The room was decent, and clean, but smaller than what was advertised. Similarly the pool was smaller than the pictures, but was refreshing when needed. The location while very popular, it had its difficulties as it was very noisy until very late and we had trouble sleeping. Also, very touristy, meaning prices were unreasonable and food was moderate.

Upon checkout we were told her to wait as they wanted to check our room within a few minutes. They came down and served that we had made a stain on a bedsheet which they had tried to wash and it wasn’t coming out and they wanted to charge us 1000 THB - just be aware of this there is a Price list of all the possible things you could damage in your room in the actual room crazy never had this before I have travelled extensively

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice and the rooms clean/comfortable. The rooftop pool is a very nice bonus touch. Just be warned that the noise will be a bit much if you are a light sleeper in any way. You are right on Khao San Road, the noise will start up in the evening and continue until around 3AM which is also when the hotel is only accessible by foot.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Reception were really rude on check in and check out. ‘Soundproof rooms + 24H security’ isn’t true. You can hear everything and anyone can walk up to the rooms without a keycard. On the first night, we went to reception at 1:00 am complaining about everything and she couldn’t understand us but did say she will pass to early reception. We slept in late the next day due to the noise but we went straight to reception about leaving. They refused to give us a 3 day refund (only 2 days) even though we explained that we spoke to the night staff… They gave us 15 mins to shower, pack up our suitcases and leave ( constantly kept calling the room). They never even asked us what our issue was nor apologised. I work in hospitality, this was a disgrace.

I think the property offered good value; It was clean, comfortable, space tight but all very workable. I just found that some of the front desk people were borderline rude and not helpful - would not even call a cab? maybe they just don't do that it Bangkok?

The Mulberry is at the heart of Khao San Road. An easy walk to a lot of touristic attractions including the Temple of the Emerald Buda, Wat Pho and Wat Arun.

There's plenty of food and drinking places nearby, the hotel has a swimming pool in the 7th floor and a pool bar, rooms are renovated and beds are very comfortable, to place is also very new. Although rooms are comfortable for a couple, they are in the smaller side - if you don't mind about the space, the hotel is a perfect place to stay.

In a very vibrant area with lots of street food, bars and clubs. The hotel has double windows which keeps the noise from the local music venues to a minimum, without which it would be impossible to sleep there. Nice rooftop pool with towels provided and a bar if you are wanting a drink.

This hotel is really good value for money on Khoasan road. Rooms are slightly small but has a large bed, we had the king room which would have benefitted from a bit more room for luggage. We was at the back of the hotel and l could barely hear music from Khoasan road because we were out most of the evening anyway. Would recommend for a budget-friendly hotel in a good location!

The Mulberry hotel is located in prime khao San road. Great location but the staff of the hotel are not friendly, more so they are biased towards guests from different nationalities.

Rude and blunt. They don’t even consider a request made in advance while booking.

The rooms didn’t have a wardrobe, we had a difficult time to adjust but somehow had to.
We had an issue with our room key card and we asked to change the same, they did so but did not inform that a new key card will be chargeable at 300 Baht. First time ever be in my all travelling years saw something like this that a key card is charged.

Never gonna stay here again.

Looking for a place to have good food, a drink, a place to party until sunrise maybe? Look no further! This clean hotel with friendly staff is right in the heart of Khao San road and you just need to walk out the lobby for it. Tuk tuks right outside if you need to go elsewhere and honestly the noise was barely noticeable once inside so you’re still able to sleep well. Maybe bring ear plugs if you’re noise sensitive but this place is really worth it in my opinion.

Mulberry Khaosan is an ultimate experience area. The area is rocking with night life and great food. We tried alligator street food. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Room attendants were so helpful in whatever is needed and did a great job of keeping room clean. Young adults would love this experience. Gets loud at night, but I had no problem sleeping through it.

This is in the center of Khoa San Road and it can be a great oasis and refuge in the center of the action. However, if you have a room on the lower floors above the club, sleep may be difficult to achieve. Until 3 am. The staff are suburb and on my 4th visit there, I am coming back. It is compact, but everything is in good order and super clean. I was able to store my items for half the day until my airport run.

….stayed here for a couple of nights on our tour of Thailand.

Great location and a comfortable hotel.

Rooms can be nosier depending where you are. I wouldn’t book if you intend on an early night.

One of my bookings was “lost” and they wanted me to pay direct and they would refund. I pointed out they couldn’t refund a booking they couldn’t find. I stood my ground and eventually checked in with no additional cost.

For price and location it’s perfect if you want to party the night away. If not stay around the corner for the best of both

We stayed for 5 nights in 2 bedrooms..Housekeeping was not clean the room or bathroom just touch up the bed2. A roll of toilet paper for 3 persons in 2 bedrooms was never enough of course!!! We have to ask for it and walk down to get one at a time with front desk. Only one cheap iron without an iron board to share with the whole hotel. How poor! Very noisy if you try to sleep before 2 am. Like the location but definitely not come back to stay here again. For what we pay you can get good service and clean hotels around there for sure!

The only highlight of the property is that it is well decorated.

It’s extremely noisy to such an extent that the whole room vibrates. This will last until 2am every day. When I asked for a quieter room the staff initially said no, when I insisted they gave me their quietest room. Even with ear plugs in and despite being a heavy sleeper, it was impossible to sleep. I am someone who can fall asleep anywhere, but not here. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

The shower runs hot and cold entirely unpredictably so you switch from burning to freezing.

Even though it’s newly built the paint is peeling off the walls.

This hotel is on the center of the Kaho San road - which means you can hear the music and feel the bass from the street until 3am.
The double window does not help...we had to sleep with ear plugs.

Wir sind nun schon das dritte Mal hier und es war wieder fantastisch. Wenn man gerne mitten drin ist, dann ist das Hotel perfekt. Man hat alles was man braucht direkt vor derbTür, ist schnell am nächsten Pier, von wo man überall hinkommt und nachts schlafen wir hier trotz „Partymeile“ auch ohne Ohropax bestens. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
