The housekeeper is not good at all. She did not change the towels for all three nights, even took away one of the small shampoo bottle, she thought I didn't use it. After she \"cleaned\" the room, she did not lock my door. Front dest staff are good actually.

Staff at front desk and cleaner were lovely and helpful. Arrived early and they assisted with luggage and room while we went and explored area.
Property is dated, but does have charm and comfort. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable.
Bathroom clean and functional.
Only issue is that walls are thin and can hear movement and outside noise but is a minor problem for us. We found limited dining options for the night.

Avoid if you can.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Hotel is clean but very dated. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls. Stayed 2 nights. Second night didn’t sleep at all because of noisy neighbors. As much as I live the location and the staff I will try to find another hotel for next visit.

Hotel and staff were nice. I did laugh when the boy on reception suggested ironing on my bed instead of finding me an ironing board.
I wouldn't bother with the breakfast as it was pretty poor. There are lots of places to find food in the area including a good bakery 2 minutes walk away in the metro station.

I had a really nice stay at Sveta Sofia. The hotel is an older building, but my room and bathroom were very clean and it was very quiet. The breakfast is a basic offering with coffee, meats, cheeses, bread and cereal - enough to start your day, when you’re on the go with day trip tours. The front desk staff is exceptional, very kind and very helpful. Sofia is a safe and walkable city and the hotel is within minutes of most tourist sites. I really enjoyed my stay.

Don’t pay for breakfast because there’s no food. There breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00, so we came at 9 am and food finished the employees want to fill out the dishes but owner said that’s it. If you don’t eat not my business

Het hotel ligt hartje centrum; veel bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand en metrostation Serdika is aan het begin van de straat.
Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, de kamer ruim maar wel aan de voorzijde gelegen wat gedurende lange tijd op de avond geluidsoverlast met zich meebracht. De airco was matig.

Hotellets beliggenhed er fin, men at det skal være fire stjernet passer ikke. Størrelsen på værelset var fin- men eftersom vinduet sad højt oppe, var det ikke muligt at se ud derfra. Receptionisten talte dårligt engelsk. Det virker meget gammeldags, at man skal aflevere værelses-nøglen, hver gang man forlader hotellet. Morgenmaden var elendig.

En revanche, l’hôtel est post soviétique, pas moderne et les prestations très médiocres. Clim, toilettes et électricité vraiment pas au niveau.
