She also was able to provide us with a driver to take us downtown. The rooms were clean and offered all the amenities we needed for a quick girls night. This was just right for spring break with kids! Staff are super kind and chatty with kids, the lobby fireplace made for a good spot to play games, and the pool is in great condition. We do lots of mini getaways and I found this stay to be friendlier, cleaner and easier with kids than usual. There’s also a microwave with paper plates and utensils in the common area for feeding your kids when you’re out of energy to head back out for dinner. Nice touch for families.

Really cozy and cute hotel. Friendly staff and the other guests were great too. Definitely family oriented. The only issue we had was that it seemed like they cater to the weekend guests. The hot tub was luke warm on Monday but was very hot and enjoyable the night before. They ran out of pancakes and we were told they would not have anymore until their deliveries came in later in the week. The pros definitely outweighed the cons but the jacuzzi issue was really disappointing especially because we were most excited about it after skiing all day.

This is the second time we stayed here and overall the hotel is nice and close proximity to Chestnut Mountain Ski Resort, however the hot tub has been not \"hot\" both times we've stayed there. This was something we were looking forward to after a day in the snow.
