We stayed for two weeks and had 2 apartments. Everything was great. We had issues with one units aircon, but They moved us to another unit and that worked really well. Staff were really great and friendly. Front desk was very helpfull and always willing to listen and assist. Will definitely be back.

Our studio apartment was excellent
, apart perhaps from the pillows.
All staff were great - friendly, helpful and efficient. Lovely Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries meant we needn’t have brought any at all! Breakfast buffet was pretty good, and location teriffic. Happy to revisit, and to recommend.

My stan at the Hilton was great. I booked a week get away to wind down and relax and could not have asked for anything more. My apartment was spotless, recently decorated, comfy and with a nice outlook over the park to the lagoon. The pool was out of action as some renovations were taking place while I was there. My only suggestion for improvement would be to replace the sofa lounge. Although recovered in a nice fabric it has seen better days and the apartment would benefit from an upgrade.
Thank you to the staff for making my stay so pleasant.

Great stay

A very nice place to stay. Large beautiful rooms with full kitchen, sitting area, huge balcony, washing machine. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. I loved watching the sunset from my room with a cocktail. Close to nice restaurants, shops, cafes, and the beautiful beach. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

A wonderful stay at the Hilton. Our room had everything one could need to make the stay comfortable. Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave were spotless and it was so good to be able to have a proper kitchen with dishes, cutlery and cooking equipment. Washing machine/dryer, a clothes drying rack were also available including iron and ironing board, pegs etc. Large balcony with beautiful water views where you can sit and relax in comfort. Buffet breakfast is superb, everything you could possibly want plus more. Location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, wonderful bakery and shops including a great pharmacy. Réception staff were exceptional, so a big thank you to Loïc and Gunter. Honestly we were so happy with our stay at the Hilton and we will definitely be back there again.

Lovely hotel. Great central location. Restaurant in the hotel as well as in the complex. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Studio room with the ocean view was perfect. Room had kitchen and laundry facilities. Wifi was included (30gb for our stay) and you could wifi call and receive texts and calls from Australia. Be warned, phone and data is very expensive in New Caledonia so this was just perfect. And a lot of the restaurants have free wifi. Highly recommend this hotel.

Quite a few food options nearby, pubs and clubs are a bit further north. Quite a walk to the supermarket, but a little convenience store nearby, and terrific bakery just past store. Rooms are decent size, stocked kitchen.
No English TV Channels!! And they have disabled smartTV function. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast was full buffet but omelette bar or alternate egg options should be available for the price.

The hotel is well located with beautiful views out to Anse Vata beach. Three bedroom apartment is well appointed to suit a family. The staff in the reception were very helpful. There is a very nice selection of shops and restaurants below the hotel. The only drawback is that there is not a private shower adjacent to the pool area. If you have a late flight on your day of departure, there is no where to shower first. It is also a very short walk to the public bus stop and also to the gourmet patisserie around the corner on rue Anse Vata.

The first night we were located in a room that stunk of cigarette smoke. They did move us to a better room for the 2nd night, but the aircon wasn’t working in this room.

Great location - close to the beach and restaurants, plus other stores. Lovely staff.
The two-bedroom apartment had two bathrooms and it was very roomy. Comfy beds and couches. Well appointed - washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooktop and stove, microwave, cutlery, plates, etc.
On the \"not so great side\" - the hotel is quite old and needs a revamp at some point. Small things such as the balcony sliding door didn't really slide (hard to close). We'd book again at Hilton if retuning to Noumea.

Good hotel in nice and convenient location in Noumea. A little run down however, they were doing some painting and renovations when we were there (so maybe will look nicer once completed). 3 bedroom apartment had a great view.
All the staff were fantastic and Gunther was especially helpful and polite. Restaurant was superb even on the quiet night. Overall nice place to stay.

Noise spoilt our stay

Unfortunately the stay was not enjoyable due to major works in upgrading the lift well right outside our door - drilling and hammering & removing tiles most of the day - we chose the Hilton as we wanted to have a restful day before embarking on the next leg of our journey - we should have been told of the issue at booking in - there are 3 wings at this Hilton so am sure a quieter room would have been possible. I raised the issue with reception at 2 pm and they said they would stop at 4:30 pm !!

Liked it as it was near the beach and easy to walk around. Staff seems to be friendly. Just wanted to point one staff in particular, Ms Elizabeth in Restaurant, always served us with a smile😊
On our last night stay, we had to wake up early morning, around 4am for pick up transfer to Airport, we had to endure lots of noises at the hotel. Lots of party going on till very late night. Am not sure of the Hotel policy, but would expected, some quietness after 10pm or so and not going beyond midnight. Hope Hotel management take note of this and advise the guests about this

Location is great. Our room had upgraded heat pumps in building C. But the ones in bulinding B had the temporary air con units that were extracted out the windows.
Pool had some heating, but still rather cold. Was closed for mantainance for 2 days while we were there, but was able to use Nouvatas pool next door.

We stayed in apartment, which had a fantastic ocean view over Anse Vasa bay and excellent balcony. While some renno work was going on, so not as quiet as we would have liked unfortunately this is still a great location, good value for money and spacious. However the customer service form the staff was a 10 out of 10 - super friendly, helpful & obliging, in particular Gunther. Thanks to the team for an enjoyalbe few nights.

Staff were amazing and a real asset to the hotel! The hotel itself is very run down and in need of maintenance asap. Our aircon stopped working overnight and we had to turn it off and restart it. Fortunately this worked and it started again. Comfortable and a good spot but needs work asap to improve the overall feel.

No AirCon Rooms shouldn't be rented

The broken Air Con was replaced with portable units that were making over 50db noise in the bedroom (= impossible to sleep with them) so having to put on the heat, humidity, and the noisy street because the units were taped to the windows with plastic.
Add the old and clunky kitchen, mildly mouldy showers and bathtub, aged sofa, and you get something very far from what you expect from a Hilton

Very good set up in middle of Ansa Vata.

We stayed an initial 7 nights then due to flight cancellation another 3 nights. They moved us no problem.
The hotel needs some maintenance but i think that will come soon.
The 3 bedroom unit we had was a great size and very comfortable..
The complex has many restaurants to choose from.

My partner and I stayed at the Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences from 15-12-22 - 21-12-22 in a King One-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean view. I cannot fault the view or the location as both were stunning. We had some communication issues with the staff upon arrival around how our transfers were organised, however after showing them the emails that they were in the wrong this was resolved quickly. the room itself, whilst new was not in the condition one expects when staying at the Hilton. The wall mounted air conditioner was not working and a portable door mounted one was in the room, I had our shower nozzle snap mid shower, the hinge was falling off the cupboard and there were drainage issues with the sink. To the Hilton's credit as I bought these issues to their attention, they did fix them the next day and were apologetic and provided us with a free dinner in their restaurant. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and I cannot fault the food at all. Overall, I would be willing to stay there again and I am sure COVID has impacted their standard maintenance routine, however it was definitely looking and feeling a little bit tired.

The front desk man was more than helpful with arranging our transportation, in and out from noumea. The room smelled extremely bad, the good thing was that we stayed just for the night and left early morning. We arrived late from Vanuatu and there wasn’t any food at the hotel after midnight. The room was okay, just the smell was too strong.

The staff (both at the concierge and around the property) were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are clean, I didn't feel the need to wash everything in the kitchen before I used it. The room we stayed in felt new and modern.

The beds and pillows were confortable, the shower was great.

Unfortunately our air conditioning didn't work very well in several rooms- they did bring a portable machine in that did a great job in the main room, but the bedrooms were still quite warm.

Be aware- the kitchen is poorly stocked with cooking equipment. We had 2 pots, 2 knives and a few other implements. No frypan, tongs. Fine for making breakfast and lunch, not great for cooking dinner.

The surrounding location is fantastic. The restaurants downstairs in the shopping complex are great. The Hilton restaurant was a bit \"meh\". Again, the staff were lovely, the food not so much.

Easy walking to good beaches, there is a bus nearby to get into Noumea town centre, or local supermarkets. And the view is spectacular.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

The staff were friendly and helpful at times although when we asked about babysitting they never got back to us. It was advertised on the Tv but not available. The pool was closed due to the deck being redone so we did not have access to it. The work being done on the deck was very loud and so we couldn’t even sit on the balcony during the day. The whole beach area in front of the hotel is a construction site. We were not informed of any of this before our stay. Many items in the apartment were broken including lamps, TVs, shelving and door locks.

the view from the room was great. Staff were helpful but more on the reception desk in the morning would helpd. The only complaints are 1) the neighbour who smoked on their balcony and hence I couldn't sit outside; and 2) the entrances to the park were dark at night and one smelt of urine.

Ideally located on the Anse-Vata, close to the beach and restaurants, the hotel is in a quiet street and the apartment is very clean. Beautiful sea view greets you when you wake up. The only minus is that the overall building is a little old but I saw that they've started renovations on the opposite side from our room so they are already taking action. Highly recommended.
