The facilities were dirty, there were little pieces of trash everywhere; even cockroaches in the room. There were no blankets in the room. It also smelled really bad. As of someone burnt their food in there. The complimentary breakfast was hot water and coffee. Oatmeal packets and fatty muffins completed the offerings. The night shift concierge was amazing, super kind and nice.

My bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I did read in advance that the kitchens were not stocked- you would have to ask the front desk for supplies like utensils and glasses, which I did. The only thing in the kitchen was a kitchen towel and a small packet of dishwasher detergent. But there wasn't a dishwasher, so cleaning your borrowed kitchen items with dishwasher detergent powder is not exactly normal. They should have little bottles of dish soap. My fridge and freezer were set to the highest settings, but they didn't work. I put an ice pack in the freezer overnight, and it was barely cool in the morning. I had put little bottles of milk and OJ (that I brought from home because they don't have any there) in the fridge overnight, and they were barely cold in the morning, so I had to throw them out. The hotel doesn't have an ice machine, which is frustrating. The kitchen freezer comes with ice cube trays, but as I mentioned, my freezer didn't work anyway. The desk chair was stained all over and needed to be cleaned or replaced. The bathroom fan was very loud, and the bathroom and kitchen floors were a bit sticky. The sink and shower were fine. The TV remote was annoying. When I tried to use the guide feature on the remote, the channel information on the screen did not match the actual channel. The most irritating thing was the marijuana smell the minute I got out of my car in the parking lot. People were smoking outside the entrance at all times. Gross.

Very economical choice, with kitchenettes, but housekeeping more than once in two weeks is a charge. The staff are efficient and accommodating and they will swap you clean towels and linens. They have kits of kitchen stuff like plates or utensils available.

There is a frequent bus to Downtown and Central Campus, a six-minute walk away at “The Ride” bus stop in the Briarwood Mall parking lot. You can pay for a $3 day pass on your phone and just show the bus driver. Much easier

They are not maintaining this hotel at all. The back entrance door entry was tie wrapped to keep unlocked due to broken card reader. Trash cans in hall way and outside dumpster was spliiing over. TV controller was broken. Cover of ceiling room light was missing. There is no way to control room temperature so had to open window to cool down room. Had to listen to highway traffic all night. For extended stay hotel, there were no accessories in kitchen, like pots, pans, silverware or plates. They are definitely not investing in this hotel. Not what you would expect.

Staff were polite. Rooms were clean. Hallways were dark and Im not a fan of the brown carpet but was clean. Rooms were big with space and the fridge was convenient.
Overal good experience for two nights. Good bang for buck if you're in town and just need a room to crash thats not small. Stove and fridge is an added bonus for the price. Coffee and muffins for breakfast in the lobby is not the greatest but for a quick fix of caffeine and a snack in the morning is appreciated.

No one was at the front desk for 25 minutes. We arrived there after 10 pm. The phone that said to call “O” if no one was at the desk was broken. When the woman working the next shift came into the lobby to start work, she was surly and defensive. The room she sent us to had a half smoked cigar, an open can of beer, an unmade bed, and a bloody washcloth in it, so when I went back to the front desk and said we needed another room because of all that, she was rude again and slow walked the whole process.

As a traveling nurse, my hotel stays are often short but important, especially after long shifts. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location of Extended Stay America left much to be desired, particularly when it comes to customer service and first impressions.

Upon arrival, I waited approximately 10 minutes at the front desk before being helped. During this time, housekeeping staff attempted to locate the front desk agent by calling and texting him — all without success until he finally appeared. There was no greeting, no smile, and no acknowledgment of the wait. While I understand staff may be stretched thin, basic hospitality and professionalism at check-in are critical, especially when dealing with guests who are arriving after overnight shifts.

What added to the frustration was the lack of transparency regarding early check-in fees. I had called the night before to confirm if an early check-in around 10:40am would be possible, given my work schedule. The night auditor assured me it would be fine — no mention was made of a $10 per hour early check-in fee. Had I known, I may have chosen a different hotel chain like Hilton, where I typically receive consistent and professional service for a similar price.

The property itself also lacked the cleanliness and polish I’ve experienced at other Extended Stay America locations. The lobby area appeared unfinished or possibly under renovation, which may explain its unprofessional appearance. However, combined with the po

Non-smoking room with many signs noting “No Smoking”, yet the room obviously had been smoked in by the previous occupant. When we first checked in, the windows were open and the A/C was on high, but we were met with the very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room.
Room could have used a more thorough cleaning. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the climate control was very consistent in the room.

Unfortunately, my stay at the Extended Stay of America did not meet expectations. The room was smaller than expected, the furniture was worn and dingy,
and there was a persistent musty odor that made the environment quite unpleasant. I had booked the stay from Sunday to Wednesday, but due to the poor conditions,
I had to check out early. I was only refunded for one night of stay.

This was a terrible hotel experience. They didn’t have the type of room I reserved, they didn’t have a gym (as advertised), and the hotel lost power for one night and morning. I will not be staying here again and I recommend that you don’t either!

From the unoccupied front desk to the room keys that deactivate mid-day and require constant "charging", to the deplorable sleeping and bathing conditions it's safe to say don't stay here. Even if you think you have to because of budget - try try try to go somewhere else. Can you imagine finding yourself in the need to access your room quickly for whatever reason only to find out that your key doesn't work and there's no one there to help you? Yeah... never again. So unsafe.

I mean, outside is worse

We saw a couple of cockroaches, toilet had urine residue under the seat, and the back door never latched and reeked of damp cigarette. One of the towels appeared to have a couple spots of blood on it. Overall it was not the worst location and if you don’t need amenities, a comfortable bed, updated furniture or aesthetics, or possess the desire to feel clean and rested I’m sure it’s fine for many.

It's unfortunate that I have to write a terrible review as it has never been the case when we travel. But, the conditions at this location were disgusting. It was apparent that some poor housekeeper had tried her best but the room was equal to a college dorm room that someone had trashed and left.The refrigerator was rusty and the front all marked, chips out of the counters, large chips of paint off the walls, and the heat/air did not even turn on. We alerted the front desk abt this but said they couldn't do anything abt it. When we returned after being out for the day, we were locked out of our room & the front desk (nice guy though) told us that no one was in that room. Obviously our stuff was in there. Do NOT recommend.

We stayed at this property on August 23rd, 2024. Our room was terrible- the carpet was not vacuumed and was badly stained. The bathroom door was marked up with what at first glance looked like blood,!but was probably nail polish. The bathtub didn’t drain well. The furniture was scratched up and peeling. The complimentary breakfast consisted of NutriGrain bars, muffins and oatmeal-not even a banana to be had. I payed $179 for this terrible experience. It’s definitely not worth that price point. I was extremely disappointed. It is not worth even close to that.

There were tiny bugs in my room. I got bitten here and there. I think the hotel is not to be blamed since it has clean bedsheet. The bugs should have came with the pets from previous clients. I got my rest of days refunded. Really need to check those pets before letting them move in.

I think there was one person running the whole hotel. Our room was dirty and the elevator did not work all weekend. This was a business trip for us and we have a lot of things to haul up and down from our room. So this was a big deal and they didn’t tell us when we checked in. There is not much care in this place. The elevator was out and had been for almost a week. The door closest to the room I was assigned, was not accessible. The key didn't engage the lock to unlock it. All of this made it hard to unload and load car. Then, the curtains only went one-third across the window. Not good for sleeping.

Lastly, the staff acted as if they had better things to do than help with check-in and check-out.
