The hotel is clean, the service is great, and the common areas are renewed. However, the rooms have outdated furniture, it looks it is at least 60 years old. Mattresses, pillows and pillows are comfortable. The bedspreads are old, and faded. The bathroom is very old, it has never need renewed. It is dark, and it has a shower curtain instead of a glass or bathtub.

I hotel has a great location close to plaza indepensia with good coffee and dining options close by. The pool was a plus and the staff were friendly and helpful. One annoyance was that there was not an english language station on the tv, cnn or bbc please!

I had requested a double bed for me and my wife, but instead the hotel told us they only had two single twin beds available. The room was carpeted with an old rug, as opposed to the other rooms that appeared to have been remodeled and presented with tiled floor, which would have been given a cleaner and fresher look. Our roomed smelled like old carpet. The rooms was noisy and it was hard to go to sleep at night. The noise came from the other rooms and also from people outside the hotel.
The staff was courteous, and specifically the morning female staff was friendly and accommodating with our belongings.
The hotel had run out of spaces to park the car rental we had with us, nonetheless they provided with an alternative parking option two blocks away from the hotel.
The hotel was close to the plaza, which made it easier to navigate by foot.
The pictures in the website were deceiving. It was not worth the money spent for the night.

Price increases between check in and check out
Room was clean and nice (basic). I would have recommended this hotel except the price mysteriously increased by 20% between when we checked in and when we checked out and paid the next day. The hotel eventually removed the extra charges after a half hour of debate.

In all my years of traveling the world I have never stayed in such a nasty hotel, the room smelled like an ashtray , no wifi, tv on the wall with no remote control and that was 1 room the second one offered was not any better the ac controlled by the hotel and a very small vent over all a very BAD hotel, I recommend \" PREMIUM TOWERS \" great staff great service clean well equipped room strongly recommend.

A bit disappointing for a 3 star hotel.
We stayed in a triple room for a week and it was basically OK but my bed was very old and not really comfortable. The wi-fi worked (almost) properly what is not typical for Argentina. Some of the staff members were friendly and helpful (mostly female) and could speak some English while some other (male) could not speak at all and was even impertinent about that (we are in Argentina and we speak Spanish). Breakfast so-so, coffee awful. Location is good but the street is busy and loud in the night. Better windows would help. Generally I expected more from 3 star hotel.

While this hotel is not flash or new, the friendly staff and great location make amends. We travelled with our 2 children aged 5 and 2 and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. The pool and outdoor area are lovely and the breakfast serves the purpose. Great value.

Although the rooms could be updated this hotel is in a marvelous location. The staff is very helpful and pleasant, breakfast was good. Our room opened onto the courtyard and was very quiet as a result.A casino across the street 8 restaurants on the next block.... a quick walk to Plaza Independencia and the pedestrian shopping mall, with many outdoor cafes to choose from .

This is a very tired hotel with a front desk clerk that tries to manipilate the prices and over-charge. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful. I think they realized the desk clerk was killing their business.

en general muy bien, lo curioso es que al contratar o hacer la reserva me cobraban $2950 (con IVA incluido), sin embargo, y después al pagar como extranjero (me habrían descontado el IVA), tuve que pagar $3150. Insólito!!. Lo justificaron con el cuento de que la AFIP era la que hacía los cálculos....

HOTEL MUY DEFICIENTE , EN TODO SENTIDO
Es un hotel pésimo, que aparte de tener una muy mala infraestructura, com o almohadas reventadas y colchones duros como palo, tiene una recepcionista de muy mal trato , la cual incluso trató de convencer al taxi que nos fue a buscar para llevarnos al aeropuerto que nos dejara botados para que lo ocuparan otros pasajeros. Mujer desagradable, poco empática y mala persona, que no debería atender público de ninguna manera. La piezas chicas, el baño diminuto , la TV chica y de mala calidad .
Solicité que nos ayudaran con el aire acondicionado, y jamás llegaron a hacerlo. El desayuno regular, siempre igual, con muy poca variedad. De los 4 tostadores de pan 2 no funcionan, hay que esperar una eternidad para lograr un pan tostado. Hay Hoteles mucho mejores en Mendoza por el valor que este hotel cobra. Finalmente, es un lugar ruidoso, que no cuenta con doble ventanal y que se hace insoportable dormir. Afortunadamente estuvimos sólo 3 noches que fueron casi insoportables por los ruidos, dureza del colchón, mala calidad de almohadas, estrechez de la habitación, falta de apoyo a requerimientos, etc.
