It’s hard to describe just how bad this hotel is.
Door doesn’t latch unless you lock it. Tiny, uncomfortable pillows and a poorly made mattress. Watered down shower products and no tissues in the bathroom. Old towels with threads hanging from all edges. And you can hear wastewater from other rooms coming down the pipes at all hours.
For what I paid on hotels dot com, this should have been a much better experience.
