About Phitharom Pp Resort
Phitharom pp resort consists of unique Thai-style villas for customers to enjoy on the hillside of Loh Da lum Bay.
The design of our villa's are perfect for family and party groups, as the rooms inside are able to connect to each other but still have a separate door entrance for some privacy.
Our resort's location provides a beautiful eagle eye's panorama of Loh Da Lum Bay (the second lagoon viewpoint of Koh Phi Phi) .
A lively night street is also just a 5 minute walk from the resort, where there are the classic fire shows and many bars to enjoy your night in.

The location is perfect right on the edge of town just up the hillside enough for a nice view from the patio.

Really bad smell coming from the waste factory next door which wasn’t expecting on arrival. Room was really outdated and shower areas needed a proper clean. The staff were helpful but the pictures didn’t match the description. Way overpriced

It does not have a restaurant, there is no way to communicate with reception, and if you need something you have to go down many stairs.

Hotel was in a convenient location. Not too far from the center and not too close. Shower head did not have enough pressure and the bed was the hardest bed ever. For one night, its a good option but wouldnt recommend for more than 2. Also, the room that I got was on the 4th floor and the stairs to get to there were ongoing. Overall, 6/10.

Estuve hospedada durante 5 días. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las camas son decentes. Tiene toldillo para mosquitos. Pero no es realmente necesario si dejas tus cortinas y puertas cerradas nada entra y no se sale el aire acondicionado. La habitación tiene una tetera eléctrica para calentar agua y ponen diariamente 2 sobres de café, crema y té, Además de 2 botellas de agua. En el baño shampoo y jabón.
Tiene una piscina pequeña pero perfecta para una refrescada cuando vienes de caminar bajo el calor. Esta super bien ubicada en el centro de la isla y cerca a la playa. Las habitaciones son tipo bungalow algunas con vista al mar. Eso sí tienes que subir escalas (muchas) y no tiene acceso a personas con movilidad reducida.

The property is located within walking distance of all the amenities. The property is NOT suitable for anyone with walking issues. There's lots of starirs to climb. Our apartment was very heigh. You get a workout each time you go to your room. It's close to everything, food clubs etc. It was very noisy at night due to local club music. The property was clean but it's very dated. The staff were excellent. There's no breakfasts faculties at this hotel. You have to buy your food the night before because all the shop don't open until 10am. There's a pool which is very small and not really suitable for swimming. The best part of this property is that the scenary is amazing. Because it's so heigh you get beautiful views of the island.

The hotel looks amazing, great view and the staff was very welcoming and they helped us to take the luggage to the room.
The only thing that we didn’t like was that they haven’t clean the room daily, so we had to use the some towel every day and the fridge was a bit dirty.
And it was only one plug in the room to use it to charge the phone.
Overall was a nice experience we will definitely come back again . Its worthy money !

Check in was quick and easy and staff helped us carry our bags to the room which was super helpful as there was 2 flights off stairs to get to our little hut.
I liked how it was individual huts so you’re not directly next to anyone else and felt a bit more private.
The hotel was a bit of a walk from the pier but honestly it wasn’t a big deal since everywhere is walking distance on PhiPhi Island and it was nice to be a bit further away from the main area as music plays quite loud throughout the night (was still able to hear it at 2/3am but it wasn’t too bad)
The only complaint I have is that the toilet was not cleaned when we arrived as there was pee on the seat.
We would stay here again and good for its price!

The views which you got from the property were fantastic as you got a good sight to all of the island. The rooms need an update as there’s too many gaps between doors and windows which give access to mosquitoes, which didn’t help that our mosquito net was also full of holes and was not the correct size to fit fully around the bed. I also wouldn’t advise this place for families with young children or people with any kind of mobility issues as the huts range from one flight of stairs to ten with no ease of access up.

Overall the Hotel/Room is in a bad condition with a broken sink, a very poor bathroom, broken toilet flush and old toilet seat, dirt under the beds and uneven steps to reach the bungalows. The hotel is good for backpacking and low key vacation, but the price we payed is way to high for this kind of hotel experience. Overall a non repeat.

The hotel has a great sea view and is in a great location. The rooms are located on the mountain which gives a panoramic view of phi phi. Yet the room was so outdated (although they were in the process of reinnovating other rooms) and full of ants and lizards. The bed and bathroom were clean though

Pretty nice place. Maybe the bathroom could have been a bit nicer but it was a deal for the area and price. The stairs weren’t too bad to get to our room and the view was nice. It also kept the noise lower too from the bars. Close to the beach too.

Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. It is situated above a wastewater treatment plant and smells like sewage, and is also right above a loud club that plays music in to the early morning every single night. The bathrooms have no hot water, no water pressure, no soap, and no shower curtain. This was the most disappointing hotel we have ever stayed at.

- holes everywhere in the walls and in the ceiling, by which insects and reptiles come into the room
- ac barely working, we were hot during the whole time
- there were exactly 165 steps from the reception to the room, no elevator.
- the floor on the patio was slippy as ice, I slipped and injured my back
- WHEN there was water, the flow was so weak it would take ages to shower

The hotel is perfect for anyone who values a resort island experience over five-star facilities.
What makes it a gratifying stay: Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Outstanding views of Phi Phi island village, harbor and beach. Quiet. Clean. Excellent location for fast access to the heart of the village. Nice, well-kept swimming pool. Highly affordable. Spacious rooms. And the king bed was great. The room makeup each day is done very quickly and thoroughly, right down to the bath towels folded into classic Thai designs and left on the bed.
On the other hand and by way of full disclosure, if you need a TV, coffee maker, iron and ironing board etc. in your room, this isn't the hotel for you. And what makes the views so splendid is exactly what some folks will not want to endure---lots and lots of stairs to get to your room, at least the rooms with the most outstanding views.
We've stayed at this hotel twice now, and have been very, very pleased with our experience with both stays. We will stay again, because we know what we love and we love this hotel.

This place was beautiful, clean, and ‘scenic’. Our room was located higher on the hill, so it was sometimes a difficult and taxing time get to room. The staff was friendly, though they don’t have any spare fans to lend, even when the air conditioning is mediocre, at best. The viewpoint is close, and Phi Phi city center is a stone throw away.

Big rooms, nice with a balcony/terass, bathroom big and spacious. Good standard of a hotel. Nothing extra but everything you need. Personnel were very helpful and accommodating. A bit of language barrier, but everything works with sign language. Worth to know all rooms are on a hill with stairs no elevator. For example our room was 122 steps up and it wasn’t even the highest room. The view however compensates. WiFi didn’t always work in the room. There are monkeys in the area hope you like a wake up call. Amazing little family owned sandwich lady outside the hotel which was the highlight of our mornings

Moment incroyable: Le matin, les petits singes viennent en grand nombre sur notre galerie. Alors ne rien laisser à l’extérieur et barrer toujours la porte sinon, ils entrent dans la chambre.

Værelser var ok med rolige omgivelser.
Det var dog nogle minusser.
Der var ikke så pænt rent som forventet, især badeværelse rum 202 var særlig snavset, spejle ej pudset. \"blodpletter\" på vægge, lignede det.
Elkedel var gammel og rusten. Det er et stykke tid siden der er har været gennemgående rengøring og fornyelse på værelset. Skab var snavset og vi valgte ikke at benytte det.
Dog var sengetøj pænt rent.
Vi fik alligevel en godt ophold, og tænker positivt tilbage.
Hvis standarden, især på rengøring havde været bedre ville vi helt sikkert ha givet bedre vurdering og anbefaling.
