The room was ok, the staff was delightful. They could not give me more pillows because they said they could not afford to buy them.

They charged me $80 (refundable deposit) for incidentals and made me pay in cash. They would not accept a credit card. We found that very strange, we do not usually travel with cash but did that time, thank goodness. They have an atm in the lobby but charge for each transaction. We did not think that was right!!!

This room was an absolute disgusting mess, holes in walls and doors, black mold across the entire bathroom, no soap, shampoo or conditioner (dispensers were empty) bathroom floor was coming apart. no garbage can, fridge was crack, blood stains on mattress, someone had kissed the wall with lipstick and it was left there. No caulk in tub, dog barking all night place looked like a crime scene. A large cash deposit was REQUIRED or would not give the room key. No Where stated on website or on hotels.com. forced to use their atm with high surcharge. Outlets by bed both broken and taped up, window curtain broken and hanging

Nightmare. The room is a dump!!! Soiled dirty sheets. When arrived to room, the door was propped open as the room stunk of cigarette smoke.
Bed was filthy!!! The entire room was disgusting.

The pictures posted on Hotels.com site are completely misleading. The photos on site are not the same as what we saw, smelled and experienced.

My girlfriend was so upset that we didn't stay the night, we left shortly after seeing how stinky and disgusting After paying in full through hotel.com we were asked for an additional $75 CASH for a deposit????

We got ripped off and our evening was spoiled!!!

How can i trust this site again ????

We couldn’t even stay the room was so terrible! There was dust, thick dust on the air conditioner, stains on the bedding, and the sheets didn’t look clean. There was a terrible smell to the room. It felt unsafe overall. We ended up checking out within two hours of checking in. We didn’t even spend 5 minutes in the room before we left and started looking for a different hotel. My husband and I are pretty easy going, we can deal with some things, but this room, we couldn’t even deal with it for a night.

After arriving I instantly regretted booking at this place. We entered the first room, it wasn’t cleaned properly but then we realized the shower faucet was broken, toilet was dirty, towels had stains it didn’t look clean at all and after a long ride that was disappointing. We had changed to another room and it was even worse.. the bed had hair in it, more stains, sticky side table, I could keep going… I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere. This property needs to change something because the uncleanliness was unacceptable.

Many people coming in and out, people hanging out in the hallways. The room we got had stains on the bedsheets, broken facet, dirty restroom with stains on the toilet paper. We emmediately went back to check out and asked for a refund. We did not feel safe or comfortable. I would not have even given it one star. Should be removed from expedia. This left a wrong impression on my vacation trip.

When I checked in I was told I was given an upgraded room which was awesome but the upgrade was a train wreck of its own. I walked in to dirt and what looked like crayon all over the walls by the door. Dirt on the floor and half full water bottles from previous guest. The lights by the phone in between the beds were ripped out of the wall, hanging, and non functional. All of the buttons on the phone other than numbers had been ripped out. The cable to the cable tv wasn't working so all I had was my phone. The plug by the sink was filthy and pushed inwards. The dispensers for hand soap and body wash were completely empty and so I had to wash off with shampoo. The shower curtain wasn't right for the tub and my shower ended up soaking the floor. The cleanest park of the room was the beds and after seeing everything else I was even suspicious of those.

The toilets did not flush properly, the walls were patched, something was hanging off the wall. Went to open fridge, immediately touched sticky substance, inside was filthy. Sheets and bed covering look dirty. Floors looked like they hadn't been swept. Entire room was disgusting. I've honestly never stayed in a room this bad. Didn't want to sit on bed let alone sleep on it, but it did have a working TV!

I said that was okay, but when we went to check into the room, everything was dirty and left unclean the beds looked like someone slept in them and nobody came to turn the room over after. Filthy smh. I was so embarrassed to have my children stay in such nastiness. We had to go to the store and spend $30 on cleaning supplies and clean everything just to make it through the night. Stains on the sheets and not enough clean towels. Front desk said we had to wait for morning when housekeeping came in so we had to sleep on dirty sheets for the night. Disgusting! Stains on the bed skirt. Chairs were nasty and full of crumbs and old debris. Trash on the floors behind the furniture and in corners. Bathroom was poorly cleaned. Old coffee left in the maker. Well toom 128 was next to my room and the police and fire department were there 3 times throughout the night . An elderly lady kept yelling for someone to call the police so we did. The TV did not work , the room had holes in the walls and NO phone, fridge or microwave. The sheets had hair on them . Not blankets just a thin hospital type blanket. Very dark and scary , red roof sign isn't lit so you will pass it up at night. It's very unsafe here.

Took three rooms to have a semi good room
When we called the front desk, no one would answer when we walked up The lady was right there. Mold in the vent. In one room, no lock on the door in another along with the room needing a good paint job third room had bullet holes in the window. Or at least that’s what it looked like to us. Heaters were hard to adjust and then it either blew hot air or cold air. Like there was no adjustingthe heater. Very inefficient. Dirty underwear outside by where we parked. Rooms were missing things like phone. Or the phone didn’t work.

There was rust on the bedframe, mold in the shower, stains on the blankets and holes in the bedding, light in bathroom made a horrible and very loud noise, trash left around the room and under the bed, and the TV didn't work or even have the right remote. Felt extremely unsafe even with the door completely locked up.
Confirmed that there were rooms directly next to each other after calling before booking, confirmed at front desk before given room keys- only to be put on two completely opposite sides of the building.

First room smelt of smoke, the bathroom floor was curling and peeling, curtain rod falling off the wall. Damage to the walls and furniture. We were moved to a second room. Outside was what looked to be a partially scrapped car. Interior was the same if not worse than the first room there was what looked to be blood splatter on the ceiling. When we checked in the room they put us in smelled like someone had been smoking in there for days, the smell was terible. They gave us another room with two queen beds instead of a king bed but it was doable. When we got in the room it had a musty smell to it so I used a body spray that I carry and while the A/C was running I held it in front of it and that helped the musty smell in the room. The curtain over the window was partially falling off, there was a lot of hair in the sink in the bathroom area. There were holes in the wall and the cable for the tv was ripped out of the wall. The baseboard cover was falling down all over and the bathtub had so much mold around it between the tub and surround we would not even take a shower in it!! Should have checked the reviews before booking it but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was easy to work with but the hotel needs A LOT OF UPDATING AND CLEANING!!!

To begin, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful at this property. The property itself is in major need of repair. There are holes in the walls and black mold. The fire alarm was sticking 6\" out of the wall w/ electricity still going to it as it was blinking.

Fleas, waitited 8 hours for towels, front desk kept telling me to come back in 30 mins all day
Parking lot full of trash as well as every trash barrel around building .

Horrible accommodations

When I walked in, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and staleness. I unloaded the car and then went to get something to eat. When I returned, I began looking around, and was totally shocked!! The bed spread was filthy, the pillow cases were stained and look like they were used as ash trays, the sheet were stained with god only knows what, with cigarette burns in them, the toilet look like it was cleaned in a month or longer, the light over the sink didn’t work until the next morning, the shower wasn’t scrubbed with a ring in the tub, one of the lights by the bed was falling off and out of the wall, was something by the sink missing(assume was a bracket for something suppose to be hanging there, couldn’t hang clothes up because the rod was ripped out of it, the walls needed a good cleaning or painting, and the curtain was so dark yellow with smoke when you stood outside and looked at the other rooms you could clearly see the difference. I felt I was put into a rental unit of a slum room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HERE AT ALL!! I ended up sleeping on the floor that night in fear of catching something. The next morning, I checked out all together cutting my stay as quickly as possible, even though booked for two days, and wasn’t going to stay there. Then when I asked for a receipt, we’ll still waiting on that and seeing if I’m going to get reimbursed for 1 day.

The elderly lady at check in was very pleasant, but after that, total down hill for them. When I walked in, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and staleness. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had! The lights didn’t work, the containers for liquid soap & shampoo were empty and the bed was uncomfortable.

Bed Bugs

The room smelled strong like bleach upon entering. The shower had hair on the wall. Not give enough shower towels for the amount of people we had registered to the room. The floor was sticky and instantly made our socks black and gross. Woke up ylto find bites on my child and found a bed bug walking around. The area seemed sketchy and heard gun shots several times. Was decent enough for what we wanted but now worried were taking bugs home.

I read reviews and was very surprised that it was not as bad as reviews it it definitely good price for the room ive stayed can in more expensive ones way worse condition there’s no bed bugs n management was nice rooms weren’t new but clean
