El servicio terrible, el día anterior a irme dejé en la cafetería alrededor de las 19 hs unos cubos que se congelan para retirarlos a la mañana siguiente.
El salir el dia 23-02 a las 5 AM dado que me iba al aeropuerto pregunte en la recepción y no encontraron los los cubos que la persona de la cafetería el día 22 al dejarlo me dijo que lo iba a etiquetar con el número de habitación, no tuvieron capacidad para hacer algo tan sencillo como eso, obviamente fui varias veces a este hotel pero luego de esto NO VOLVERÍA

We tried to check-in 2 hours early, but room not available (OK), returned at 3 pm and given a superior room but prebooked a Junior Suite with Terrace. Staff said the superior and junior suite we the same. 3 night stay for two people - one small bottle of water, one coffee and milk sachet for 3 days for two people, but kettle and coffee machine in room. Spoke to staff again at check out and this time they said Expedia canceled our room, but they did their best to find alternative but it wasn't the Junior suite. However, they said Expedia cancelled the room, but I didn't need to pay because they had already received payment for the Junior Suite (but who from ???).

I requested 2 bottles of water and two coffee sachets for the room, I was charged twice the cost in the bar downstairs and they wouldn't give me a cost breakdown until after I had paid. There were no bathrobes as advertised, some of the power sockets didn't work. The staff were untruthful about our room, but took our money for other Junior Suite - very unsavoury experience and couldn't recommend.

Everything was great. The room was big. We were in rm 218. The front desk were always helpful and answered all our questions with a smile. The buffet was great other than some of the sweets were a little hard that needed to be changed out. The restaurant mgr. was very concerned always if something was low in the buffet they would refill immediately. We never had a chance to take a dip in the pool. But overall we will return to NH if we ever come back to Mendoza. We took the a tour with Viator company for 3 wine tastings and gourmet lunch. Don't hesitate. This was a great tour ❤️

I paid for a room for 3 people with breakfast included. The room was quite expensive compared to other places in Mendoza. They gave me a run down and small room in the first floor. The floor had a hole in front of the bathroom. A big one! And no towels. Nobody help us with the luggage. I was moved to the fourth floor. The room was a bit bigger but nothing fancy about it very basic. It didn’t have a clock, or the coffe maker it showed in pictures. I had previously stayed at NH in Barranquilla and I loved it! Very disappointed with this experienced. Breakfast was ok.

Just 1 nt stay , arrived early since I had to check out from my previous hotel due to what smelled like toxic cleaning material which was affecting me badly.Young team on reception learning the ropes....took a very long time to check in due to system technical problems.Was able to check in to my room early although I flatly refused to pay the extra charge for doing so # hotel located in a lovely safe square # although made arrangements for taxi to airport the previous day had to wait and rephone

Overall it was OK, they were quick in repeating the shower and bed and quick to reset the aircon. The hotel needs a really big revamp. It us very run down. Restaurant chairs and tables very dirty need a mooring overhaul and the new cook needs to sacked and get a more experienced one, first time the fish was cold not cooked and the second time a beautiful piece of steak was charred outside and raw on the inside. Not a very pleasant experience.

We arrived at the hotel and we were told the hotel was over sold and sold out. They had made us a reservation at another hotel - Amerian - and the hotel was ok but not as good a location. Despite this - hotels.com still charges me for one night so I️ need a refund. Also - I️ want the 3 nights credit towards my account. Why does hotels.com not have email customer service???? I️ am still traveling international and can’t call?? Very frustrating.

The rooms are rather small, dark, and they are not well kept (see pictures). The AC did not work and the rooms were unbearably warm. The suggested solution at the front desk? \"open the room's window.\" There is major construction right in front of the hotel and there is too much noise. We had a reservation for two nights, but we only stayed one. We went to another, much better hotel. The hotel staff was friendly though, and some of them spoke good English.

The NH has a good location and was obviously a nice hotel in the past. Now, it's kind of meh. The service is good, and everyone there is friendly. The breakfast has plenty of variety. The rooms are looking worn, though. It could definitely use some upkeep or refurbishment. Overall, it's still a decent place, but if you spend a bit more to stay somewhere else, the quality goes up a great deal. Would I stay there again? Maybe, if other places were too expensive or already booked. Overall, it was just so-so, though.

Not What it Used To Be

We first stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and unfortunately it is showing it's age. Not much in the way of updating has been done is this time. There had previously been a flood in our bathroom so there was black mold in some of the grout, the ceiling was peeling away, the door was swollen and would not shut all the way, the door frame had paint scratched away because of this, and the wooden floor in the main room was damaged. The walls were quite dirty, the lamps were old and discoloured and wallpaper was peeling in places. For some reason our room had no mini-bar at all and the air-con did not work. Positives were that the room was quiet, the curtains were newish, and headboard had been re-done. Usually we would ask for another room, but just decided to not deal with this for a short stay. The breakfast was quite good for local standards and the staff were nice. On our last breakfast we were asked to move tables and the whole entire buffet had to be moved because there was a massive leak from the rain overnight. On top of this, the whole plaza by the hotel was being ripped up and the street outside the front door is also torn up. This was a major eye sore and a bit inconvenient for getting taxis in the rain. It's too bad, because this hotel has potential, but I'd totally have to recommend other hotels in Mendoza. This was my 4th visit to the city and there are better hotels for value.

I think this property is a good value for the money. It's in a quieter part of town (at least on the weekend when I was there) so I slept very soundly each night. My one complaint (which I did bring to the front desk's attention) is that I smelled cigarette smoke from the room vent a few times. For someone who doesn't smoke, it was rather disgusting and preoccupying. The front desk staff was apologetic about it, did explain that it is a no smoking property and were happy to change my room if need be. I did not notice it again so I stayed where I was but I appreciated the offer.

(We asked about hop-on-hop-off bus and were provided directions to a bus line that only operates Thursday - Sunday....it was Tuesday!) Waited a long time at the (small) bar before we were waited on. The electricity went off several times while we were having dinner but they comp'd out meal.

Having stayed at NH hotels in europe, we expected a certain standard but unfortunately this hotel fell short. It's looking very tired and dated and the rooms aren't as comfortable as they should be- ours smelt musty, it wasn't cleaned properly and the beds weren't made properly so the sheets weren't even covering the mattress either night be stayed. This hotel could really do with a renovation to bring it up to the chains usual standard. On the plus side, the reception staff were willing to assist and did get the bed re-made for us when we complained. The breakfast is decent, and the location is ideal for exploring Mendoza city.

We stayed here for two nights, my mom, little brother and I. Mendoza is a beautiful city, NH Cordillera is in a perfect location, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They were so nice! They will call a remi for you if you are headed into the wine country or the airport. Breakfast was not included, but was a good price down in the dining room. This seemed more like a business hotel than a leisurely one, but they had everything we needed for the city stay before heading into Chacras de Coria for wine tasting.

Stayed for a few nights between climbs and found the nH to be nice enough but pretty pricey given the amenities. You can find cheaper and more comfortable places in Mendoza. Overall, I gave it a 4* rating. Afterwards, I stayed at the villagio and preferred that hotel to the nh.

The location, right in the cente of the city, is excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel had some problems. As with all hotels in Argentina, the internet access is slow and unreliable. The air conditioning is both loud and ineffective. There are no power sockets beside the bed.

The hotel staff in excellent, very polite and always willing to help. I was in a third floor double room. Although the room was in excellent condition, I noticed the rug on the corridor needed to be either glued again or replaced. One day there was no water, there must have been a problem with the water pump. So we left in the morning without taking our usual shower, however, when we returned from our meetings at 18:00 hours, the problem was fixed. Other than that, there were no more problems.

The restaurant are is clean and the breakfast buffet selection is good. There are always fruit, juices, nuts, etc.

One of the stong points about staying in this hotel is the location, which is superb.

The NH Cordillera was the perfect location for our trip to Mendoza for an amazing wine region experience. It is in the heart of the little city and everything is walking distance. Staff were very professional and all spoke English. They even kept my bottle of champagne from wine tasting in their kitchen to ensure it stayed cold. Breakfast was also well done.

There is nothing spectacular about the NH. It features very bland rooms and the beds were highly lacking in the comfort department. These beds are possibly several years old and you can feel the coil springs in your back. The bed sheets are likely equally old as well. The room had a musty smell to it and the shower featured an odd contraption which sought to prevent the water from leaking onto the floor, however, this contraption was more a nuisance than anything. The saving grace for this hotel is the location, which is just perfect. This hotel could easily becomes a 4-star hotel with some work, however, there does not seem to be any effort towards improving the appeal to general public based on the quality of service we received.

El hotel en lineas generales esta bien, con algunos temas de falta de mantenimiento que son evidentes. Tuvimos muchos problemas con la calefacción y pasamos frío.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, el desayuno espectacular.

El hotel estuvo bien, pero un gran problema fue la calefacción que funcionaba muy mal no solo en la habitación sino también en las areas públicas del hotel. Pasamos muchísimo frío los dos primeros días de nuestra estadía. Nos cambiaron de habitación el primer día y aún asi no funcionaba bien la calefacción. Por otro lado, el desayuno es espectacular muy variado y de buena calidad.
