I have stayed at Mission Inn & Suites on Mission Blvd in Hayward dozens of times. It is my Hotel of choice whenever I am in the East Bay area. Nice, clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful Staff. Well-worth the money.

I would highly-recommend Mission Inn & Suites to anyone who asks for my opinion.

I save my life...

There were countless of spiders, bathtub, shower head, sink, under and over walls... I didn't stay after getting rash on some spots on many skins area... afraid they'll get into my ears, nose, or other hole. I cancelled the deal and left in 6 hours... I wished they'd refund the cost... to be doing a fair businesslike.

Good value in Hayward.

Good size room, comfortable bed, clean, good quality furnishings, plenty of offstreet parking. Close to restaurants. HVAC worked fine and good TV. Friendly and helpful desk clerk, Krishna. Will stay here again, reasonable rate.

We're smokers. Told the smoking area is front. Barred locked. When asker about it's locked the clerk could not/ would not provide access.
Staff is rude and disrespectful. I'm still handling over-charges that are fraudulent.

The manager is really nice. They keep a tight ship. No riff raff I’ve always felt safe there. The room was really clean and overall a great value. It’s also really close to downtown Hayward and lots of dining.

Dirty. Long black hairs on the old, outdated flooring. Tub was discolored as the finish was coming off. Sink drain did not work. TV was not set up correctly and took a bit to figure out. Bed was clean and comfortable. Fridge was not working properly and would not turn down. Drinks froze. Check in was thru a window as lobby was not open (2pm). Motel is old and outdated. Heater was relatively new and worked fine.

I keep coming here because it is cheap and pretty close to my job. I left a pair of pants one time and the next time I stayed, they were nice enough to let me know I forgot my article of clothing and give it back to me. I was impressed that they not only didn't throw it away, but remembered that they were mine. I appreciate the courtesy.

It’s not worth the bed bugs bites

The worst parts of my stay is that I left with bed bug bites. Nest is that I didn’t get any rest which was the whole point of my stay. Banging at night and banging during the day due to construction which the hotel needed because there where literally multiple loose tiles in the floor, I almost fell several times. The shower was in terrible condition.

Main road is very busy. Heavy traffic with medium noise level. Street and outside area was messy. Property was tidy but a little rundown. Efforts were being made to add more curb appeal. Advertising said full breakfast. Grab and Go bag doesn’t meet this statement. Pizza pocket is not breakfast fare. Fruit and juice was good. Room was quaint. Minimal bedding. Box spring was stained. Only one day did housekeeping come in 8 nights and 1 day. Overall good but could have been better. Would consider staying again.

Location was convient that is it. Now the bad was when arriving the lobby was lock had to wait for someone to be let in to check in. The gentleman was short with me during check in. The nonsmoking policy is great but not inforced people were smoking outside the room all night.
The bathroom shower no pressure paint peeling from tub and the ceiling repair looked like it was gonna cave in.

This is actually my 2nd stay here. Everything looked clean until I woke up in the early hours itchy. I had bed bugs bites on my face, neck, shoulder and upper arms. I believe the bed bugs were in the pillows. Will never be back again.

Customer service was lacking. Check in area wasnt clear and inside check in was closed before we got there at 7pm. Check out wasnt possible as no one would respond to the doorbell at 7am nor did they have grab and go breakfast as advertised. Did not feel welcome. Room was clean and fine for the price but overall wouldnt visit again.

Very dated. Furniture , curtains have holes. Floor was dirty and tub needs to refinish. Shower suddenly lost hot water. Ok for 1 night stay. Not much to eat within walking distance. Location is close to San Mateo bridge which is good.

The room was ordinary, but reasonably fine. I will stay there again, since the daily rate was great. Just a few things I noticed that were poor. The refrigerator door didn’t close all the way. I wasn’t able to take a bath, only the shower works. The pillows were kind of flat, in need of replacement. Etc.

The lights are motion censored it keeps turning on when I move. The shower didn’t work properly (shower head) and the couch was dirty and over all I did not feel as though it was cleaned throughly or was attended to properly. For the price I thought it would have been a little bit better. I had a split second on should have booked a motel 6 instead it would have been cleaner and worked more better off for myself.

Not the worst but billing issue lingering....

Nothing great but just about the quality you would expect for the price. The noise from the other neighboring rooms bothered me and I did not care to complain because I was tired and did not wish to get up. The front desk people were cool but I would have liked breakfast to be until later o got there at 930 and it was done but the main reason I had an issue is that the charge for security deposit was supposed to be refunded however I am now having to call my card company to submit the check out receipt and the time spent doing this is an inconvenience I feel I should not have to deal with

Overall it was good. I would stay here again. There wasnt a TV, it would have been nice to have one to veg out at the end of a long day. There wasnt a coffee pot but everything else. Tht was a little annoying. The fridge was clean and seemed larger than usual, still small but i like the model they had. They had a small microwave, i didnt use it but it was good to have. The AC worked and the blinds completely closed. I would stay here again.

Will not stay at this property ever again. Needs extreme makeover, repairs and basic amenities. The TV didn’t even work for local channels or as a TV. Faucets leaked and the light switches were a motion sensor nightmare. The lobby was closed at 4:00 PM. The manager called and said the room we reserved with two beds was no longer available. When we arrived another person gave us what we ordered after much frustration.

Beware avoid at all cost

First room had roaches all over the room. When i asked for a different room the person at the lobby jumped on it right away. Second room a little cleaner but not much better. The back of the building was horrible. One of the guest was playing loud music and singing until 3 am. So i didnt get much sleep. 》to 5am and a couple is arguing and fighting. Save your money go elsewhere.
