The place was absolutely amazing and centrally located . I arrived very late past midnight but the communication and instructions on how to get in was flawless. In fact someone was in the reception area when I arrived which was great. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely book this hotel again if I come back.

Staff cleaned the room daily, no complaints about that. Room was on the street site which make you awake a little early because of the noise of the traffic. I think that the room I went in needs refreshments like new carpet, the toilet paper holder and small towel holder felt appart and must be replaced or fixed.

The location is perfect, in Serdica near the mosque , the synagogue, the Roman ruins, the great statue of Sofia and one of the seven sisters of Stalin.

Very convenient where the hotel located. 3 minutes walk to the metro station. Half hour ride to airport via metro. Tram stops are just at the hotel main door. We can reach the main sightseeing points easily. Wifi , air conditioner are good. Staffs are very helpful. Price for the hotel is good. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything about my stay was perfect! It was a nice surprise to have a mini fridge in the room. And the free coffee and filtered water in the lobby was a nice touch. Staff were always friendly, room was super comfortable, wifi was fast and reliable, and location was central and so convenient. Thank you for a great stay. Great place to stay a night or a few. Very clean, easy to get in and out, and pretty close to some of Sofia's main attractions. Only one small inconvenience - there are four steps to get to the elevator, so good luck if you have heavy suitcases.

The only complaint is that I asked for a place to keep my bags when I checked out since my flight was later and they just left them at the front desk, and did not tell me there was a locker room which I would have felt safer with. other than that, stay was great. I was really pleased with my stay due to the convenient location for exploring Sofia, the cleanliness and quality of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is situated near a central metro station and within easy walk of all of the main attractions in the city. It is also in a good location to be able to take tours from nearby around other areas of Bulgaria. It was also useful having a supermarket nearby. The room had a tv which was nice in the evenings after some busy days out. The staff were always friendly and made sure I had all the information needed. If I came back to Sofia, I would definitely stay here again, I felt it was great value for money considering the high room quality and great central location.

Safe and secure: Good central location. 2 minutes from a Tube stop. Busy enough area and quiet at night. Clean, modern hotel. There was some kind of problem with the TV and it won't connect so we were unable to use it.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasent encounter at.l check in. As the front desk insisted that I should have checked in on line while the link that they send me did not work. And he the front desk
Kept on insisting that I should have done the check in on line completly egnoring deserving customer service. And the room was not ready at the check in time. Hotel looks tierd but after upgrading to suite it was much comfortabel. It is an ok place to stay for a short visit. Note - the hotel has a lift, but this is up about 3 stairs, so may not be suitable if you have mobility issues.
The location is excellent, right by Serdika metro station (which has direct trains to the airport) and is very close to many touristic sights.
My initial room was a little cramped and lacked a safe, when I asked about the safe the staff were super helpful and moved me to a different room that had one.
Note this is a smart hotel, you unlock the front door and your room door with codes which are sent to you - works very well!
There is a free coffee machine and soft drinks in the reception area, and an area with sofas + games console and an area with desks.
The location is excellent, right by Serdika metro station (which has direct trains to the airport) and is very close to many touristic sights.
My initial room was a little cramped and lacked a safe, when I asked about the safe the staff were super helpful and moved me to a different room that had one.
Note this is a smart hotel, you unlock the front door and your room door with codes which are sent to you - works very well!
There is a free coffee machine and soft drinks in the reception area, and an area with sofas + games console and an area with desks.
