This apartment complex is centrally located in the northeast of the island, just across the road from the beach (approximately 50 meters). A 250-hectare wooded area surrounds the complex.

Restaurants are within 20 meters, and bars and public transport are just 50 meters away. The airport is 40 km from the complex, while Menacor is only 5 km away.

Renovated in 2000, the complex is set within a lovely 50-square-meter garden and comprises a five-story main building and a two-story annex, offering a total of 20 apartments. Facilities include a foyer, safe, elevator, café, garage, bicycle storage, and a restaurant with highchairs for children.

Room, laundry, and medical services are also available. Each apartment features a combined bedroom/living area, an en suite bathroom, fridge, kitchenette, central heating, safe (for rent), and tiled floors.

Apartments are cleaned after each guest's departure. Guests can enjoy a freshwater swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, bicycles, mountain bikes, and a bowling alley.

Family accommodation close to beach

Lovely family accommodation close to the beach . Nicely furnished and easy to keep clean as basics such as washing up liquid , cloth, sponge , brush and mop provided . Towels changed every other day . Friendly staff , regularly on time . Had access to books , toys and other beach equipment left by previous holiday makers . Outdoor pool area , modest but adequate for number of users and also proximity of beach . Sufficient sun loungers and parasols. Area was clean and tidy at all times . Local beach is a few minutes walk and is family friendly.

Great location for family gateway! Beach was one of the best we visited. Check in was fast and easy, apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for the family of four. We had fun and relaxing time, would go back again!

Lovely!

Great location in Canyamel and very close to a nice sandy beach. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and a nice outdoor jacuzzi. The rooms are basic but clean and perfectly functional, Juan was welcoming and friendly and was happy to help you during your stay. We decided to hire a car (after hearing that transfers took approx. 2.5 hours!) which took just under an hour from Palma airport and there is plenty of free parking on the street nearby. TIP: if you do have a car, I'd recommend driving to Capdepera (10mins) to the big supermarkets for food & drink supplies as Juan said the local supermarkets were expensive.

Excellent apartments in a great location

We stayed at the apartment complex for 3 nights. It is in a perfect location being in close proximity to the beach and shops. The owners are friendly, very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment and surroundings were spotlessly clean.
The only negative was that our room being an economy room did not have air conditioning, only a stand alone fan. However that was our choice to book it and we know that the owners are in the process of upgrading all the rooms. We were taken to one of the refurbished rooms which was lovely and of a very high standard and because of this we would highly recommend the complex.

Close to beach and markets

This was a small facility with about 8 apartments. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The beach was nearby, maybe 2 blocks away. Beach umbrellas, mats, even sunscreen was available for use free of charge. The rooms were great, air conditioning was efficient, the small kitchenette with full size refrigerator was perfect. Good restaurants were located nearby. Easy drive from the airport.

Home from Home five minutes to turquoise sea .

We loved this place as it felt like home. Close to lovely beach, shops, restaurants n a tranquil river walk.
The owners have made this place very homely with personal touch to little things that matter and that's what we liked about this place. The flat have all the essentials required for self catering and comfortably laid out furniture and lovely wall pictures.

Any problems was quickly attended to without a fuss. Very thoughtful that they had a nice collection of books n also toiletries in case one forgot to bring any like tanning lotions.

The massage is something to try out perhaps just before the end as it was so very relaxing.
The couple are very helpful and work hard at keeping this place so lovely. I am sure in years to come there will be more to enjoy in this place.

Canyamel is a lovely quiet resort. Hotel Manager is very helpful. Internet on 5th floor not the best, but very good at reception and pool area.

Close to the beach

This apartment is basic but has all we required for our holiday, it was clean and comfortable, lovely pool area and the owners are continually improving it, we will definitely stay there again. The beach is minutes walk from the apartments as are the shops so ideal all in all.

Close to the beach, like 300m. Large enough for a family of 3. The balcony is nicely large. Staff is friendly.
Although it is said that the location is quiet it is not, several times per week outdoor karaoke, neighbours cleaning their terraces with noisy electric air blowers in the morning. The elevator did not have any proof of maintenance on its label. Stuffing, like toaster, microwave and stove are old or weak, frying a piece of meat isn’t fun on the stove.
There are several restaurants nearby but surprisingly they are quite often closed, in fact the choice is very limited.

Super Aussicht im 4. Stock auf Berger und Meer. Frisch renoviert, super ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner Pool. Groundflour Appartment liegt nur direkt neben der Straße und man hat wenig Privatsphäre.

Apartamentos muy cómodos y a un paso de la playa.

Nosotros hemos estado en un apartamento de dos habitaciones y todo estaba muy nuevo, ya que los han reformado. Están al lado de la playa de Canyamel y cerca tienes bares y algún supermercado pequeño. Si bien la zona en la que están es muy tranquila, tienes a diez minutos en coche, varios pueblos con más movimiento y supermercados más grandes. La atención por parte del dueño, también muy bien.

Aan of uit dus, verder wel lekker. Vrij harde bedden, tweepersoons in ieder geval. Eenpersoons iets beter en zachter. Was een vierpersoons appartement. Maar ook in de kamer was een slaapbank beschikbaar.

The hotel was adequate but certainly not a perfect experience. Clean towels & toilet paper were not restocked frequently - we had to ask for new towels and TP at the reception desk. And the walls are really, really thin, so we woke up every morning at 5 am because of our next door neighbors who were up and about by that time.

Excelente apartamento para Mallorca Noreste

Amplio apartamento de 2 habitaciones (1 con cama matrimonio, otra con cama individual), más sofá cama. Perfecta para familias. Reforma reciente. Todo impecable. Cocina completa (vitro, lavavajillas, lavadora, horno pequeño, microondas, frigorífico grande, tostador, buen menaje) Pequeña terraza/balcón (sin vistas al mar). Piscina muy buena con tumbonas. Servicios menos habituales en apartamentos: te prestan toallas de piscina, te cambian toallas cada 2 días, recogieron basura...) Buen servicio de masajes (50min, 30eur). Capdepera está a 10min en coche y hay grandes supermercados. Canyamel es pequeño pero con algunas opciones de comer/cenar. No perderos una copa desde la terraza chillout del Vintage1934 con vistas al mar (a 5 min andando). Playas de Mesquida y Agulla (de arena) muy buenas a solo 20 min. Interesante coche alquilado aunque hay buses a sitios cercanos (Ratjada...). En el camino desde Agulla a Mesquida, recomiendo caminata a la Talaia Son Jaume: vistas espectaculares. Appart'Hotel très sympa

Un appart hôtel très bien géré, très propre, que ce soit dans les chambres ou à l'extérieur (piscine nettoyée tous les jours, terrasse etc...).

Les chambres sont spacieuses, peut-être un peu mal insonorisees pour certaines mais le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.

Les gérants sont vraiment très sympathiques et le village de Canyamel très agréable ; calme, bien équipé, petite plage sympathique.

Le seul petit bémol serait le wifi vraiment trop faible dans les chambres mais apparemment la fibre optique arrive à Canyamel.

Super séjour dans cet appart hôtel !

Leuke appartementen vlakbij het strand

Leuke appartementen op een tactische plaats. Leuk klein stadje aan een prachtige baai gelegen. Appartementen liggen vrijwel aan het strand.

Ruime kamers, netjes ingericht maar de afwerking kan beter. Tape nog de deuren van het schilderwerk, kieren/naden, niet afgedichte contactdoos enz. Niet zo heel schokkend maar dit zou wel beter mogen als ik dan toch feedback mag geven.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars: Juan en zijn vrouw. We hadden problemen met een lekkende airco en hij deed er werkelijk alles aan om dit direct te repareren ook al bleek dit zeer lastig en na 3 dagen pas opgelost.

Van alle gemakken voorzien waaronder goede/grote oven, kleine maar werkende kookplaten, grote dubbele koelvriescombinatie, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Alles goed schoon en netjes.

Mooi zwembad en leuk barretje in het complex. Parkeren is aan te raden voor 5 euro bij het complex per dag want kan erg druk zijn in de omgeving. Auto staat dan veilig op het binnenterrein dat alleen voor gasten toegankelijk is.

Al met al op probleem met airco na goed verblijf gehad.

Strandnähe und renovierte Apartments mit Pool

Wir (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben dieses Jahr nach einer strandnahen Unterkunft auf Mallorca gesucht. Die Apartmentanlage Sureda eignet sich sehr gut für Familien, denen es wichtig ist, den Tagesablauf selbständig und individuell zu gestalten. Durch die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühl- Gefrierschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine kann man problemlos kleine Speisen selbst kochen. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Töpfen war ausreichend. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Badezimmer hatte eine große Dusche, welche man auch gleichzeitig mit Kind nutzen konnte. Die meisten Apartments sind mittlerweile renoviert. Die Außenanlage ist sehr sauber! Joan Sureda und seine Frau waren immer hilfsbereit. Auch Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants u.ä. geben die beiden gerne.
Perfekt war die Strandnähe. Canyamel ist ein kleiner Ort mit der typischen Ausstattung an Supermärkten und Restaurants. Allerdings sind die Preise in den Supermärkten deutlich teurer, als in den großen Supermärkten Mercadona oder Eroski. Ein Auto ist dafür auch von Vorteil. Man kann von Canyamel aus viele schöne Buchten anfahren. Eine Tropfsteinhöhle ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Restaurants ausreichend für jeden Geschmack in Canyamel vorhanden. Preis- Leistung stimmt.
Direkt neben dem Hotel war ein schattiger Fußballplatz und ein kleiner Spielplatz, welchen wir auch genutzt haben.

Tolles Appartement, super Lage!

Modern eingerichtetes Appartement - super Lage (Strand 5 min entfernt - einfach nur die Straße runter!). Das Personal war sehr höflich, nett und unkompliziert! Poolanlage war ebenfalls super. Andere Hotelgäste angenehm. Insgesamt sehr ruhiges Haus. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war perfekt! Immer wieder gerne! Danke für den tollen Urlaub! :)

Vi consiglio l'auto, per muovervi in giro x l'isola: la zona (canyamel) non offre molto.

Hotel cómodo y barato.

El hotel está situado en Canyamel, un pequeño y tranquilo pueblo turístico. La zona es increible, con un montón de cals y pueblos interesantes alrededor y no está nada masificado. Hace falta coche ppero se puede aaparcar fácil cerca del hotel.
El apartahotel es ideal para familias, nuestra habitación era un poco antigua pero muy comoda, espaciosa (2 habitaciones, baño, balcón y salón cocina), estaba bastante limpia y todo funcionaba correctamente. Además cuenta con una buena piscina.
El pueblo es pequeño por lo que la playa se encuentra a 1 minuto andando.
El personal del hotel fue muy agradable y no tuvimos nigún problema en toda la estancia.

Sympa à part la deco de la chambre à revoir c'est assez vieux, canapé sale ... et dessus de lit avec tâche de javel pas top...
Sinon piscine cool balcon sympa pour le prix on ne peux pas être trop difficile.
Par contre si vous êtes jeunes je déconseille cette endroit car il ne y a strictement rien à faire au alentour, la population est assez vieille ennuyant ... et mal desservi pas les bus

Cerca de la playa, acogedor y completo

Estancia muy agradable. Aparhotel muy completo con nevera, cocina, microondas, cafetera, televisión. Baño completo, terraza con vista al mar y la piscina.
A menos de 2 minutos de la playa y cerca de los supermercados.
Piscina ideal con jacuzzi.
Destacar el servicio gratuito de parasoles, sillas de playa, aletas, ...

Rigtig god til prisen

Skøn ferielejlighed med god plads til to voksne og to teenagere og gratis internet i lejligheden. Ejerne var søde og kom med tips til både indkøb og gode strande. Swimmingpoolen var i top. Stranden var endnu bedre. Vi havde en dejlig ferie og kunne godt finde på at booke lejligheden en anden gang.

Everything much better than we expected despite very decent price.Canyamel is a small, very quiet village ideal for families looking for peaceful vacations.Apartments located 200 m from the beach.We even had a seaview from our balcony.2 bedroom apartment nicely furnished with new IKEA furniture.Kitchen fully equiped with everything we needed. Dishwasher,washing machine, microwave, fridge, TV, etc.We recommend apartments Sureda to people who don't expect luxury, but decent service for decent money.Special thanks to Juan and his wife.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe

Das Hotel war in Ordnung und der Pool war Klasse.
Ein bisschen enttäuscht waren wir von unserem Zimmer, da wir das Deluxe Appartment gebucht hatten, jedoch ds Gefühl hatten, dass wir nur ein Economy Zimmer bekommen haben.
Handtücher wurden mehrmals während unseres Aufenthalts gewechselt, auch der Müll wurde weggebracht und das Bett gemacht.
Ausstattung war sowohl in der Küche, als auch sonst alles vorhanden, jedoch nicht in der Qualität, die wir erwartet hatten.
Es war jedoch alles sauber und ordentlich. Da wir im Zimmer nur zum Schlafen und Essen waren, war alles ok. Auch für den Preis war das Zimmer ok.
Ein absolutes Highligt war der Pool. Der wurde jeden morgen gereinigt, hatte einen Whirlpool und liegen im Wasser. Auch die Liegen und die Schirme am Rand waren in Ordnung.

Sober, maar prettig appartement

Sober, maar prima appartement. Klein koffiezetapparaatje met filter. Theedoek, vaatdoek en afwasmiddel aanwezig. We hebben er niet gekookt. Genoeg gezellige en betaalbare restaurantjes in de buurt. Zwembad was heerlijk. Ook 's avonds aangenaam om te vertoeven. Dicht bij het strand en bij kleine supermarkt en winkeltjes. Auto gemakkelijk in de buurt te parkeren. We hadden eerste dagen veel last van moeten, maar daar werd direct wat aan gedaan nadat we dit hadden aangekaart. Geen wasrek aanwezig, maar ook dit werd geregeld. Je kunt kosteloos een parasol meenemen naar het strand.

Prima appartement, lekker dicht bij het strand!

Het appartement is prima en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is prima. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en aardig en het strand is echt 2 minuten lopen. Een schitterend strand overigens, ook het zwembad bij het appartement was prima en schoon.

Agradable estancia.

Al llegar al apartamento me quedé un poco decepcionada porque nos surgieron algunos problemillas, sin embargo la rapidez del personal del hotel en solucionarlos hizo que toda la estancia fuera más que agradable, sin duda volveríamos al mismo sitio.

Peu fonctionnel mais plaisant dans l'ensemble !

A notre entrée dans l'appartement ce qui nous à frapper au premier abord, c'est d'une part l'odeur de renfermé, et d'autre part des poussières de plâtres dans la salle de bain suite à des travaux sur le faux plafond, visiblement pas nettoyé après.De plus l'équipement de la cuisine trop juste 1 toute petite poêle et une casserole. Sans compter des couteaux qui coupent comme mon genou.Au fond de la salle une prise murale désencastrée, une ampoule dans la cuisine manquante, et un séchoir inexistant.Bref ce n'est pas des plus fonctionnel.En revanche l'accueil de Joan est sympathique et canyamel est calme animé le soir par des concerts dans les hotels.

Apartamento cerca de la playa zona muy tranquila

La situación del apartamento cerca de la playa con una piscina pequeña pero suficiente. Los esponsables siempre atentos a la clientela, teníamos sombrillas, esterillas y otas cuestiones que las cogíamos sin pago alguno. Cualquier duda, consejo siempre contábamos con la ayuda de Joan Sureda.
El apartamento estás bien, limpiza cada tres dias con el cambio de toallas.
El único pero el de la cama de matrimonio, algo pequeña e incómoda.
Volveríamos a ir a estos apartamentos.

Прекрасное расположение отеля в небольшом поселке, где шикарный пляж, который находится в минуте ходьбы от отеля. Машину можно припарковать без проблем. Бесплатный Wi-Fi с нормальной скоростью. Номера достаточно большие со всем необходимым на кухне.Чистый бассейн с джакузи. Барбекю. Прекрасные, доброжелательные молодые хозяева. Огромное спасибо за отдых. В этот отель я бы вернулась еще раз.

Ruhiges einfaches Hotel mit schönem Pool

Also man muss natürlich in erster Linie das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehen und ich denke was Herr Sureda hier auf die Beine stellt ist echt in Ordnung.Es gibt 2 Appartmenthäuser eins ist wohl eben frisch renoviert und ein unrenoviertes. Ich glaube wenn man Economy bucht dann kommt man automatisch ins alte Haus. Wir hatten Economy und ich muss sagen, irgendwie waren wir erstmal schon enttäuscht weil klar es ist halt gewöhnungsbedürftig und halt eben in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kühlschrank war echt grenzwertig.Sprich es sieht alles verwohnt und mitgenommen aus.Meine Frau war am meisten frustriert. Aber nach paar Tagen haben wir die Vorzüge kennengelernt. Es ist ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen da es 2 Schlafzimmer und einen Wohnraum mit englischer Küche gibt. Der Balkon ist gross da er vom Wohnzimmer bis zum Schlafzimmer geht und auch von beiden Räumen betreten werden kann.Was ausserdem positiv auffällt ist die familäre Atmosphäre da es nur eine kleine Anlage ist.Sprich es ist sehr ruhig und der Pool ist nie überfüllt und er ist das Highlight. Weil ich denke für eine Anlage dieser Grösse ist er echt spitze. Da habe ich kleinere Pools für wesentlich grössere Hotels gesehen.Der Poolbereich wirkt sehr modern und anprechend es gibt noch einen angrenzenden Sitzbereich mit schönen Sitzmöbeln und ansprechender Überdachung. Wenn man möchte kann man einen Steingrill nutzen.Auch die Hotellobby ist schick.Es wird auch ständig herungewerkelt und etwas getan.
