The place is clean , close to everything . The only issue is that the rooms are noisy so you are going to hear everything from outside I always use earplugs so that was useful and my husband is heavy sleeper
Brian
Our room was at the end of the hall opposite the check-in desk. We discovered that our room shared a wall with a bar that had loud live music until after 2am each night. If you want quiet, this is NOT the place (or at least not the room) you want. Light bulbs need to be replaced and bathroom needs updating. No amenities to speak of.

Not far from the beach, but not on it OK rooms
Charlotte
The rooms are very basic and simple — I was hoping for a slightly better standard, although I appreciate that you get what you pay for. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, which was a positive.
Unfortunately, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the bed was extremely hard. The room was also very noisy, and there were a lot of bugs, which made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable to stay in. I didn’t feel relaxed or settled during the stay and was relieved that we were only there for two nights.
I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Overall, I’d rate it 2/5.

The room itself was great, very clean and comfortable. The Wifi unfortunately didn't work for the entire stay, and due to the location and the walls being very thin, it was near impossible to sleep due to the noise.
Mark
well located for easy walking to the pier and many goods and services, restaurants. very nice staff too
Rebecca
Very clean, and beautifully decorated rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, helped us with our bags from the pier. The hotel was in a great location but does suffer from external noise and music at night.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here while passing through Ko Phi Phi. The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance to everything. The rooms were simple but clean, and the AC blew nice and cold - perfect for the island heat. A big shout-out to the front desk as well; they were incredibly helpful in receiving my international driver’s permit that had to be mailed from Canada after I forgot it before the trip. Great service and a very convenient place to stay!

Amazing place
Conrad
The rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. Staff were great with any questions.

I had to book this place last minute & I’m so glad I did. Had the cutest decor! The smoking area was very cute and convenient with a beautiful view from the top floor, easily accessible right by all of the activities/ shopping center in phi phi. I would definitely stay again. 10/10 service.
Nicholas
Only good thing was close to everything. Hotel was noisy when people in hall and nearby. Bathroom ridiculously small, and shower barely had water pressure. I would not recommend to anyone with means to get a nicer place, and pay more. If my wife had been with me, no way would i have booked it.
Robert
The resort we were staying at was not available our first night ao we decided to try this hotel for one night. Based on the reviews we read we did not know what to expect. We found the hotel very quite and comfortable. It was clean and the service was very polite. It is about a 10 minute walk from the pier (but it is very flat) and since it is always hot it is important to find the porters at the dock (we did not and worked up a good sweat as a result). Getting from the hotel back to the dock the young men were very helpful and they insisted to take our luggage up and down the stairs for us as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Michael
Great property that is close to everything.
david
Very noosy hotel. Footsteps and tv heard next door. Music from outside till 2am made it hard to sleep at night.
Michelle
Indigo was a nice central location. Had to wear ear plugs to get a decent nights sleep. Clean room, very small shower space. 7/11 right next door. Wifi was bad but fridge and air con worked great.
Leigh
Great for the price, everywhere is a great location on this island so can’t comment. Clean good air con, beach towels on request.
Orly
The hotel has two building, my first room was in the old one, and it was not as i expected. The second night i stayed in the new building. The room was much nicer and clean. The stuff was very helpfull and kind
Joanne
We stayed here in November 23 and returned again in February 24 so that says alot. Hotel is in a great location right in the centre of Phi Phi but it also means there is some night noise until around 2.30am from the very popular karoke bar.
Our room on the 3rd floor this time was quite dated and not as well maintained as our previous 2nd floor room however the rooms are cleaned every day, the bed is comfortable and the shower works well and best of all the air con is quiet yet efficient.

I just needed a place to take a shower and sleep for the night. The hotel was adequate and served its purpose, but this is not a place I would want to stay for more than a night. It’s extremely noisy, although whatever band I was listening to until 2am was excellent. The hotel is dated and needs a refresh.
Eric
Near central party area. Loud Karaoke music until 4:00 am. A/C only works with key card, and you only get one. So every time you leave the room, the A/C shuts off and the room heats up again quickly. Staff was great though. Took our bags to the pier on time and were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Maggie
Disgusting hotel
The room was very dirty and there was mold all over the bathroom. Felt uncomfortable to sleep in because of the mold and dirt. We were desperate for a hotel for just one night, so it was fine. It was loud, but you can’t fault the hotel for that given the area. Would never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it even if you are desperate.
Regina
Great location in a central area of Koh Phi Phi, on a main street, right by many shops and restaurants, and very close to the main beach where all the clubs/bars are. Staff is friendly, helpful, and happy to help with getting luggage from/to the pier. Was a little noisy at night, but that is true for all hotels in this area of Koh Phi Phi. Hotel and room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in on this island and decor/furnishings appear to be pretty new.
Milagros
well located, super friendly, there was no breakfast, if a machine that made a rich coffee. ready to help. I hope I can come back 🙏
Philip
Great property overall. The only issue was the late night party noise but it comes with the location.
Nick
Decent hotel - location is noisy as expected until around 2-3am.
The drains situation isn’t great which I figured would be true on all of phi phi. Having moved hotel to the other side of Tonsai…it isn’t the case.
It’s not awful just keep the bathroom door shut. The island are doing work to rectify the situation and good on them for it - not the hotels fault but just be aware.

What I liked:
- Very friendly and courteous staff; moved us to a less noisy part of the hotel
- Location right in the middle of the shopping/dining area
- 5 min walk to the beach
- Reasonably priced room
What I didn't like:
- Breakfast was literally crackers and instant coffee
- Bathroom drain had sewer smell
- Very tight on all amenities
- Mattress was very old

Great location close to everything and rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside was the noise from the bars which went on until about 2am, so if you’re not a night owl/party animal then bring ear plugs!
Lauren
Great clean hotel and right in the middle of town. Unfortunately bars very closeby that make an awful noise until about 3am every day
David
Good value hotel. Currently under renovation.

Good location near everything, the rooftop rooms we stayed in were really nice

Great stay in the middle of the action
Perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the action in Phi Phi. 10 minutes from the pier, less than that to the beach and right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants. It's set a little bit back from the main walkway so whilst you can hear music til about 2am, it's not oppressively loud. We stayed in one of the 'villas' (just a larger room), and other than having twin beds rather than a double it was perfect! The bathroom is humid but the AC in the room works great once it's been on for a while. The little outside space was nice too. We had a couple of issues with the safe but wasn't too impactful as we were only there for 2 nights. Don't stay in the middle of Phi Phi if you're looking for a relaxing and quiet time, but if you want a few nights out then this is a great place to stay!

I love the hotel, decoration was really nice.. it was a clean room.. near everything in the city.. in the middle of everything.
During night time it was noisy but not the worst.. I slept with no problem..

We stayed one night. Perfect location, only thing I did not enjoy was the bathroom really small, the shower and toilet were too close together. Other than that good

Good place away from night life noise to stay
This place was in the perfect location in phi phi it was close to everything but still away from the night life noise. We had a few mishaps and had to move rooms because the power in our room the 2nd night shorted out but they quickly moved us into a new room over all it was a good place nothing 5 star but I would recommend it if u are going to stay on phi phi.

Well decorated, comfortable, and relaxing despite being extremely close to nightlife. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves!

Great location
Great location. Close to the beach, close from the pier and close to everything. However, there was mold in the shower and shower is next to the toilet seat and makes it all wet around.
Verified traveler
The hotel was really clean and decorated cute. The hotel had a sailing/sea atmosphere, blue and white walls with nice decoration. The room itself was very clean with towels folded and shaped into nice designs. A lot of effort was taken by the staff to make the place look nice.
