취사가 가능한 콘도이다보니 술드시는 분들이 많으셔서 이런 소음 문제는 해결 불가능 그냥 함께 마시고 즐기실 분들에게 추천해요~

콘도보다는 개인 운영 빌라 느낌
의자 뒤쪽 머리카락 잔뜩.. 잘 안보이는 곳이지만 기분 그렇죠.. 뷰는 그럭저럭.. 주차장도 객실수의 반이나 되나.. 주변에 망한 건물들이 있고 식당가는 1~2 킬로 걸어야하는 외지에 있음

1시간 이르게 도착해서 프론트 직원에게 얼리 체크인 가능 여부 혹은 얼리 체크인 불가시 탈의와 짐 보관 가능 여부를 정중히 문의하였으나... 당황스럽게도 상당히 퉁명스러운 답을 들음... 이를 깨물고 분노를 참음. 치아를 보호하기 위해 투숙일 3시이전에는 절대 이곳에 도착하지 않기를 권함.
미리 요청한대로 가능한 최고의 바다 뷰를 가진 고층의 객실을 배정해줌(한시간 후 체크인 시의 직원은 친절한 다른 직원이었슴)
룸메이드들이 남자분들이라 그런지 청소 상태는 보통의 해변 콘도들에 비해 훨씬 더 깨끗함.(청소는 군대 다녀온 남자들이 더 잘하는 듯...)
바다 수영후 수영복, 비치타월, 모자, 라이프베스트를 세척 후 말릴 수 있는 건조대가 콘도내에 하나도 없슴. 해변 리조트에서 건조대가 없으면 곤란함. 결국 발코니에 물놀이 용품들을 끈으로 묶어서 널어서 말림(다 마른 후 보니 작은 거미들이 많이 붗어 있었슴).

실외 발코니에 벌래가 많으므로 투숙객은 방충망을 반드시 닫아야함.

집에서 자는것 같은 나름 편한 느낌
가성비로도 좋고 처음 도착해서 주차장이나 바깥 시설을 보면 새 리조트들과 당연히 비교될 수 있지만 하루 지내보면 좋은곳입니다. 내부가 익숙한 집 구조처럼 방도 있고 무엇보다 바닥이 엄청 뜨끈해서 지지기 좋아하는 가족들 등에 물집나게 지지고 왔습니다. 양양이라 속초에서 멀다고 느낄수 있지만 속초도 금방가고 이마트에서 장봐와서 회랑 맛나게 밥해먹으면 가족여행에 최고입니다. 내부 시설은 관리를 잘 하셨는지 깨끗해요.
반드시 손 보실 것은
1. 모기장이 아주 뻐ㄱ뻑하게 열리다 떨어져 버림. 곧 여름인데 모기 테러가 걱정됩니다. 고쳐주세요.
2. 와이파이가 안됩니다. 티비는 고쳐주고 가셨는데 와이파이 손봐야 할거에요(205호) 안됩니다.
3. 접시 여분 몇개만 더 있으면 좋겠어요.
