Should have been discounted for the jetted tub. Unable to use cause it had hair floating in the water. Not clean at all. Room had stains on furniture. Under the bed was disgusting. Dirty, bottle with smoke burn, lots of dust and trash. When we walked into the hotel it smelled terribly of it making us very nauseous! Also it was very cold throughout the hotel and hallways. It was also cold outside! Unsure if the heaters were turned on.

The whole place had an odd smell. Loud people walking past the room at all times day and night. Nothing i saw to say it was dirty but it felt dirty. Didn't seem safe. Smoke detector was spray foamed to the ceiling.

Staff was fine. Location was fine. Hotel lobby was fine. Room was only superficially cleaned. Sticky bathroom tiled floor. Black mold on bathroom exhaust fan and shower ceiling. No hot water. Thinnest towels and blankets we have ever experienced at a hotel. Hardly anyone staying at the hotel on a Friday night. I understand why.

There was plenty of room to park! Our room was at the end of a hall, and it literally took more than 10 minutes to get hot water for a shower. The breakfast was poor. Coffee wasn't working in the breakfast room. No fruit available. Only dry cereal was fruit loops or frosted flakes. The room was clean and spacious, but I don't know that I would return.

We had to switch rooms because there was what looked like blood in the hot tub and in the shower,there was hairs inside the tub as well and on the bathroom counter,the wallpaper was literally falling of at one part and there were random holes in the wall,the sheets had what looked like cigarette burn holes,the heater no matter what you did shot out freezing cold air, and the mini fridge smelled of rot, staff was great

The fold out couch was never cleaned from the previous stay, so at 11pm we had to wait for someone to come take off the old sheets, which were covered in crumbs, and bring new ones. When they first arrived to the room for that issue they didn't even have fresh sheets with them! It was like they came to check that we weren't lying about it. So they stripped the bed, left, came back with new sheets. Pretty inconvenient when we're trying to get to bed. The whole room was dingy and didn't feel clean. The breakfast room the next morning was so hot! We were all dripping sweat just sitting there; it was like a sauna!

The rooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. My only disappointment really was the breakfast. It was adequate, but not a lot of variety. I would have appreciated more options for bread, like muffins or bagels, but there was just white bread. There was very little fruit as well. But other than that, the desk clerk was friendly and the rooms were great.

That was the FILTHIEST, MOST DISGUSTING ROOM I’VE EVER BEEN IN. Black hairs on bathroom floor and shower walls. Black mold on bathtub floor. First room NO HOT WATER. Front desk kid ( who barely spoke English) blamed that on “small pipes!!!” He offered another room to us and when I said are there magical pipes going to the new room, he said this one will have hot water. So apparently he knowingly put us in a room without hot water.
It actually did have hot water, but I promise you no cleaning person has entered that room in years. My husband and I have never been so happy to leave in our entire lives.
The surrounding area felt very menacing and we did not feel safe parking our car in their lot.

Honestly for the price I paid it was what was expected. What was not expected was I had to pay a $100 deposit that was not disclosed until check in. At check in was told the deposit was a hold until we checked out. Upon checking out I was told it would be back on my card in about an hour. I checked a few hours later and it was not. I called the front desk and was told 4-5 business days. He stated there is no bank that would give the deposit back before then. That's not true, I have had plenty on deposits given back with in an hour. To me this sounds like no one wants to actually to the job required and just tell the customer what ever. I can't argue cause it won't give the money sooner. So I can give a review. I think this information needs to be given up front not after check in or check out.
Other than that the experience was good. Very quiet and pleasant. Easy access to my room.

This place is nastiest hotel I’ve ever been too!!! First we got here the room we paid for wasn’t the room we got! We were supposed to get a jacuzzi room and got just a plain king size bed room. There were toenail clippings all over our floor by our bed my husband stepped on them!! Front desk was was extremely rude and sketchy! Doors didn’t lock all the way either! Stains on the bed and floor. Dust and dirt on the tv stands. Absolutely will NEVER return here!!

I am giving this a 5 star because this hotel is clean, quiet, and everything I needed. I had read the reviews to know that it was dated and there was road construction around the area. I was traveling for work, and could not justify the price tag of the \"modern\" hotels when all I needed was a bed. For an older hotel this was very clean, and I would definitely stay here again.

We were shocked at our room. It desperately needs remodeling. Certainty did not look anything like the photos. The sign outside wasn't even lit up. My husband had to fix the bathroom sink.
Certainty not a Ramada standard. We will never stay there again and would never recommend your hotel.

The second room was OK.
This hotel is in a run down area, the corridors are incredibly hot, breakfast is very poor - make your own waffles with butter and syrup.

Dope hotel, it’s an older style design but very clean and taken care of. Super nice room, had lots of space. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the a/c in the hallways but it was very hot walking through the hotel. As for the room itself it was very cool and comfortable so the heat was only in the hallways. I will be booking here again if I’m in Saginaw.

The mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean. Those were the only good things. The AC didn't work on thd lobby or hallways. The hallways were over 100 degrees, therefore, the room AC's didn't work well. It was so hot that the door handle to our room was hot to the touch. We had to suggest to them that thru should open the windows in the hallways. The electronic didn't work well. Had to do it seversl times before it would release. I would not recommend.

The property is very old, we missed the property when we're heading to the place because lf no light around and lot's pf construction going on.. This is not a real hotel anymore. It has been completely abandoned and taken over by homeless people.

We couldn’t even walk inside. The lights were off. No one working and looked like the lobby has been turned into a night club. Very dangerous. I am not sure how they are able to even advertise this as a hotel.

Please do not give hotels.com your money for this.

This hotel is outdated and the room was not on the level of clean that it should have been. There were coffee stains on the counter and hair around the jacuzzi ledge. The towel on the jacuzzi was dirty. The shelf that the fridge and microwave are on was so dusty it was actually a thick film of dust as you can see in the picture. The shower was so small I damn near couldn't take one it felt and looked like a shower in a dorm room. The jacuzzi was very disappointing because it was so small me and hubby couldn't even fit in together hell I could barely fit in it by myself I feel like it could be used as a baby tub. There was what seems to be toothpaste on the wall and something stuck on the rail where the tissue was. All in all the only plus side was the comfy bed. For the $177 price tag I was very unhappy and sad to say I will not be staying here again.

Not sure where to begin, but this property was horrible. Smelly and dirty. Staff was apathetic. Pictures and description of amenities are not accurate. There is NO restaurant attached and no pleasant outdoor dining as displayed in the pictures. Although as of today I see those pictures have been removed (the pictures are available on other sites. Apparently, this portion is no longer part of the hotel? When I pulled up to the property it appeared abandoned. There was a sign pointing to the back of the hotel. Well, that's the main entrance now. A/C was barely functioning in the main areas. Windows along the hallways to the outside were wide open. In the the room, the A/C WAS functioning. Room was moderately clean although the curtains were falling off the window. Bathroom, not so much. Torn shower curtain and the bathtub was badly stained. I've never had an issue with this hotel chain until now. Hopefully, this review will make it to Corporate.

Window to hallway?

Checkin was slow. When booking we didn’t realize the area looked dodgy. Felt like it’s an area our truck woulda been broken into. Got to room and there’s a window to the hallway. Could hear people walking and talking outside. The pictures on hotels.com made it look like the rooms didn’t have an outside hallway but it was like a motel type where you can access the inside through windows that lead to a hall. Our bathroom seemed clean enough but my mother in laws room next to ours had a dirty tube liked stained.

There's way better places to stay!

Well, first of all, they lied about their breakfast and said that I would have eggs and all of this, instead all it had was shriveled up sausage and watery potatoes and stale cereal. The place was really run down and thought it was extremely sketchy that there were five people at one a m.When we went to check in all just sitting in their cars for seemingly no reason. It screamed crack hotel and that's coming from an ex addict. So I know. It's very misleading online and seems nicer than it is. The place has quite run down, hit its prime probably in its 90s. And i'm definitely not a complainer and do not do bad reviews, but this place was rough. The only thing I can really say nice about it was that the bed was pretty comfortable. The linens we're fairly clean. And the ac unit finally worked when you turn it all the way down to 60. The bathroom floor was really grimy, especially behind the door. It over all gave you the yuck, especially when your feet were on the sticky carpet.
This place has potential be so much better if it was just a little cleaner and updated. And that they wouldn't lie to you when you call and ask about the breakfast, if it's just your basic continent, will say that don't say that it's all this wonderful stuff, when it's not. In a $120 a night not worth it. It should be more like $60 a night.

For a 2- night stay, this property was ok. Perhaps update the old furniture in a couple lounge areas. The bed was much too soft for our comfort. We had to lay at the bottom of the bed horizontally for some comfort. Staff was friendly. There was noise from fireworks and can be expected this time of the year. I recommend doubling up on the towels.
