Staff responded quickly to a small complaint.Would recommend the Warwick to anyone training into Geneva. Word of caution… take the high speed train. The TER train we took in from Lyon was jam packed. We had to stand the entire trip.

Luxurious hotel experience, excellent customer service and spacious room filled with amenities. Perfect location. Walking distance from the Jet d'Eau fountain, Lake Geneva and shopping district. More importantly, right across the Geneva train station. From the airport, you can take the 6-minute train ride to the hotel and vice-versa. Warwick Hotel was even kind enough to provide a transport card for free transport within Geneva throughout our stay. Last but not least, plenty of (fine) dining options in the hotel and around the area.

The hotel's location is perfect. Shopping, dining were perfectly placed all around it along with transportation, such as the train station, which is right across, along with trams and buses strolling right in front all day at all times. The hotel lobby and bar look amazing, but the room is so small there was no way for two people to stroll around and the bed pretty much fills the space. The bathroom is very small and antiquated; and the shower/tub requires that you must be physically able to get in there safely. There was no room to put our personal toiletries and no hair conditioner was included.

Great downtown location and near shopping. The service was great, the breakfast buffet great but pricey onthe hot version so I would recommend going out for hot if you really want a hot breakfast. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and the bathroom is roomy. It had good walkability also. Horrible, and I cannot express that enough, horrible options for parking cars in that town. Taxi/Uber options are the only way to go pretty much anywhere.

When we checked in, they only gave me one room although I reserved two adjoining rooms because we were 2 adults and two children. I had to have the same corrected after we went up and discovered the issue. We had a constant ceiling leak in our adjoining room that took days to resolve and was finally fixed the day before we left. The television in the kids adjoining room never worked and was not fixed during our stay. The rooms are dated and need a major renovation. The one positive was the location, it is within walking distance, 10 min to all the watch shops!

Breakfast was nice but I wish they would just put out hard boiled eggs instead of making us make them and then have someone “accidentally” steal my egg. Also wish they had plain oatmeal that was lactose free. The terrace on our room was so relaxing and worth it for the slight increase in price (which included breakfast). On a map, the hotel looks kind of far from the water but it’s a quick 10 min walk.

We’ve stayed at the hotel Warwick twice and have been very happy with our stay both times. It is extremely convenient to the train station and the lake is a short walk away. The rooms are a good size, we stayed in a family room which is essentially two adjoining rooms and we were very happy with it! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you need to stay near the train station in Geneva!

I recently stayed at the Warwick Hotel in Geneva and found it to be very convenient and overall enjoyable. My room on the sixth floor was quiet at night, although there was a bit of noise in the mornings due to the nearby bus and tram stops. The location is excellent—right across from the main train station, which makes getting around the city and shopping extremely easy. It’s also just a quick, 10-minute train ride (costing only 3 CHF) from the airport, which adds to the overall convenience. If you’re looking for a central spot with good public transport access, the Warwick Hotel is a solid choice.

Check-in was brilliant, we arrived late morning and asked to drop our bags off so we could explore the city but the very kind gentleman, David, told us there was a room ready and we could check in early (for no extra fee). As a first timer in Geneva he got us a map and told us the best places to go and how to get there and if public transport was needed which was the best to get. There was a deposit taken of just over 100CHF but this was refunded promptly after check-out. The hotel is right next to the main station, and a 7 minute walk from Lake Geneva. Stayed there for years now but having A/C turned off to force you to open your windows when you have the red light district a few blocks aways is the perfect combination to get NO sleep. Found my towel stained with red lipstick. Little to nothing was done to fix this bad experience.

My daughter and I arrived around midnight on our first night (of 3) only to have the man at the reception tell is that he was out of room because of a \"technical problem\". I had made the booking a few days prior and it had been confirmed. I assume the hotel overbooked. He sent us to another hotel for that night, I'm glad that we got a place to stay but considering how tired my daughter and I were I would rather not have had to transfer between hotels the next day.

A lovely hotel just across the road from Geneva train station , very friendly staff , our penthouse room was spacious , the bed was amazingly comfortable and the view from our terrace was outstanding a view of the fountain and big wheel on lake Geneva . The bathroom was a nice size with a bath and lovely toiletries . There was a kettle with tea and coffee and milk and fridge was stocked with various drinks and bar snacks which you pay for , but you had a bottle of water daily free , and a nice touch was every evening about 6 pm there was a tap at our door and a member of staff came with a basket of Swiss chocolates and you could take some , never had that before in a hotel so that is a lovely gesture and yummy to , we ate twice in the restaurant and the service was excellent very friendly waiter and the food was very good , both the Chardonnay and the Prosecco we had was really nice as well . It was only a ten min walk down to the lake and to the coach for a trip to Annace which was beautiful well worth a visit . A fab trip would defiantly stay here again .
