Over all it wasn’t a horrible place to stay it wasn’t the cleanest place they ran out of towels and key cards. The bathroom sink wasn’t connected fully so when you use the sink water went everywhere. The pool was very nice no hot tub though. The breakfast isn’t that great but it’s something.

Staff friendly/ rooms were clean. Such an Out Dated facility(they seem to have a lot of issues with plumbing, Clogged drains -toilets clogged or overflow). As we showered daily the water rose in the tub to mid calf area. (Hubby said I might need a snorkel) lol.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. The room was dirty when I checked in. It looked like it hadn’t been dusted in quite some time. There was a layer of dust on the air conditioning unit, and hair in the shower that wasn’t mine.
I had spent some time away from the room and someone had broken into my room and used it. The staff did not apologize, and they told me I had to be the one to file a police report. The whole place felt unsafe, and nobody at the hotel seemed all that concerned. I had taken my things with me so luckily nothing of mine was taken.
Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. I felt so unsafe here I got there and immediately left, was told they would approve a refund because I was led astray, and just got denied the refund because Expedia couldn’t get ahold of anyone to approve it for days. I’m out of 150 bucks for this disgusting place.

I had an 8-day stay planned. I only stayed 6 days because of problems. I had no internet access for my computer. When I told this to the desk staff on my first day I was told that it was a problem with my computer. It wasn't. I had stayed here twice before and never had a wifi problem. On the third day I finally learned from the handyman that they installed a new wifi system three weeks ago and some Apple computers can't access it. I managed to sometimes access the wifi from the Quality Inn next door, but the signal was weak.
Wifi was my biggest problem, but not my only one. The breakfast was meager. No eggs, no fruit, no yogurt.
I had to ask for housecleaning to vacuum the carpet in my room on the first day of my stay because it hadn't been done and there were cookie crumbs and assorted other goodies on the floor. I also asked that the filthy carpet in the hall be vacuumed. I was told that the hallway lights are being replaced and the hallway will be vacuumed when the job is completed. I asked when it would be completed and was told \"in three days\".
That should give you a sense of how this place, which was never great, has gone downhill. I asked for a refund for the two nights I paid and didn't use and was told that I wouldn't be getting one. Their customer service can be summed up min one word: TERRIBLE. Don't stay here!

Never stay here. There were holes in our door, Spiders in ever corner. Parts of the tile missing. 2 jets in the jacuzzi didnt work. It took 45 mins to fill up and the water was scolding hott. The staff denied our request for more towels. A few lights didnt work in the room . There was a power strip wrapped around the night stand to use to plug our phones in. The gap between the floor and the door was about 2 inches, We had to put towels and a bench in front of the door to feel safe. Just dont do it.

This was the worse hotel I ever stayed at.
The cleanliness is poor, security low, amd the amenities are not what they said in the ads.
There is a pool, yes but its not maintained, its old and not the around aroujd is not taken care of. NO TOWELS PROVIDED
The whole hotel is run down and old. the latch at the door is broken and we even found the piece and other trash still in the roo..
We were too tired for me to look dor another place to sleep
So we managed
They say breakfast you would think regular hotel breakfat, no. They had cereals, few prepackaged donuts, waffles, no fruit, no warrm food like egg or bakon or sausage.

Expedia booked two nights at this Hotel and charged my card before I arrived. When we arrived, we told the hotel overbooked and we did not have a room. The hotels policy is to give rooms away to walk in customers and people with reservations have to get a refund. We slept in the car that night, suffered the next day, then got a room at the Red Roof Inn, where I will go from now on. I will never use Expedia again and I will never use the Days Inn by Wyndham or any Wyndham property ever again.

The multiple police cruisers parked outside the Quality Inn (adjoining parking lot) set the tone for this visit. Last time I initially got a room that someone else was apparently staying in; this time I guess I got the worst room? The checkout clerk rolled his eyes in disbelief when he saw my room number.

The room sufficed, despite the lack of functioning light switches, the short-sheeted bed, the strangely asymmetrical mounting of the triptych painting above the head of the bed, the toilet whose tank lid could not be closed, the ratty bathmat, extraordinarily slow tub drain, shower head with only one setting mounted at a height of approximately 5'10\", and ludicrously slick tub surface (some sort of repair?). My biggest complaint was the fairly extreme road noise, which competed with the sounds of the dying mini-fridge compressor for my attention. It all worked - barely.

The hot tub was filled in several years ago according to the maintenance man even tho when I asked the supervisor who checked us in said, \"it's being renovated\".
The bathroom was clearly not attended to since the last occupancy.
There was blood on 2 of the pillow cases and inside on the pillows which means they cases weren't even changed.
Black on the ceiling, black mold??
Outside wall next to sliding door was covered in black from cigarettes being put out.
Breakfast options included, bagel with no cream cheese only peanut butter as an option, frozen waffles and bread but, the toaster didn't work.
I've only stayed in one place worse than this in 10 years!
The staff was kind friendly.

The Place was Horrible !! Black Mold all over ceiling of the bathroom, they spray painted over the black mold before they put me in another room. Holes in doors, walls & ceilings, a total dump!! Definitely not worthy of the Windham brand. I had them switch me rooms due to the issues, the room they switched me into wasn't much better. TOTAL DIVE HOTEL, STAY FAR AWAY !!

Expedia should really consider not doing business with this property, it is apparently used as a residence for homeless people. While I am not opposed to this, paying customers should not be made to share the same facility. The room we were given had several issues, clogged toilet, outlet falling out of the wall, sink faucet not completely attached to the sink and it smelled of smoke. We were later told that the room was uninhabitable due to obvious maintenance issues and we almost ended up without a room at all despite making the reservation over 6 months in advance. They were able to put us in another room the second night due to others checking out. Never again at this property.

It’s a decent location, an easy drive to the campus. This place is an older hotel, low ceilings in the bathroom, the water in the sink was super hot, couldn’t get it to cool off. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. There is a mini fridge, microwave and black out curtains. The breakfast was cold cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. We went to Bob Evan’s, that was across the street. If you don’t want to pay $400 a night for a room, this is your place.

Days inn canceled my rsvp as they lied and said room was under construction. It was graduation weekend and they wanted to make more money as they overbooked. This happens often when booking thru Expedia. They canceled it at 4.44am and never even contacted me. Lied over and over. Never will I stay with days inn again. Very very unhappy!

Room was not clean. No towels, Bathroom was not clean, It was not floashing. Acces key was not working and I had to go back to front desk 3 times to reset the key but it didnt work. After 3 hours working on toilet flashing without results they asks us to move to another room which was a little bit better but it didn't have shower curton. Since we were very tired after 10 hours driving, we decided to ignor and went to bed. It was the worst experince in our life.

The room was dirty, the hot tub I would never even try to get in as it looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The entire room smelled like cigarettes. The two end tables next to the bed with the laps were not plugged in and there was no plug to plug them in. The floor felt so dirty. The shower door was full of soap scum and the floor was dirty I had to put towel down to stand on to shower. I will never stay here again. The pictures on line look nothing like the property.

The room was smaller than I anticipated. The television was on a light switch. Every time I turned on the TV it took about two minutes for it to cycle through trying to connect to the Internet. The room had a smell of cleaning supplies. The breakfast was minimal. I guess I was expecting something hot. I should have read the description at booking?

However, the staff were incredibly friendly, outgoing and helpful. They made my stay memorable.

When we checked in, I swear the man at the desk was smoking or vaping pot. It smelt like pot real bad when you walked i. The door. Hot tub was so loud that it couldn’t be used. Someone’s hair was wrapped around the blow dryer. Did not look very clean. The room smelled terrible. We had to open up the patio sliding door for fresh air and it did not have a screen door. The pad for the bed was not big enough and it stopped about the area of your upper back so you felt that all night. Breakfast food was a joke. Cereal was all I saw. We ran out of toilet paper because there was hardly any there to start with. The guy at the front desk said they were out of supplies and told us to go to the hotel next door and say he sent us and they would give us one. Won’t stay there again and will warn others.

Well our wedding night was ruined because of our Room the walls had cracks all over it out side our door you can tell there was water damage from the 2nd floor that had jacuzzi tubs which we had one reserved when we arrived got told they where closed for renovations on the tubs then got told we would get a different room which I described above, we didn’t even have toilet paper we asks for it an they front desk said it will be 30 mins til the person getting in will have it, waited then went back the guy said still no toilet paper, we went to another hotel. Still waiting for a some kind of response for a refund!!

The first thing was the entrance into the hotel lobby, it was as narrow and the front door of a home. The cement was broken on spots. You could see spots on the fascia that needed repair not to mention the interior of the hotel. It only had 2 luggage carriers and they felt like they were ready to fall apart as we wheeled our luggage to our room. There was no coffee pot ot hair dryer in the room and the TV left alot to be desired; the channels were fuzzy and picture not clear. The hotel needs a major make-over before I will stay there again.

Place was not very clean. Breakfast was minimal. Bathroom door could block main door or get hit. Bathroom tissue holder came out. Toilet paper seemed to have mold. Sheets did not feel clean.

Getting onto the highway is a little risky in that area. One nice restaurant right next to the place though.

It was barely okay for the short time we stayed. May not return.

When we pulled in the lights on the main sign were out and the 2nd floor rooms had their balconies and screen doors in various states of disrepair.
The gentleman that checked us in was friendly.
Our room was dirty and the floors had dog hair packed into the corners (we didn’t take our shoes off), the toilet, mirror and sink was dirty, our bathroom doorframe was rotted away at the base and someone had shoved a toilet paper roll in the hole, the bathtub was stained/mouldy, smoke detectors were missing from the mounts, etc. I was searching the mattresses/bedding with my flashlight for any signs of bedbugs.
We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst. We thought a Wyndham association would have meant something but unfortunately it did not. We would have left but we arrived late in the evening, were tired from our long drive and had to be up early for an appointment.

The room was awful. The tv didn’t work, the bathroom faucet was broken, the toilet ran the entire time, the sliding glass door wasn’t safe.
The hallway smelled and the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Let me start off by saying that you get what you pay for. Their was a hockey tournament in town this particular weekend as well as my son's track meet so hotel prices were thru the roof all over ($400-$500). I paid $150 for the weekend. The staff was courteous but not overly friendly. The hotel itself was older but decent.The room was accomodating with a microwave, refrigerator, television. However, housekeeping definitely took short cuts when cleaning the room! The room smelled like smoke (although I thought that these were non-smoking rooms), under my bed there were old soda bottles and trash, I lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs and there were items there as well. Although, I thought that I checked thoroughly, I did get bitten by one bed bug during the course of my first night there that I managed to kill. The bathroom was wiped down but not cleaned (hair in the shower).I wanted to switch rooms but everything here and in the area was booked. After I cleaned and sanitized everthing myself, my second night's stay was much better. Although I've pointed out alot of the negatives, it wasn't all bad. The location was convenient, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the price was great. Would I stay there again? Knowing now what to expect and if they can take care of the bed bug problem, yes I would. It it a romantic get away, no its definitely not. It's ideal for someone that on a budget that needs a place to sleep who doesn't mind doing a bit of cleaning.

Very sketchy. Got asked for money walking in the parking lot. Checked in, a little dumpy but fine. Then someone propped open a back entrance door for god knows how long and our room became unbearably cold. I found the open door and shut it but the room never warmed up. We had to sleep fully clothed with hats and coats as they couldn’t give us heaters or extra blankets because housekeeping was closed. Never offered a different room. It was too cold to even shower. I will never stay there again

Room was nasty, stained carpet, and the bathtub was bubbling. Thick dust covered the bathroom fan, and furnace. The room was approximately 50 degrees when we got there because they turn off the heat on unused rooms. It took 4 hours to get up to temperature. Staff was perfectly polite, but this place is a dump

The room was extremely hot when we came in and we had to turn off the heater because the heater wouldn’t turn off. Then we didn’t have any hot water to take a shower, the tap was wrong move the tap to the H and it went cold move the tap to the C and it was not as cold but not even close to being warm. It was -21 outside having a cold shower and it was so cold outside when you check out was very unpleasant. Check in was great workers so very pleasant

The staff was nice, but the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and perfume. My wife is highly allergic to odors. We couldn't stay there. The rooms were listed as smoke freee.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Cigarette burn holes in matress. Hallways smelled like marijuana. No pool towels in pool area - very inconvenient since you access the pool from outside door & it was snowing out. Asked for clean bath towels, was told \"they ran out.\" Breakfast was sparce. Only \"splenda\" for coffee, out of sugar. Stains on carpets. Brought up concerns to front desk & was offered 50% off my next stay - I doubt that would really happen. I wouldnt stay here again even if it was a free stay.

We decided to stay here for the hot tub. My son had surgery the next day so we wanted to relax the night before. Pool/hot tub closes at 10pm. We showed up at 930 and it was closed, very disappointed. The walls are thin, too. You can hear your neighbors
