Staff was very friendly. Room was a little gross...there were hair balls on floor in the main area, sheets had some stains and hairs scattered on the fitted sheets on both beds. We chose to sleep on top of the regular sheets and just used the top blanket for cover. The shower didn't drain well and the tub floor was dirty.

We arrived at the hotel at 11 o’clock at night! Was greeted by a nice young man that showed us to our room! The room smelled of tobacco and other smells like burnt oil in the kitchen. We were in the room for two minutes and had to return to the desk and ask for a refund and leave the hotel. I booked through hotel.com, and they are working now to refund my prepaid money! The hotel looked nothing like the photos so our recommendation to hotel.com was to update their site. Do not use this hotel. Unless cleanliness, environment, freshness, and smells, do not matter to you! Definitely thumbs down!!

Second room absolutely reeked of cigarettes and had hairs and stains all over the bedding, along with red stains all over the carpet (dont even want to know). Shower was filthy with stained curtains and hair all over. Parking lot is filthy and pretty sketchy at night. The reviews and pictures of this place are extremely misleading

Hot tub was not filled all the way and the chlorine burned our eyes. The waffle makers need to be updated because even with spray the waffles stuck. There were oranges, apples, waffles, milk, coffee, cereal, muffins and raisin bagels and toast. No eggs, sausage or bacon.. there was some oatmeal and juices too.. overall we did like staying tho. The kids enjoyed the pool

The shower curtain head hair all over it. The bed sheets, head stains and pubic hairs all over them. When I went downstairs to get new sheets for the bedding and a new blanket. He gave me Queen size went back down again. The K these are the wrong size. He gave me Queen size again. So I had to rig up 2 top. Sheets on the bottom because I needed to sleep. No blanket, because apparently there were no other blankets

The hotel itself wasnt awful. We got there on a friday, all was fine until about 11pm when all of the other rooms around us who apparently knew eachother started yelling at eachother, slamming doors non stop, all while my kids are asleep. I politely asked them to please just quiet down a bit and please stop slamming doors. They were respsectful so i thought. About 2p minutes later right back to it, i went to the front desk at about 12:30 and told them this was ridiculous, so at 12:30 in the morning we were switched rooms. I had to carry the kids to a new room just to be put next to a couple arguing. The guy at the front desk was wonderful and he wdnt to their room to quiet them down, he even offered a refund for our stay. If i actually get it who knows. I definitely wont be back either way.

The staff was completely rude. The room was disgusting! Animals shouldn’t stay here. The bedding was dirty and the bed was made with dirty sheets. The bathtub was filthy! There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The floors weren’t swept and there were crumbs everywhere! There tv stand was falling apart and water damage at the bottom. It was the worst room Ive ever been to! Was offered another room that was equally filthy and smelled like old cigarettes! NEVER AGAIN!

It took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. There was no tray to hold the coffee for the coffee maker in the room, no coffee in the lobby, and no one at the desk. There was only a sign with a number to call for assistance. I won’t be back.

While the interior has an arm cozy feel, it doesn’t take long before you notice the lack of care given to the property. A used pizza box sat outside a room for our entire stay, there weren’t any towels for the pool area because they hadn’t gotten around to washing them, and the breakfast offerings were minimal. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was below average.

The parking was good. We stayed here a few years ago and were pleased then but it has gone downhill. Breakfast had no fruit, no yogurt, no eggs. Just had waffles, bagels and cereal. Room had cobwebs by ceiling and red stains on the carpet (pizza sauce or blood?). Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Our bedroom furniture had a lot of damage… Which is concerning because at the end of the trip I do not want to be accused of doing damage. My son and I were hardly in the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The place itself showed cleared signs of its age and for the cost we could’ve stayed somewhere nicer.

The young girl working the front desk was AWFUL so rude. She acted put out when asked for a blanket for our fold out bed, handed me a sheet and said she didn’t have one. The hotel was not full, she was just put out doing her job. Spoke to the manager in the morning and was basically ignored, not even an apology.

If you’re looking for a non-ADA compliant hotel this is your one. They do not have an elevator when you ask for a room on the first floor they tell you that they are completely full and there’s nothing they only have the second floor. The three days or technically two we came home early because the hotel was that bad and the storm was coming in. We asked to have one on the first floor and she told us they were full, the whole time we were there was less than 15 cars in the parking lot. So how they were full I am unsure, but they were not willing to move us to our first floor when myself just had surgery and my husband is unable to do stairs. They did not care there was no oh let me see if there’s something we can do nothing. We were supposed to have a room that fit six people that is what I requested and I ended up with a room that slept four and I had to buy an air mattress for my daughter to sleep on because they had nothing else that we could get from them for her to sleep on.

Somehow they double booked and had no rooms available.they felt were sufficient for us to stay in. We ended up having to rearrange our trip plans & find another place to stay.

Room was clean along with the bathroom. Afternoon staff on Nov 7, 2025 was excellent. Very friendly and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better.
Lobby and breakfast area were very nice and clean. We also liked tat the parking lot had wonderful bright lights. We cam back from an event after Baran’s it was nice the parking lot was well lite. Thanks for a nice stay!

The parking lot was lit up like a sports stadium. I didn’t need to worry about turning on a light in the middle of the night the parking lot lights showed under the curtain.
The bed and pillows were lumpy and the sheets were scratchy. I could have lived with all that but the place was 1/4 full and a later check in was placed in the connecting room. They were so loud, arguing with their little kid and each other. Finally at 1am I went to the lobby to ask the worker to get them to quiet down, that lasted Less than 30 minutes. This crap went on until 4am. Extremely inconsiderate people.

The carpet was torn, the toilet seat was broken, both sides of the shower curtain rail were coming out of the wall, there was standing water in the bathroom, the spa tub leaked to the carpet, the sheets were stained and there were hairs on them. There were two towels, no hand towels or wash cloths and you could see where the last person spilled something on the side table and it wasn't cleaned up. When I called for assistance I was told maintenance had left for the day. I asked for a screwdriver and I'd fix it myself, he came up with towels and tightened the toilet seat. We will not be back or recommend.

Parking was spacious. Check in was great. My only complains was in was too. 123 for 3 days. Checked in sat the 27th checked out the 30th. No house keeping was done during my stay. Not even once. My key card kept being deactivated so I had to get it redone every time. And the room needed some repairs. Took pictures but unable to upload them here. However the shower was great. Good water pressure.
Also the wifi is very slow.

Right from check in it wasn't great. We got in our room and it REEKED of weed and funk. We asked to switch rooms. They accommodated very easily, that was appreciated. Once in the room and settled we looked around and noticed there was only enough room for 4 people. The listing said 5 people. I asked the front desk and she said no they don't have any rooms with pull out couches and they were sold out of rolling beds. MY HUSBAND LITERALLY HAD TO SLEEP IN OUR VAN!! 😡😡😡 We asked to purchase another room but they wanted $290 and it was already 8:30pm. The pool water was like bath water. It was NOT refreshing. Breakfast was lame. There were no extras like, yogurt or muffins, etc. it was waffles, toast, plain bagel, froot loops, or cheerios. Milk was a community gallon of milk. There was no attendant tending to the breakfast area. I asked for a wet washcloth to wipe down the tables and counter. The garbage was over flowing. I had to ask someone to empty it. The stay could have been a lot worse, but it also could have been a lot better. The housekeeper who let me take a couple of garbage bags for our wet bathing suits was such a sweetheart.

The pool was down for maintenance and repair which was disappointing but I had the jacuzzi room so I was not overly upset about it.

In my room -

The light in the vanity corner was barely working and the light cover was partially broken.

The toilet paper roll holder was half coming out of the wall.

Jacuzzi tub worked fine but even with the noisy fan on which made watching the television less enjoyable because we had to turn it up so loud. The ceiling leaked water down in cold drips onto whoever was sitting on the right side.

Only saw one outdoor light at the edge of parking lot. No other businesses around so very dark at night. It is dog friendly for our dog and the only grass for dogs was behind the building which looked lit at night but no lights on the sides or front of building. Felt unsafe walking dog. Used the church property near parking lot. Inside furniture old and scratched, no bedbug covering on mattress or boxsprings, cigarette butts all over parking lot with some trash, at entrance of building during daylight hours a man with only pajama pants on, no shirt, stood leaning into car talking with people who did not belong at hotel. Breakfast was no big deal, all 3 cereal machines contained very stale Cheerios, coffee and oj were fine. Something missing from room doorframes, there was 1/2 to 1 inch space when room door was closed where light and sound from room was very obvious. This hotel needs lots of help. Too costly for what it is. Will not stay here again.

The rooms were very clean but did need a paint refresh. Ive stayed here before and liked it so returned. However, this time I found a musty oder and after 2 days stay the room still wasnt cleaned. We returned too late to ask Monday night, as we were leaving in the morning. We booked a Friday to Tuesday and had to ask for towels on the Monday night. Not sure I would stay a 3rd time. Staff are very friendly and accommodating if asked. The pool was lovely and clean. Breakfast was alright would suggest having water for an optional drink, and hard boiled eggs. The waffle machine is always a big hit.

Not a FULL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!! I wasnt exactly expecting a 5 star breakfast. What was offered Waffles, limited cereal. Plain bagel and cereal bars ... ABSOLUTELY NO CREAM FOR COFFEE !! And I had to keep going to checkin for my card to be activated. Fresh linen was also limited. My son was transitioning to a college in this area . Coming from Florida it was a different experience in hospitality.

To start with, I had a hard time finding the place. The sign to turn at was barely visible. Exterior didn’t look like the picture online. Looked unkept. I was rudely spoken to at front desk. NO ELEVATOR. Had to pull luggage up stairs. I used the do not disturb sign, removed it when I left for the day yet no one ever entered the room to clean in 4 days. I am glad I brought Clorox wipes as my toilet seat was soiled. Had to clean it. I won’t be staying there again or recommending it

Upon arrival, the air conditioning in part of the suite we booked wasn’t working.
They did give a smaller room but the light over sink wasn’t working. We told this to desk staff, which he insisted we go with him to put new bulb in.
This did not fix the problem.

The continental breakfast was poorly stocked.
Waffles was pretty much the only option daily.
This was not mixed well-super lumpy and runny.
The coffee creamer was out. There’s a large grocery store just down the road but they failed to have initiative to go and get some Instead. They put a sign out of order.
We were surprised at how sound proof the room was- thumbs up for that.
Bathroom faucet was very loose.

When we checked out, desk staff couldn’t provide receipt to show we got a discount for the smaller room. hence we had to leave without finding out for sure how much they charged us until we returned home.
Would not recommend this hotel. Sorry
