The lobby was nice, but the hallways are dark and had an odor, the carpet is dirty and needs to be replaced, and there were multiple areas where the paint was chipped/scuffed.

I’d stay again if I needed to, but there are other options close by that are of better quality.

Check in took about 40 minutes. We were here for a wrestling tournament and the hotel was the recommended hotel of the tournament. There was 1 person working, and while checking in a team in front of us, the rooms were all wrong. It rook forever.
The hallways smelled of musty, moldy carpet. There were buckets in the hallways to collect rain water that was leaking inside. We had a water issue in our room, no other rooms available.
The girl at the front desk was so apologetic and helpful. Maintenence was supposed to come and assess, he dropped of new towels (ours were being used to soak up water) and left.
Will never stay here again.

I was mostly going to rate my stay as \"OK\". The rooms need to be updated. Every time I check in, things seem to be just ok...always an un-identifiable odor to the room that I assume is due to the age of everything in the room. If you gut the rooms and renovate the facility, it would earn a top score.

I truly enjoyed my stay here at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Union City. It was very easy to navigate to arrive at this hotel. I really appreciated, how quiet and safe I felt for the duration of my stay. I have no complaints about my room. It was clean and I appreciate it being able to upgrade to a higher level floor. However, my only issue is I requested a receipt to be emailed to me I have yet to receive that as I need that for accounting purposes, but other than that, I have no other complaints about my stay here.

The woman who checked me in was very pleasant. We checked in around 730pm. The refrigerator did not work. We instead used the sink with ice to keep my son’s food cold.

The room was very dusty and the carpet felt like it needed a cleaning.

Stains on the comforter.

One of the beds had a broken frame so it slanted to the ground

In the morning after showering went to use the blow dryer but there was no blow dryer

The shower had mold in it.

The bathroom looked like it could use a good deep cleaning. The walls covered in dust, behind toilet hadn’t been cleaned in awhile or the shelves under sink.

Looked like they just do quick wipe downs and skip routine deep cleanings

We left early next morning

Not a hotel I would stay at again

I'm falling a complaint front, does charge?
Me wrong amount. She then assured me. It was remembers, but it wasn't next day. They charge me again in air.I went to report it and they told me it was a technical error and assured me it would be fixed but it still hasn't been fixed.I asked If manager, can you contact me and never gotta call terrible service? I'm never gonna stay there again. I'm still waiting for my money to get reimbursed. I'm going to report this incident.

Everything was great! Tried calling ahead 3 xs no answer had to drive down. Once down staff was easy awesome! The back door by our room 135 needs to be fixed. I did go to the staff and tell them, but it still wasn’t done. It’s a safety hazard because we couldn’t park by our door other than that it’s one of the awesome hotels in the Bay Area.

The property seems to be on the decline. The doors had to be man handled to get inside. The state of the room was ok till you started to look deeper into it. The carpet was dingy looking an filthy. The strongest feature of this establishment was undoubtedly the beds; they were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. However, the bathroom left much to be desired. It was quite run-down, with a tub that struggled to drain properly. Additionally, the shower curtain was ill-fitted, allowing water to spill out onto the floor, which was an accident waiting to happen. There was a noticeable unevenness to the tub's edge, creating a dramatic drop when stepping out that could easily throw someone off balance.

The window curtains were also in poor condition, riddled with holes that diminished any sense of privacy. As for breakfast, it was merely passable. I was served powdered scrambled eggs, lukewarm potatoes, and sausage patties that didn't justify the $18.99 price tag. For that amount, I could have opted for a much more satisfying meal at Denny's or IHOP, where the service is typically friendlier.

Speaking of service, the cashier's professionalism was lacking. The atmosphere was further marred by the staff, who were more focused on gossiping amongst themselves than attending to guests. I noted they raised their voices across the dining area, making for a distracting and unwelcoming experience. Overall, while I could manage another stay there if necessary, I would certainly not make it my first choice.

If I am being honest, I expected more especially because of the rating and reviews. We tried to see if we could check in at 2pm, they said no they had no clean rooms - okay, no big deal we are early. We come back at 3pm (check in time) still no clean rooms. They offer to put us in a room and move us later in the evening. We say no. Then a room similar to ours, out of nowhere is available and we take it.

The tub drains slowly and has standing water the entire shower and for a while later. Loud toilet. Stains on the chair. Hallway smells... wet? Honestly, for the price... not great.
