NOT as advertised and run by a disabled 84 year lady who spoke only Italian. Pubic hair found in the bathrooms, caught the lady wiping the plates clean with her sleeve, the floor was filthy so did not remove our shoes. Breakfast was not as described, a prepacked croissant with no cheese or meats so not a continental breakfast. 5/6 keys given to get in and out of the building, supposedly colour coded but that system did not work.

Very obliging and friendly, we asked for a late check in and the owner welcomed us from the taxi, took our bags in and showed us to the nearest bar/restaurant. Nice area, convenient to bus service, quiet and comfortable. No English spoken but we managed!

The old lady who runs the place doesn't speak any english but this doesn't stop her from talking to you which is quite lovely. The room was comfy, however it is a long walk from town. The number 3 bus is regular though so that helps to get you in and out.

Great service! Hotel is difficult to find. When you find the address, you must buzz the top button at the door. Wait for a nice lady to arrive, and she will show you to your room. You will need to know Italian to communicate with her. She will prepare breakfast in the morning. She is lovely.

It's good that I speak some Italian because Signora Accorsi who runs this B&B, doesn't speak English at all. She was very nice, welcoming and helpful. She did her best to make our stay nice and comfortable. The room was OK, the furniture was a bit old and there was no air-conditioning (we knew about it though!), but other that this, it was comfortable. There are two bathrooms at the each end of the corridor, and it can be quite loud whenever somebody goes to the bathroom, especially at night. It's just the house acoustics, because the location itself is very quiet. The breakfast was tasty and served at whichever hour we asked for. This place was much more expensive that similar places in Genoa or Florence and had less facilities, but maybe it's just different prices in Bologna, because it was the cheapest of other Bologna options.

It was a very nice stay, arriving after 21hrs, great zero service at all times, speaking almost Zero Italian but leaving with some Italian words! Location close, by cab seeing some sights and sounds before getting to my tranquil room in minutes. Next morning keeping left after the hotel and left exposed me to some landmarks of Bologna...

O.K. B&B for visiting Bologna- but with flaws
Very affordable bed and breakfast, just 10 minutes from the center of Bologna by car. Breakfast is very simple, just a few toasts and an espresso from the machine. Please note, that the B&B has no sign that is a hotel, it seems to be a normal living house. The owner does not speak a word English, German or French. Purely Italian. It's OK to converse with hand gestures. Rooms are comfortable.

Nice little B&B for budget concious. Sig Accorsi is very nice. TV, and fan in the room. Clean bathroom. Situated 5 mins from bus stop (lines 71,81, 13 and the aeroport bus). Bus #13 runs very late (about 1 am) so you can stay in centro the whole evening. I transferred to line 54 (one stop after the \"Pontelungo\" but only runs once an hour) instead of taking the expensive aerobus to aiport. Bologna is great with all kinds of centro activity. The Ducati Museum (need reservation) was fantastic! Buy the \"gionaliero\" bus pass for 4 euro that is good 24 hours. I climbed the \"Asselino\" tower and got a fantastic view of city.

Pulizia da migliorare, pavimento con molti residui di precedenti ospiti, passando il dito sui mobili diventava nero. Materassi molto molli. Parcheggio in strada ma non nella via del b&b sempre pieno di macchine, si parcheggia nelle vie adiacenti. Comodo il bus 19 per accedere al centro.

The stay at the B&B was very pleasant. Our host was super nice and even picked me up at the airport and answered all of our questions regarding Bologna. Beware that the breakfast is packaged bread and yam/hazelnut spread that is prepared beforehand. There was also two shared bathrooms but they were clean and close to the rooms. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Het slot bij de deur van de eerste verdieping functioneerde niet en de deur kon daarom niet dicht. Gasten moesten de deur open laten staan. As iemand dit vergat, kon je niet naar binnen.. B&B telefonisch nooit bereikbaar.

Lugar atendido solamente por una señora de 84 años, con problemas en sus piernas. La pobre tenía que subir tres pisos hasta el comedor, para servir los desayunos. Hizo todo lo posible por atendernos, pero nos retiramos luego de una noche para no afectarla, a pesar de haber cancelado con anticipación tres noches. Además en el lugar no se encuentra estacionamiento, asi que los autos quedan en donde sea posible dejarlos. Un albergue no recomendable en mi opinión.

初めてのB&B経験でした。ボローニャ中央駅から81あるいは91番のバスで約20分程度、\"Pontelungo\"駅で下車そこから徒歩5分で着きます。土日は本数がグッと減るので時刻表の確認は必須です。（※私はBLQバスを使いませんでした。）街からはかなり離れています。バスの切符はB&B付近のタバッキで購入できます。B&Bですのでごく普通の家のような外観です。チェックイン時は呼び鈴（アコルシさんのものは2つ有ると思いますが、私は下の方のボタンを押しました）を鳴らして開けてもらいます。他の方も書かれているようにオーナーの方はイタリア語「しか」話しません。私は英語しか話せなくこのことを知っていて宿泊しましたが、本当にイタリア語のみで英語は全く話せない方でした。簡単なイタリア語は頭に入れておいた方が良いです。しかし身振り手振りやGoogle翻訳を頼りにコミュニケーションをとり、それはとても良い経験でした。チェックイン時に、朝食について①飲み物は何が良いか②何時が良いか、書かれた紙を見せられるので、指さしでも何でもいいのでオーナーさんと確認してください。そこには英語表記もあります。ちなみにオーナーさんはとてもお話好きな方でずっとイタリア語で話し続けます。何を言っているかは分かりませんでしたが、積極的に会話をしようとしてくれるとてもあたたかい方です。是非イタリア語をマスターしてもう一度行きたいものです。２日間有難うございました！

B&b a poca distanza dal centro di Bologna
Siamo andati in due, e non è stata un'esperienza da ripetere. Bagno rotto, tovaglia della cucina sporca e piena di macchie, macchinetta del caffè incrostata. Ma in positivo c'è che i proprietari sono gentilissimi.

..leider spricht die Hausherrin nur Italienisch und keinen Brocken Englisch. Mit Händen und Füßen reden funktioniert nur, wenn sich auch die andere Person darauf einlässt. Sie redet aber munter weiter wie ein Wasserfall.
