Very nice staff. Nice restaurant, great food!
Saundra
I never leave reviews. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years as a working road warrior and this is on the top regarding comfort, cleanliness, and service. The room was spotless clean. It smelled amazing even. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Big fluffy pillows not hard compacted rocks. Everything on this stay hit a 10 on every point.
Dominique
I received Great service!
Michael
Took more than 20 minutes to check in as they were expierencing some system issues. Asked for a room away from the elevator but was given the room right next to it. Fortunately the room keys did not work so got another room away from the elevator. Not a good initial experience.
Room was nice though and slept well.

This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand
The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable.
We had an issue with their \"room service\". I would never order from them again.
Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.

Took a chance on this place with hardly any reviews. Neighborhood was a mix of sketchy and newer investments. The staff was helpful up to check-in, and then not so much. The bathroom sink was completely broken- no water and a broken sink itself (bottom front of sink was hanging off). The lights of the parking lot/property shine directly in to the unit all night, less than a foot away. My biggest issue was with the back door. The unit we stayed in was on the ground and had a back door that was completely uncovered, allowing anyone to see in. It opened to a patio with the parking lot being right there. While there was a guardrail enclosing the patio, the lack of privacy was an issue for me, and the biggest worry was that there was NO deadlock. Just a sliding lock (no chain) that goes into a drilled out hole about 1/8 inch securing the door shut from the outside. I didn’t discover this until after we arrived home after a concert around 130a, and by then, although I called and asked about the lock/moving units, the on-call help asked if I wanted to check out and that all the units were like this- and that was it. I said a prayer and went to bed. I would NOT recommended this unit, unless you’re okay with this. The manager would not refund anything, and I informed them through our third party booking company that I would be leaving this review- which still did not make a difference in any partial refund- only if we had left in the middle of the night. Not safe. Comfy beds though.

It was a great stay, and the staff were wonderful. However, my key card had to be reprogrammed several times, and on the second day of my four-day stay, I was woken up because they mistakenly thought my room was vacant.
Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Lots of good aspects to this hotel, such as the friendly staff, good tasting breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and the price. However, our particular room had a very uncomfortable mattress—way too soft. If you are someone that wants extra soft, it will be good for you.
We were on the 3rd floor and there was a continuous hum coming from the ceiling (maybe from the HVAC). We didn’t notice it until the tv was off late at night, but it was audible and strong enough that you could feel the ceiling vibrating.
The tv remote only turned on the tv and changed the volume. So we were limited to the current channel. Luckily we were up for Friends reruns on TBS.
Finally, note that there is no swimming pool.

Friendly staff and clean property. Breakfast , was good. Only complaint, lack of toiletries in room.
Megan
We've stayed at this property several times while our son was a student at ISU. The hotel is clean, safe, well maintained, and very comfortable for our needs. Friendly, helpful staff have always made our stays even better. Totally recommend this hotel!
Cherie
Staff were great! We had a couple of minor problems but they were very quick to correct the issues! The Korean restaurant was very good too.
Marie
The motel was changing to a Clarion, in the process of remodeling so the property was in a disarray. The room was descent, but certainly not up to a 9.2 standard.
Tierra
The waffles were great wished they had options for people who don’t eat pork
Shawn
Would definitely stay again
Gail
The breakfast did not have any of the selections that I enjoy. The gym was good and I utilized the area every day.
Georgia M
Did not use the. Gym, staff appeared “ non accommodating” Requested printed copies of my bill stated since paid via Expedia , they would issue a copy. Requested copy of form from hotel indicating that I had paid $100 dollars for incidentals again stated would send me a copy via email.Clerk didn’t ask for email address, I gave him my email address and requested that I receive a copy!!
Denise
Nice for a one night stay
Tracy
Very nice staff. Lots of room to park. Clean.
Beds are very uncomfortable with scratchy sheets.
Room heater/air conditioner makes a loud clunking noise when it turns on and off. Loud enough to startle you awake.

The room could use some extra sweeping in the bathroom but the room was clean & spelled good. The front desk clerk said he couldn't give me a better rate than going onto the app $146 compared to $117 because the hotel was at full copacity, BUT there were only about 12 cars in the parking lot all night. ??
Michelle
Staff was courteous, room was clean. Jacuzzi in room worked great and my stay was quiet and relaxing.
Tabitha
The room was nice. The whirlpool suite was much smaller than I thought it would be. The staff was kind. I did want to check-in at 1pm due to an early arrival and decided against the check-in at 1 because the front desk wanted an additional $50 for the 2 hours of extra time. That was surprising to me because there were not many guests in the entire hotel that night. It was no where near being a full house.
Frank
Room was fine, could have had a little more updating. One lamp had no bulb. Staff was good. Breakfast somewhat sparce for a buffet. No coffee one day. Never any juice.
Joshua
Room had a smell that was not pleasing. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Pillows were cheap. Linens felt scratchy. We had 2 showers and one just dripped. Elevator was extremely slow.
Lavon
It was very conveniently located near where my family lives.

The hotel is clean and I like that it’s close to where my son lives.

Parking was easy but the breakfast was not great and our room was old and the TV was super touchy.
Amy
Room was very clean and bedding very comfortable.
Theresa
The breakfast was limited. Only on day yogurt was available.

Bed was terrible T.V. Didn’t work properly will never stay there again

Waited 30 minutes while they tried to find someone to check me in, one staff person who appeared to be in maintenance was extremely helpful. One person sat in the manager office the entire time they were running thru the building looking for the desk staff person. Room had zero toiletries - not even soap to wash your hands (had to use my body wash). That made me uneasy about their standards.
Trudy
Bed was very comfortable. Room wasn't set up very well for handicapped....not enough space.
Not clean in some areas. Nice and helpful staff. Restaurant was also very good! Breakfast was fair but not great.

Lower handicap bed great for senior

Stayed 3 days. Tv never worked despite telling staff at the front desk about it 3 times. First guy at front desk was more interested in socializing with friend?Shower water pressure was weak.
Breakfast unimpressive, paper plates no juices.

Run down
Run down hotel. Left a night early because it was disgusting. Mold all around shower.
Michael
It’s starting to show its age. I had to find the phone cable and plug it in so I could call the front desk to get the wi-fi password. Room was clean, breakfast buffet was good!
Hermelinda
The hallways we’re very hot, common areas we’re not clean like elevator and breakfast was understaffed.
Roberta
Convenient to the airport and clean room. Breakfast was disappointing with no fresh fruit or juices. The elevator certificate was expired, room safes were not working and pool was not filled. We had to complain about excessive noise in the room above us.
Michael
The property was warm and inviting. Room was generally comfortable, except for my constant complaint of overdone AC. Rajesh was friendly and professional.
Amanda
Worth every penny!
Beds were very comfortable! Room was spacious! Breakfast buffet had many choices! Will stay every time we are in town!
Brianna
Staff was awesome
KIMBERLY
I really liked Bonchon. I also liked the complimentary water upon arrival. The staff was wonderful.
Beth
The phone in room didn't work. The toilet leaked. The bathroom needed towel racks and hooks for clothes, robes, towels. Handicap bars were there, but they should not be interchangeable with towel racks. The main reason for staying there was for clean room, handicapped accessible bathroom and room and reasonable price and not too far from IL Wesleyan campus, although not truly convenient location-too far away. Price should have been less expensive to compensate, plus pool was under construction. The room was clean and beds comfortable, however bed was too high for my mother, who uses a cane/walker. She fell getting into bed on the last night and I had to call 911 from my mobile phone. Paramedics lifted her up and double-checked her. Issue because hotel phone didn't work and no one was at front desk at that time.

The breakfast was sparse to say the least!
No sugar for the coffee.
Rubber pancakes, no sausage or bacon.
Very disappointing.
Asked for a receipt, got an excuse.
Matress was awful.
No extra blanket.

The staff was hard working and lovely. The room was clean and fine except the phone and tv were not functioning and even after we asked nothing was done about it. And the “complimentary” breakfast was absolutely dreadful. Would not return.
Keith
It was shat I expected - Nothing fancy but clean and convenient.
A hot tub would have been nice and the breakfast was average at best.

It was ok.
I had an event at ISU this weekend that required an overnight stay. The hotel seemed clean and nice, but the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The bed was not comfortable at all and sagged majorly to one side.
Vanessa
Someone was able to have a key of my room and walked in.
Christine
Very clean. TV did not work. Told the gal at front desk. She said a cable man would be in within the next hour or so. He never came.
Terry
I had a wonderful stay here this past few days. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The room was almost perfect, except there was no desk lamp. The breakfast was very basic and unappealing, however.
Judith
The hotel has been renovated and is very nice.
Linda
The only restaurant was Korean food. Morning breakfast did not even have hot coffee!! The machine was broke. Many usual condiments were missing as well. I will not be going back.
BRAD
Front desk person was very nice, but check-in was awful. They could not find my reservation and it took 45 minutes on the phone to figure it out.
Jonathan
Very nice hotel in a nice, convenient area with nice restaurant options there and close by.
Susan
The room was updated. The breakfast team let me grab cereal after closing time which I appreciated. The bed was not comfortable- lumpy and the room wasn’t well vacuumed. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the blower was loud. The overall cleanliness was lacking compared to prior visits. The workout room doesn’t have a key secure entry and no cell service, which felt unsafe to me.
Thomas
Met my needs. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle service met my transportation needs from and to the airport.
Sami
People upstairs were very loud! Bed seemed broken with a huge dip in the top
Deja
Was not the best experience

Hotel staff store my credit card info
A woman from this hotel called me the day of my check in and said there was no card on file for my room. I gave her my credit card information and within 3 days I had multiple fraud charges on that credit card. I was also charged $109 for \"incidentals\" that I had to call the hotel and argue to get a refund for. I've stayed here multiple times and this is the first time I've ever had a problem but unfortunately I will never go back here. My bank is investigating the woman who works there and sending all the info to the police department.
Beth
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was nice at check in/out. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Coryssa
I liked that everything was very clean and the room was gorgeous
jerald
Great place. Great price.
Brandi
Breakfast was great! Wish there were more restaurants close.
Emily
Unacceptable
As soon as we walked into the room it smelled strongly of cleaner and or some sort of strong air fresher.. not long after arriving we discovered rose petals and old soda bottles near the end of the bed..(as pictured). As well as garbage scattered through out places in the room.. When I took the garbage down the to man at the front desk he stated “okay I’ll document that”. That was the end of the conversation. The filter in the AC/Heat unit was so plugged it wasn’t blowing air.. my boyfriend had to remove the filter and clean it himself. The floor next to the jacuzzi had cigarette ashes on it. Which was weird considering this was supposed to be a smoke free room…Definitely not worth the money I paid and I will not be staying here in the future.
Jacqueline
Thanks for a great stay!
Art
Very helpful staff
Charcy
Friendly and informative front desk staff. Parking was easy and free. The room was clean.
Anna
We had a great stay. The general manager welcomed us when we arrived, our rooms not ready due to a computer issue and he offered a beverage on the house. We dined at the restaurant on site twice and it was phenomenal. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Only room for improvement would be the selection of breakfast was mediocre and it was cold both mornings. Other than that our stay was great and staff was welcoming.
Marsha Van
Will be staying here again
Mary
The hotel was very clean. The staff I encountered were very nice.
Melissa
Enjoyable friendly staff
Very enjoyable stay for the price. Quiet friendly atmosphere. Continental breakfast would have been better but they were having an electrical issue so the items weren't really very warm. There was one employee that went above and beyond to make my child happy she went to the extent of taking the waffle maker to a room making a chocolate chip waffle and bringing it to us without our knowledge my kid couldn't have been happier.
Caudy
Close to the airport and easy to find and get to. The staffs are excellent, friendly and helpful!! Love the breakfast it tasted good!!
Rob
At check-in, I was given a room that was already occupied. Got a new rom, but the key cards were wrong. After I woke up the first morning I looked up at the ceiling and saw that someone had taken the smoke detector. When I checked out the guy at the desk couldn't care less about it. He could have apologized.
Dennis
The bathroom needed more lighting.
