stay. Thankfully, I reached out too expedia, and their customer service was able to communicate with them and find a room that would work. It took me until almost ten o'clock to get this cleared up. So needless to say, I can't leave a true review because I didn't stay there. I was told the reason they couldn't accommodate my stay was because of students and concerts in town.etc. Which was the exact reason I booked at their hotel because my nephew and I were going to a concert. Expedia was amazing and gave me a $50 credit for my troubles. Which I thought was very nice because it was not expedia's fault. Not a peep from the residence inn. I will say the staff at the Hampton Inn Manassas that I stayed at were great. So be wary of booking at the residence inn, because they can just move you to another hotel and throw you in any type of room. I'm very thankful for expedias customer service and the staff at hampton inn.

I have no idea what the hotel is like. They cancelled my reservation made 4 months prior via email at 8:18pm the night before arrival advising they rebooked at a Hampton inn Hilton hotel in a room a faction of the size that would not accommodate my party
and without even a mini frig when I had reserved a suite at their hotel.

Honestly, I have a lot of bad free breakfasts. THIS WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE. Simple options. It's not dried, crusty whatevers or very wet sloppily cooked scrambled eggs. You could tell whomever was running the kitchen loved what they do. If you're going to have a sinple menu, do it right. As they did. I brought my kids 17,8,6 and we sat for an hour in the dining room having a chat. It was a nice vibe.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for me and my friends to have an after party following a concert at Jiffylube. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was the icing on the cake! Great room with a fireplace and awesome amenities. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again. The accept Affirm which made payment easier on my budget.

We requested more towels-twice… none ever came. We called ahead to request rooms near each other - only to be told upon checkin that rooms were automatically assigned. Milk was spoiled at breakfast both days.Not happy at all that I used my complementary Marriott night only to be assigned to a room that smelled of smoke!!! On a positive note, all staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool was a perfect temperature.

It worked out well for us. We had a kitchenette with enough space to prepare food for a party nearby. We were on the ground floor a few rooms down from where we parked our car. Would have gotten a better review, but the wifi was intermittent. My laptop kept getting bounced off after the few times I could get on. It only worked late at night. Had to do a tether with my cell phone to get internet. Clearly Marriott/the hotel owner does not want to spend the money on enough bandwidth for wifi to work on holiday weekends.Used to be a common problem a decade or more ago, but haven't run into it since then. We paid significantly more for this room and would stay again as we will be probably be visiting once a year. Also, the room was surprisingly cold. The heat apparently did not turn on until early Sunday morning. I guess the owner wants to save money over getting good reviews. If we come back, it will be in the summer and we will be stuck with tethering my laptop to my cell phone!

I had to be moved rooms three times. The first room had men’s hair shavings in the sink and the mat on the bottom of the tub had stains on it. The second room had what appeared to be bedbugs on the mattress and the third room ended up being fine for me to sleep in. The first room in the third room had one type of mattress cover, which was very basic and the second room, which had the actual mattress issue had a thicker mattress cover on it which means they knew that there was an issue with the mattress and yet they just left it there. On top of all of that, I was still charged for the stay and I was charged more than I was supposed to pay. I booked the room for 189 taxes and fees but ended up being charged $240. However, my hotel receipt says the $215 that was supposed to be charged but my actual credit card says $240. I would not recommend staying here.

Bedroom smelt of urine and were walked in on

We checked in to the hotel at 10pm on Friday (2BR suite), and when I first entered the room it smelt like urine/urinal cake/vinegar. We had just driven for 6 hours and my kids were tired so I didn't bother to mention anything as I wanted to just get them to bed.

The following morning, we couldn't get breakfast because no one was there. Later on a cleaning lady walked into the room because she was told we checked out. I obviously did not check out, as my reservation was from Friday to Sunday. The concierge then came and knocked on the door, once again tell me I checked out. When I told her she was wrong, she then asked for proof. Thankfully we were in the room when this all went down because I can only imagine what would have happened to our belongings if we were not. Does our trip sound comforting so far?

We were given water bottles and cookies as an apology when they realized the issue was in fact on their end (probably should have did some research first before asking me to prove anything). The room continued to smell the rest of our time, but since I could not trust anything at this point we just dealt with it.

Overall, we felt we were staying in a dirty room where anyone could walk in at a moments notice. Will not be staying here again and will be telling people to avoid Residence Inn all together

My wife and I were in town to help her brother move. We checked into our room and immediately smelled the cigarette smoke that was attempted to be covered up by some awful fragrance spray. We tried to change rooms, but none was available. The woman at the front desk at this time was very helpful. She said she put in a work order for someone to run an ozone machine which takes out all oxygen in the room. This would happen the following morning. The following morning we let the (different) woman at the front desk know that we are heading out for the day and to make sure to use the ozone machine while we’re gone. She also says she put in a work order to have that done. So we’re gone all day and get back to the room to find that either the ozone machine wasn’t used, or it was used with the windows open because that’s how we came back to the room. Same smell. No housecleaning either, although I’m not positive on the policy at this location. As we’re getting ready to go to bed, I happen to notice a sock on the floor so I checked with my wife and it wasn’t hers or mine. My wife then spots a 2nd sock which IS NOT a match to the other. We now had 2 socks from different pairs that were not ours.

So that is my reason for such a poor review. I didn’t even mention the toilet that ran the entire time or the bird that was in our room for a short time since we opened the windows to try to help with the cigarette smell! Stay anywhere else if possible!

Checked in front desk woman was asking where I worked & whom I worked for. Instead of asking if I wanted my room serviced, it was like pulling teeth to get directions to room. Entering room noticed ceilings we’re surprisingly low, couch had a weird smell, (1) remote didn’t work properly of course since I wasn’t asked about room service didn’t receive it final morning of 2 night trip, toilet plunger chain broke toilet kept flushing if that wasn’t bad enough had to go searching for front desk attendant of course it was the same woman from before. I loved having a separate bedroom from the living space and was very surprised to see a full kitchen within the unit. I felt safe taking my my dog out even at night.
I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. There weren’t many food choices so I didn’t eat there.

Carpet wet in a dozen places from some sort of COVID cleaning method. Key cards won’t open outside doors and interior deadbolt will not work. However, the young lady at the front desk on 9/19/20 when we checked in, did everything within her means to make it right! Great job! This morning at breakfast we discovered the toaster wouldn’t work and Mike at the front desk was quick to respond and very helpful! Both employees were outstanding!

Hotel is clean and rooms are nice. The breakfast is not hot as advertised, it is a small bag with a banana, pop tart, and OJ. The suite does have some dishes in it and plenty of towels. However a major negative is that the bedroom has the hvac unit in it behind a closet door. It is very, very loud. We made the room hotter than normal just so it wouldn’t kick on so much. It was very hard to sleep with it running constantly. This hotel would have been off the charts amazing if it was not for that one major flaw.

I liked that our room was next to an exit.
It was strange that one of the rooms I had didn't have a desk. Also at the breakfast they didn't have regular spoons there were only large soup spoons to use. And the area for the breakfast was not practical. I had 2 small children with me and 2 other adults. There was only one table that could fit 4 people there. They had a large cushioned area to sit at but the table that was at the seat was triangular shaped and didn't have enough room for more than two people to sit at it. It seemed like it was more for looks or single adults traveling alone. I don't think the seating was family friendly.

The hot food needed to be replaced (everything was out of low), the waffle section was a disaster, there were no omelets, there was no where to sit, and there were screaming kids everywhere. Had a two bedroom suite for two nights with the kids; more space than my first apartment, and far cleaner. Staff was excellent, especially at the continental breakfast. Very minor ding for soundproofing in the rooms, I'll bring a box fan for white noise next time. Only other minor issue, booking claimed there was a fireplace in the room, but none to be found, possibly because we checked in early and we got the only available room. Overall, this is my new go-to Manassas area hotel, supplanting the Courtyard across I66.

Great stay at a Residence Inn as usual where the rooms are like a home away from home. Rooms are clean and quiet with few if any shared walls with other guest rooms (well-placed utility closets, stairwells, etc.). TVs are either on an outer wall or on an inner wall within your room so there is less concern about disturbing other guests or being disturbed by them.

The front desk was very helpful getting the wifi working with my computer (the problem was my computer: it had been a long time since I had used wifi with my computer and settings had to be made correctly).

Best option in Western Pr Wm Co for apt style stay

Service was excellent and the hotel was nicely amenitized. Complimentary breakfast was quite nice. Only complaint is that the hotel needs a little TLC. For example, the carpet was frayed at a transition and the marble threshold piece was cracked in multiple places. The toilet was missing the screw covers and had the wrong side tank lid on it. The beds were also a bit on the firm side. Beside that, the room was quite clean and the kitchen was very well-appointed. It was great having a TV in both bedrooms as well as the living area that had access to streaming TV so that we could use our Netflix subscription while away from home. My husband and I, our two young children, and our two labradors managed better than expected in the two-bedroom suite for a three-night stay.

hotel close to battle field and interstate road

A/C in room was so noisy we had to shut it off to sleep. Room got very warm. I though the breakfast area was small for the size and type of motel we booked. The A/C problem was going to be investigated by the staff.
