Only nice part of this hotel was the staff was nice. Lobby is deceiving! Rooms were bad enough I canceled my second night and went to another hotel. Literally the worst continental breakfast ever. I will not stay here again and pray they update soon.

The hotel was having issues! Failed at check-in to inform they were having issues and no TV got to the room and it was cold in the room but was clean and beds were soft. When time to rest no TV called front and they said they were moving everyone to other hotels. We prepayed so no break for us we could stay one more night and it would be free haha we were only there for one night. No comp I think they should of done something for us only gets one star!

This is a very dated property overlooking the Freeway.
We decided not to even stay in the room and drove home to Salt Lake.
I assumed Wyndham properties were of better quality.
We will not be booking with them again.
This was complete waste of money.

While property is freeway close, they need to update their address info (address is incorrect and so gps is off). Need to update rooms, especially bathrooms.
Breakfast was good; staff was friendly; had issues with check-in (room smelled like smoke, even though supposed to be a non-smoking room), asked to change rooms and was told replacement king bed room not available, settled for 2 queen bed room...they had given our new room to someone else, they attempted to re-assign her room and in the process deactivated our room keys...

Old hotel, good bones. Unsafe, outside doors don’t lock. Patio was a mess, couldn’t use. All around bad experience. Don’t trust the star rating. Waste of $500.00 for the suite. We are very easy to please, but found this place a big disappointment.

Upon arrival as I walked into the lobby I could smell a musty odor. After check in we went to our room and found the same musty smell. The carpet in the room was very stretched out and had ripples Al throughout the room the toilet was cracked in the bottom of the bowl and looked as if someone had used chemicals to clear a clog. The furniture looked good in the photos but was covered in scratches. The bed was comfortable but the bedding smelled musty.

The service was excellent, but the pool was cloudy like the filter wasn’t good. Breakfast was subpar but okay.

Great place!

We weren't expecting much because the price was so low but were very pleasantly surprised! The hotel lobby was really pretty and well kept. The room was pretty standard but clean and comfortable. The courtyard grounds and pool were like an oasis! We will definitely be back!

Stayed at this property a few years ago and decided to stay again because of the full breakfast and great pool area. We were very disappointed on this trip. The pool area did not have enough seating/lounging chairs. We thought the pool was larger. The room was musty but appeared clean. The breakfast in Maglebys was non existent. Breakfast was in another room and was awful. I am not even a breakfast eater but it was terrible. The staff trying to keep up with providing breakfast was pleasant and apologetic. I think it once was a great property but it changes over time. I will stay elsewhere next time.

The property is great with a deep, private pool and patios for each room. It’s a little outdated but the pool made up for that. However, room service never came around so our trash piled up (we try to eat cheaper things in the hotel when on vacation). We had to go ask the front desk if we could have a garbage sack since our room wasn’t being serviced and the front desk associate (older woman with a perpetual frown) gave us the third degree and was reluctant to give us a sack. Everyone else we had dealt with up to that point were helpful and friendly but she was our last interaction of our stay and that coupled with the fact that our room was never visited by housekeeping despite being the room right across from them was a little disappointing.

For the cost, probably a pretty good deal. Was our third time staying here in 3 years and would say conditions have gradually gotten worse. Pool is fantastic, service is average (consistently had to remind staff to get done), breakfast was below average. Comfort (beds, temps) was okay. To be fair, they appeared to be short staffed but as I stated, I doubt I'll stay there again in the future with the downward trend in conditions/service.

Room smelled like pet urine and the carpet had multiple gross stains. Hair in the bathtub, and the towels nearly threadbare. Breakfast was average. On a positive note, the beds were clean and comfortable, but overall I expected a lot better from a Wyndham. We added a night to our trip and for the same price, stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham a couple miles away - much better.

This property was a disappointment staff was not friendly very cold, tried to check in 30 minutes early we were told it would be extra 20.00. Ice machines were broken. Pool along the tiles on the side were dirty you could scrape the scum and dirt off with your fingernail. Breakfast was very good and keep up.

You get what you pay for with this property. We didn’t feel safe and struggled to sleep because of the noise from the air conditioner. When the main door closed you could see a very prominent gap around the edges. The sliding doors didn’t lock and there was a pole that kept it shut. At one time the sliding door came off and we couldn’t open or close it (had a 5 inch opening). We had to call the front desk and the worker slid right through the opening, picked the door up and put it back on the railing. The customer service is nice but the property is in need of some serious updates. The pool is nice but was filled with leaves and the jacuzzi didn’t turn on so my kids didn’t enjoy it.

We ended up leaving and not staying at this hotel. The service was terrible. Waiting in the lobby for 15-20 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. After hearing about how the worker was over worked and the only person there... we were handed our key to our room. Told where to park and when we pulled in to park there were several \"drunk\" people at our outside door. We did NOT feel comfortable with this. After trying to get into our room and the key would not open the door we decided to leave and go to a \"safe\" place. I would NOT stay here again or recommend it.

This was a good value. Its clean, convenient and has good dining options within walking distance. The pool was great.
The staff at the front desk were very nice. However, the breakfast lady was 15 minutes late and then was rude. I was surprised at that encounter, but maybe she was having a bad day.

I have never come across a more discourteous staff. The Cleaning supply room and Lobby was next to our room. We understood that some noise from the Lobby would occur, and accepted that. But, the cleaning staff taking personal calls and talking loudly outside our room door is absolutely not acceptable. Even after clearly telling them that they were disturbing our sleep and to take the call somewhere else, they rolled their eyes at us, ignored our request and stayed right there--very rude! With many other options, we have no reason to come back here. Good Bye!
