Well I have booked over a hundred rooms in the past two years for my workers. I booked the standard room with two beds but they had my wokers share one bed. I double checked the booking and I did it right they were just overbooked and my guys got screwed. The photo showed two beds but listed one below. This was misleading cuz I booked here many times before.

Hot water was pretty non existent, when I reserved room with accommodations, got to the hotel was told no accommodations available for my room. Mother SLIPPED and FELL because it was not accessible. Asked for a refund as the hotel did not fit the accommodations required. Was told no that I could not get a refund but I was welcome to pay for the stay and leave anyways. Front desk staff member checking in was horrible, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of him.

There was a party going on in the pool area. Kids throwing a football and dodgeball all around in the there. Couldn’t enjoy the pool with my 3 and 4 year old!! The party had the tables around the pool by the rooms are decorated for their party and kind of just took over.

I have been coming to Saginaw for about 12 years now and this is the first time I stayed at the Holiday Inn. I wish I had sooner. The whole experience was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. I did not have breakfast but one day while I was there for the 4 day stay but it was adequate for my needs. The coffee was exceptional and available all day. I would have appreciated if the airport shuttle would have been provided. I felt safe while there and the location was convenient for my needs. We will most likely return to Saginaw this summer and will definitely stay here again.

Stinks!! There are some \"overseas guests\" that are staying there who are cooking in their rooms (even though most rooms have no kitchens). It's causing strong odors in the rooms and on the floors. And the manager refused to give a refund, but only did after my attorney contacted her. Avoid this place!

The lady doing the breakfast both mornings was very rude and snotty. She acted like it was a both to ask if she had more food coming. And we didn’t show up right at 10 either, it was more like 9-9:15.
Also, the drain in the tub was plugged. The water didn’t drain. At the end of our showers we were standing in a couple inches of dirty water.

I chose a dbl bed room and was given a single, Front desk clerk was in the pool area with their children when I walked in and had to wait about 5 to 8 minutes before he ushered them into a room down the hall and came to check me in. They charge 250 for a hold, yeah I got it back but 250! The ceiling was leaking in our room and puddled up by the am. Couldn’t wait to leave

The man who checked us in was very rude and unfriendly. I asked him to verify that there was a crib in the room as I had called earlier and asked and they said they would insure one was in the room. He huffed and said “well it’s probably not in there, I only have one and I already gave it away” I then explained that I had called and reserved one for our room and that was the reason for me booking this location. He said “well if there’s one in there there is, if not there’s not” thankfully it was in there but he was so rude. We were also put in a room right next to the pool, able to see inside the pool from our room, and people in the pool could see in as well. The pool closed at 11 and at 1130 there were still tons of people in there blasting music and screaming. They were keeping my one year old up. I called the front desk and told the man that there were still people in the pool being loud and waking my baby up and he said he would take care of it. It took another 45 minutes for him to get them out. I’m not sure why a family with a one year old would be put next to the noisy pool. Overall, terrible experience and would not stay again.

The food for breakfast was the best I've had or seen in any hotel so far. Parking was available in both front and back of the hotel. Down fall was the morning of check out our keys no longer worked and we couldn't get back in our room after going to breakfast. I did inform them amd said it's not even 11am and our keys don't work? Seriously I still need to pack the car.

To start it took nearly a hour to check into my room, they have a new system and it was giving them trouble. There were probably about a dozen other people waiting to check in for the same reason. They had to copy my credit card (makes me a bit nervous, but they said it was destroyed after they logged it for incidental charges) and never did give me a room key the entire trip. However, by the time they did get around to checking me in, they decided to give me a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite for my trouble. They also said I could take any drink/ snack from their store but I declined as I already had dinner. The room was great! Lots of space, clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was pretty big too and can get very hot. In the morning the breakfast was the usual holiday inn express spread; omletes, potatoes, sausage, biscuts and gravy, pancakes,... ect, and it was all tasty.
The staff the whole trip was super friendly and apologetic about the wait times/ not being able to give me a key.

When booking through Expedia at this hotel the security damage deposit is unusually high.....probably going to change our mind on booking 3 or 4 different places in a week.... mainly because it takes 3-4-5 days to get the security back and that will certainly add up on \"holds\" on the Visa ..... this high rate is apparently for 3rd party bookings

They tried to make us pay a $250 deposit, then dropped it down to $50 when they saw we weren't local. It's been two weeks still no refund on my card. There were people standing around in groups that just made you feel uncomfortable. During breakfast police and ambulance showed up. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was disappointing compared to last visit most hot items were empty
Shower door when you closed it slowly started creeping open had to on numerous occasions close the door, which was annoying so something is out of alignment
My husband left the room at 10:10 came to come back in and his card was deactivated. Luckily I was in the room and could let them in. I then checked my key and mine was deactivated as well. I thought checkout was 11 AM.
