Some welcome drinks, coffee, or snacks would be much appreciated. There was no detergent to wash the utensils. The furniture is dated. Especially the bed covers feel filthy. There is considerable noise from the neighbors that can be heard. There is no smart tv. But the place was clean. We liked that it was a good apartment size.

We stayed here for 20 days, and the place was quiet and very safe.
The cleaning lady came every day to clean the apartment — she washed all the dishes we used, changed all the towels, made the bed, and cleaned the bathroom.

Our host, Sergio, was extremely kind. We asked if it was possible to have a microwave, and within minutes they brought one to our room. We had originally rented a room for two, but when our cousins offered us a ride from Chile to Mendoza (we flew from Houston to Santiago), I called Sergio and he immediately said “no problem.” He even upgraded us to a larger apartment at no extra cost, and we comfortably shared it with our cousins for a couple of days.

It was an excellent experience overall. My only advice: if you’re renting a car, go for a small or mid-sized one — the garage is a bit tight to maneuver.
Other than that, the apartment met — and even exceeded — our expectations!

This hotel is in a great location ,its really an apartment with kitchen, everything worked, the shower was great, no noise, really worth every penny, not far from the airport or the main bus depot, the trip from the hotel to the airport is $10.000 Argentine pesos which is like 10 us dollars.

Mendoza Apartments are very nice and excellent value. Plenty of room and clean. The location is not the best, but you’re just a short walk away from the central downtown road.

Communication and helpfulness of staff was amazing, especially with us English speakers. Very attentive, and would quickly provide help and address concerns. Definitely recommend.

The room was great and in a walkable spot to downtown without the crazy hussle and bustle of downtown mendoza. Draw back is the floor clean product had a weird pee smell. But I guess I knew when it was cleaned. So bonus. Big plus, the front desk had a power convertor. CLUTCH. Also laundry mat is one block away. Super cheap and really good. They did the laundry for you. Bless

Noisy neighbours

The main issue was other people sitting outside our appartment talking very loudly. Asked them to keep the noise down at 11pm. Tbey did go into the adjacent appartment but turned up the music. Appartments aren't manned after 9 and there are notices asking people to be quiet after 9. Guy at the desk when we checked in was helpful. Underground carpark is useful as parking on roadside can be hazardous.

Sparkling clean apartment and great service

I stayed four nights and was really impressed. The large apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable and the service was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The central location within Mendoza was perfect. A supermarket is just one block away and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed warmly and given a good overview of the facilities in our apartment. The apartment was a good size, had great facilities and was conveniently located for walking to the main central areas. It was also an easy walk from the bus terminal, even with bags. There is only a toaster oven but on request a microwave was cheerfully provided. The fridge has a small freezer section. The team of Claudia, Francisco and Sergio provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to stay. One tip: if you are planning to pay with credit card at the nearby Atomo supermarket you will need your passport or other ID.

We got off to a rocky start due to an overly officious person at the reception desk; the check-in process took a long time and we were assigned an apartment that was rather noisy and claustrophobic; a power outage temporarily left the building without water. We complained and were offered a more spacious apartment the following day, which was fine. Free parking is offered, but after booking I received an email to the effect that parking had to be reserved and that only compact cars were permitted. This should be made clear before booking because the underground parking lot is very small and paying for an external parking implies an additional expense for guests. The reception desk is only open from 8:00 am through 21:00 pm and was closed completely on new year's day, which is far from positive. Telephone numbers are available to contact staff in the event of problems, but we were told that only one of them worked.

We initially chose this apartment because we were arriving from Buenos Aires and it was close to the bus station (it's an easy 10 minute walk). While it doesn't look much from the street, inside is a very nice and well appointed apartment. Claudia at reception speaks great English and was very helpful when had an issue with a tour we had arranged.

New modern hotel!

Overall we thought the hotel was great! It's new and modern and the room is super efficiently designed. There is a dining table and a kitchen with basic amenities. We wished it had a few more spoons and forks (3 of each) and there was no proper chopping knife so cooking ability is limited. It's great that they have check in at 12pm because we got into town at 9.30am so we didn't have to wait all day to check into our place. While we got a lot of great info about what to do for the short time we were in Mendoza, checking in Thursday and leaving Saturday early morning, the staff regretted to tell us that the Friday was a holiday and thus most places are closed! Had we known we would have organized our schedule a little differently. We got unlucky with the holiday though so I woul definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We stayed for almost a month with my husband and son. The place is excellent, very clean, staff is professional and courteous. They were always available for any questions and recommendations. We rented a car for 2 weeks, and the parking lot was very convenient and super space. Everything is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was a great deal for our extended stay. Modern and safe building. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again in future travels. The only recommendation to the management would be to add an extra dresser for more storage space for clothing, as in our case, we stayed for almost a month and had a lot of clothes.

Apartmentos Mendoza Premium is an easy walk to the main square -- about 10 minutes. The unit was clean, and the staff at check in was very friendly and helpful if you want to book any tours or excursions. People with mobility issues may have a problem, because there are about four or five steps to get to the elevator that takes you to the rooms. The reception desk is also part of what appears to be a store for fixtures -- doors and windows -- and is not staffed 24 hours. They have a key drop box and a free phone to use to call for a taxi, but that can be difficult if you have an early flight and don't speak Spanish. But the unit was great for my purposes, and it was easy to get around the city.

Pros: Very modern, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked including the AC, TV. Comfortable bed. Great WiFi. Very secure. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Good location just about four blocks from one of the main streets in the area. Friendly and helpful front desk.

Cons: It's close to the center of town so if you have a window that faces the street it can be loud. Not really a problem with the hotel, noisy streets are what you find in city centers, but if it's an issue for you you might want to request a room that doesn't overlook the street.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Next time I'm in Mendoza this is the first place I'll look.

Quarto bem amplo e limpo. A cozinha tinha os utensílios necessários, como forno elétrico, fogão por indução, dentre outros. O banheiro dispunha de sabonete, shampo e secador de cabelo. Los apartamentos estaban muy bonitos. Rentamos 5 apartamentos y todos estaban muy bien. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudaron desde el inicio para poder ubicarnos en uno de los apartamentos y poder dejar las cosas, ya que llegamos antes de la hora de ingreso. El servicio de limpieza también fue muy amable. Hay tiendas cerca para hacer pequeñas compras, además está muy bien ubicado de los lugares más importantes como tiendas, souvenirs, bares, restaurantes. Definitivamente me quedaré otra vez en este lugar.

A senhora da limpeza sempre muito atenciosa e gentil . Nós acolheu muito bem e levou até mais dois cobertores 1 dia após nossa chagada para que ficássemos mais quentinhos. Os meninos da recepção sempre dispostos a nos ajudar. O local é perto de tudo e tem um supermercado quase do lado . Fica pertinho da principal avenida ( San Martin . O local também têm estacionamento e passa ônibus em todas as ruas do lado e inclusive na frente do hotel.

Fui con mi familia (4 personas), y desde que llegamos Ariel en recepcion como Sergio por telefono, fueron muy amables en hacernos sentir como en casa. Ariel, nos mostro todo lo relacionado con el apartamento y ambos nos dieron buenos datos.
El apartamento es muy comodo y sobretodo muy limpio, que estuvimos muy a gusto, a pesar de estar casi todo el tiempo fuera. Tambien cabe destacar que es muy tranquilo sin mucho ruido.
Esta muy bien ubicado, que estando en el centro nunca usamos el auto sino todo a pie y cuando necesitamos tomamos taxi.
Recomiendo a ojos cerrado el apartamento y sin duda volveria ahi.

Muy bien hubicado a tres cuadras de la calle San Martín y a 5 de la peatonal en el mismo centro de Mendoza, el departamento muy cómodo y amplio con todo lo necesario. Claudia, Sergio y Francisco nos atendieron muy bien haciendo nuestra estadía increíble y placentera, gracias por hacernos sentir en casa.

Excelente atención, al ser un apartamento si recepción de 24 horas, llegamos muy tarde y nos contactamos con Sergio, que no tuvo ningún problema en ir a recibirnos e incluso recomendarnos unos restaurantes... eso es cálidad de atención!!!, tan típica de los argentinos!!!

Agradable y cortez el personal, la pieza limpia y comoda, la señora del aseo tambien muy atenta, si vuelvo a Mendoza volveria a este mismo lugar, para mi estuvo perfecto, ademas tenia la catedral a la vuelta , que mejor, felicitaciones, ademas lindo Mendoza, yo vivo en Santiago, Mendoza esta a un paso, gracias.
