Beach views were spectacular. Easy walk right onto & down the beach. We stayed here to enjoy the seaside temple next door. It was perfect as we walked straight out and into it. Otherwise we would have had to drive there and pay for parking.

지난번 숙박후 좋아서 부모님모시고 가족여행으로 2번째 방문입니다. 다좋았지만 작년에 비해 조식이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.25000원의 조식이기에는 너무 음식종류가 없어서 손이 가는 것이 없던게 많이 아쉬웠습니다.이정도의 조식이면 2만원 미만이 많을것같단 생각도 듭니다. 방도 모두 만족하고 돈이 아깝지 않았지만 식대....조식비...요거 하나는 정말....아까웠네요....조금더 다양한 메뉴를 신경써주셨음합니다.

My family and I enjoyed this hotel very much. We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved how close it was to the beach. My only complaint would be the beds. My husband, our 18-month-old, and I would wake up drenched in sweat. I couldn’t understand why until I looked at the bed — there is a plastic layer underneath all the sheets, and I can only assume this is the reason our body heat was trapped, causing us to overheat at night. I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, but aside from that, this hotel is incredible. The gym and kids’ play area are such a plus! The breakfast is SO GOOD too! Very friendly staff too!

I stay here occasionally. However, this time the bathtub was dirty. The pillows are not soft. It looks fluffy but not comfortable at all. I hope they do something about the pillows. The breakfast buffet was quiet and clean.

이전에도 지인 추천으로 숙박했던 곳이고, 그때 숲 뷰, 오션뷰 모두 묵어봤는데 둘 다 좋았어요. 개인적으로 침구도 편안하고, 무엇보다 \"조용하고 깔끔한\" 곳을 가장 선호하는데 그 부분에 있어서 항상 만족하는 곳입니다. 이번에 투숙한 온돌 객실은 1층이어서 뷰 만족도는 상대적으로 떨어질 수 있겠습니다만 바닥의 뜨끈함으로 피로 회복하느라 뷰에 대한 아쉬움은 전혀 들지 않았습니다ㅎㅎ 그리고 호텔 입지가 좋고+객실이 1층이기 때문에 바다 보고 싶으면 그냥 나가면 됩니다ㅎㅎㅎ

방 컨디션도 좋고 깔끔하게 관리되어 있음. 디자인도 10년전에는 완전최신이였고 지금도 전혀 촌스러워 보이지 않은 현대적인 방임. 4층 하늘정원에서 일출을 바로 볼 수 있다는 것과 낙산사에 바로 연결되어 바로 걸어갈 수 있는것 아주 큰 장점임. 다만 낙산해수욕장은 걸어갈 수는 있지만 고성쪽 해수욕장에 비해 오수냄새도 나는등 그다지 깨끗하지 않아서 몸 담그기는 좀 그래서 그닥 장점이 아니고, 호텔이 작아서 레스토랑이나 부대시설로만으로 재미있게 지내기 어려움. 방안에 수영복 널어둘 곳도 애매함.

I did not received the welcoming when I check in at the front desk than other 4star.
There are some inconvenient thigs as follow,
- No soap in the shower room
-No information how to use kind amenities so I should be study how to use.
-I am not sure that the carpet is clean or not,
-Make me uncomfortable when I wore shoes, no shoe hone.
-I was a a little bit scare due to hallway light was a so dark and show room did not closed at night..... It was a good condition for a room, food menu consist and kinds were okayed and delicious, but coffee quantity is not enough for me, no bad smell in the room, Public Space has a maintaing cleaned.

Wonderful hotel spoilt by simple drawbacks
Impressive hotel fully refurbished in 2017. The two drawbacks were a) we booked an ocean view room at quite a premium, but 50% of the view was the hotel car park, and b) having a full glass facade the heat and glare in the room was significant, meaning we could only enjoy the view in the evening and early morning. The blinds were all down in the breakfast room to kero out the sun.

The manager is friendly and helpful. The sofa in the room needs to be upgraded. Bed is comfortable. They are serving breakfast downstairs which is nice. Also room service is provided again. They had stopped it for a while. Bathtub was not clean. That was a bummer.

여러번 이용을 하였는데 항상 깨끗하고 전망좋고 조용한 숙소 입니다. 편히 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 그런데 낙산 비치에 신축 건물들이 많이 들어서기 위해 공사 중이라 해변이 예전과 같은 조용함 보다는 마치 재개발 공사장 인근에 놀러 온 것 같은 느낌이었습니다. 방문간은 공사들로 인한 어수선함은 어쩔수 없을 것 같습니다.

The bathroom floor gets wet from the shower and although there is a caution sign for slipping, the hotel should really make permanent changes to eliminate the risk of slipping and falling. My mother walked into the bathroom with the flimsy room slippers and slipped and fell on her head. I immediately called the front desk for guidance and they informed me that all they can do is call 119. My mother thankfully remained conscious and a huge bump formed on the back of her head which later reduced significantly after icing but this could’ve been a lot worse. The front desk did not bother to check in on us in any way. If the property fixes this water leak from showers, I would give them another star. I would’ve given a worse score if they had not posted the warning sign and provided a pair of rubber slippers for the bathroom.
