Room was not clean. No towels, Bathroom was not clean, It was not floashing. Acces key was not working and I had to go back to front desk 3 times to reset the key but it didnt work. After 3 hours working on toilet flashing without results they asks us to move to another room which was a little bit better but it didn't have shower curton. Since we were very tired after 10 hours driving, we decided to ignor and went to bed. It was the worst experince in our life.

The room was dirty, the hot tub I would never even try to get in as it looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The entire room smelled like cigarettes. The two end tables next to the bed with the laps were not plugged in and there was no plug to plug them in. The floor felt so dirty. The shower door was full of soap scum and the floor was dirty I had to put towel down to stand on to shower. I will never stay here again. The pictures on line look nothing like the property.

The room was smaller than I anticipated. The television was on a light switch. Every time I turned on the TV it took about two minutes for it to cycle through trying to connect to the Internet. The room had a smell of cleaning supplies. The breakfast was minimal. I guess I was expecting something hot. I should have read the description at booking?

However, the staff were incredibly friendly, outgoing and helpful. They made my stay memorable.

When we checked in, I swear the man at the desk was smoking or vaping pot. It smelt like pot real bad when you walked i. The door. Hot tub was so loud that it couldn’t be used. Someone’s hair was wrapped around the blow dryer. Did not look very clean. The room smelled terrible. We had to open up the patio sliding door for fresh air and it did not have a screen door. The pad for the bed was not big enough and it stopped about the area of your upper back so you felt that all night. Breakfast food was a joke. Cereal was all I saw. We ran out of toilet paper because there was hardly any there to start with. The guy at the front desk said they were out of supplies and told us to go to the hotel next door and say he sent us and they would give us one. Won’t stay there again and will warn others.

Well our wedding night was ruined because of our Room the walls had cracks all over it out side our door you can tell there was water damage from the 2nd floor that had jacuzzi tubs which we had one reserved when we arrived got told they where closed for renovations on the tubs then got told we would get a different room which I described above, we didn’t even have toilet paper we asks for it an they front desk said it will be 30 mins til the person getting in will have it, waited then went back the guy said still no toilet paper, we went to another hotel. Still waiting for a some kind of response for a refund!!

The first thing was the entrance into the hotel lobby, it was as narrow and the front door of a home. The cement was broken on spots. You could see spots on the fascia that needed repair not to mention the interior of the hotel. It only had 2 luggage carriers and they felt like they were ready to fall apart as we wheeled our luggage to our room. There was no coffee pot ot hair dryer in the room and the TV left alot to be desired; the channels were fuzzy and picture not clear. The hotel needs a major make-over before I will stay there again.

First room they put us in the heat didn’t work, that moved us to a different room and heat worked but there were stains on one of the beds from an actively leaking ceiling. Place was not very clean. Breakfast was minimal. Bathroom door could block main door or get hit. Bathroom tissue holder came out. Toilet paper seemed to have mold. Sheets did not feel clean.

Getting onto the highway is a little risky in that area. One nice restaurant right next to the place though.

It was barely okay for the short time we stayed. May not return.

When we pulled in the lights on the main sign were out and the 2nd floor rooms had their balconies and screen doors in various states of disrepair.
The gentleman that checked us in was friendly.
Our room was dirty and the floors had dog hair packed into the corners (we didn’t take our shoes off), the toilet, mirror and sink was dirty, our bathroom doorframe was rotted away at the base and someone had shoved a toilet paper roll in the hole, the bathtub was stained/mouldy, smoke detectors were missing from the mounts, etc. I was searching the mattresses/bedding with my flashlight for any signs of bedbugs.
We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst. We thought a Wyndham association would have meant something but unfortunately it did not. We would have left but we arrived late in the evening, were tired from our long drive and had to be up early for an appointment.

Let me start off by saying that you get what you pay for. Their was a hockey tournament in town this particular weekend as well as my son's track meet so hotel prices were thru the roof all over ($400-$500). I paid $150 for the weekend. The staff was courteous but not overly friendly. The hotel itself was older but decent.The room was accomodating with a microwave, refrigerator, television. However, housekeeping definitely took short cuts when cleaning the room! The room smelled like smoke (although I thought that these were non-smoking rooms), under my bed there were old soda bottles and trash, I lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs and there were items there as well. Although, I thought that I checked thoroughly, I did get bitten by one bed bug during the course of my first night there that I managed to kill. The bathroom was wiped down but not cleaned (hair in the shower).I wanted to switch rooms but everything here and in the area was booked. After I cleaned and sanitized everthing myself, my second night's stay was much better. Although I've pointed out alot of the negatives, it wasn't all bad. The location was convenient, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the price was great. Would I stay there again? Knowing now what to expect and if they can take care of the bed bug problem, yes I would. It it a romantic get away, no its definitely not. It's ideal for someone that on a budget that needs a place to sleep who doesn't mind doing a bit of cleaning.

Very sketchy. Got asked for money walking in the parking lot. Checked in, a little dumpy but fine. Then someone propped open a back entrance door for god knows how long and our room became unbearably cold. I found the open door and shut it but the room never warmed up. We had to sleep fully clothed with hats and coats as they couldn’t give us heaters or extra blankets because housekeeping was closed. Never offered a different room. It was too cold to even shower. I will never stay there again

Then we didn’t have any hot water to take a shower, the tap was wrong move the tap to the H and it went cold move the tap to the C and it was not as cold but not even close to being warm. No pool towels in pool area - very inconvenient since you access the pool from outside door & it was snowing out. Asked for clean bath towels, was told "they ran out." Breakfast was sparce. The hot tub advertised was literally bricked off permanently. The pool was freezing cold. The gym was locked and filled with trash n looked like it was abandoned years ago. Showerhead broke off, only 1 blanket, blanket for 2nd bed was thin as a sheet and they refused to give us a different one or an additional one. Both "blankets" heavily stained, wouldn't give us clean towels, didn't turn down our room, toilet seat falling apart, no fan or window in bathroom, couldn't get tissues or toilet paper replaced, many broken deck chairs around pool, I hurt myself when one of them fell apart as I was sitting on it. Microwave broke and got stuck locked closed as I was using it resulting in my food being stuck and lost.power strip failed in the middle of the night and the ice covered freezer thawed and filled my dinner with water, ruining my other meals. Breakfast was only fruit, bagels, waffles n cereal, no options for any protein or anything other than carbs and sugars. Lamp and mattress box spring had what appeared to be mold on them, one lamp had its power cord completely cut, mold.in the non-working "vent?" In the bathroom, from back when it apparently worked I'm guessing. They wouldnt switch us rooms, not that I think any other room would be less disgusting. I have never stayed in such a disgusting dilapidated run down hotel before, I couldn't even sleep because of the disgusting bed and bedding. The review rating it has, has to be from bots or something, that place was awful!

Staff was courteous and the room smelled clean. Hallways smelled heavily of smoke and the carpets were bleach stained in many places.
Pool was supposed to be open but the door was padlocked.
Cracks and stains on the room walls, and melted holes in the curtains.
Bed was fresh and well-made but the blanket was very thin.
Broken shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower, but small toiletries provided (why not just remove the broken wall mounted dispensers?)
The light switch at the entrance to the room did not work. The toilet paper holder must have messed up the dry wall at some point... The solution was to screw a piece of 2 by 4 into the wall then remount the old dysfunctional roll holder.
Overall the hotel had a feeling of neglect.
The room rental fee shouldn't be more than that of a highway motel.
Skip the free breakfast...

I'll start with the positives . Location was good . Had a balcony , the staff were pleasant . Most importantly NO bed bugs ! The water was hot for the spa tub in the room.
Now for the reasons i would not recommend . The room was in bad shape . The area around the spa tub was literally crumpling, the shower was coming apart, the lamp was falling out of wall. There was an extension cord plugged into another cord. The television was limited with no local stations . Have to say hotels.com should remove this listing untill they get the place remodeled.

First off, I must admit that our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly! Other than that, all downhill. The bedside lamp cord had the plug ripped or chewed off, so no bedside lamp. Our heat didn’t work. (November) The ironing board didn’t have a cover on it, the toilet whistled when flushed, shower curtain ripped at the top, walls patched but not painted. Overall, the hotel looked pretty beaten up, but clean! The continental breakfast was mostly prepackaged foods. The worst part had to be walking the hallways and smelling nothing but weed. The further away you got from the front desk, the stronger the smell. Thankfully our room didn’t smell like that. I’m glad I didn’t pay any more than $130 because even at that rate, it wasn’t worth it.

Very dirty bathroom, hair, no curtain, shower head came off and almost hit son’s head. Tv didn’t work in evening and morning. Entrance hall had a chlorine smell that made me sick. Couldn’t stay for the originally planned 2 days. Had to check out after 1due to cleanliness. Asking for my money back.

The air filter is clogged with dust. I've been at the hotel for three days, and I've had allergies for three days. The cooler is disgusting, as have the stairs.
