The ivory hotel is a great place to stay in Koh phi phi, the location is close to everything! The place itself was nice and comfortable but the staff were spectacular! Junie was lovely and gave us amazing recommendations which we enjoyed while we were there!

We stayed at the Ivory for 4 nights and we can’t say enough about Juni and her hospitality. She made the stay at the resort and Koh Phi Phi itself!! She goes beyond what is expected from staff and they are lucky to have her. She took the time to know us and gave us great restaurant recommendations!!
The resort is centrally located, very clean and although the rooms are on the smaller side, I would stay there again. 10/10

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Ivory Phi Phi! It was in the perfect location, walkable to highly rated restaurants and landmarks. June, the reception lady was super kind and we were able to book our private long tail boat excursion through her! She let us know restaurant recommendations and was super friendly/attentive whenever we came and left the room. We would definitely come back :)

Spent 3 nights in phi phi. The accommodation is located very central, only a short walk to most places. The bed was comfy and the aircon was much needed. Ms June was very helpful and accommodating. She suggested a few restaurants and each time the food was great. She can help organise boat trips around the Islands and ferry’s to Phuket. I’d stay here again next time I visit.

The Ivory's star is Miss Juni! The wonderful and bubbly receptionist is always lovely when she gets you, makes sure you are ok, lets you know if anything happening around the island, best places to eat, tours, ferry tickets! She is very knowledgeable.
The rooms are nice and clean and the housekeeping ladies are friendly. The hotel is very central to Phi Phi, with easy walking around the streets to delicious Street food, shopping etc. and a delicious doughnut stand right across from the hotel. There's a lot of friendly street cats who enjoy a scratch behind the ears too.

Great location, good for budget travelers

The Ivory is nicely located next to a food stall area, a short walk to either beach and far enough away from the party scene for quiet nights. The hostess was extremely nice and gave us good recommendations on what to do in the area and was always making sure everything was alright. Not the most pristine room but it was fine for us and good for budget travelers.

We walked 5 minutes from the pier, we were greeted by me Julie who was warm welcoming and funny, she gave us all the advice we needed while on the island and made sure we were never without, the room was basic but very clean in the heart of Phi Phi town, however no noisy distractions to keep you up and night, great for on a budget and be in the centre.

Great place to stay on the island. In perfect location of everything. Minutes from everything u need. It’s in front of a food market that makes fresh everything. Locals eat there so the food is cheap compared to the island prices. Staff super friendly just ask them and they will help u. They have electric water heater in the bathroom so u have hot water all the time. No need to take water taxis when u stay here. Two turns from the pier and the beach.

Hotel was okay, really friendly people working there, I did book the hotel as it was “on the beach” however when we got there there the hotel relocated to the center of Phi phi. It’s fairly noisy. Everything else was great though

Got charged a lot extra for changing from a king bed to two twins. For the price I eventually paid, I believe was not worth the room. Very basic accommodations. Hotel is in the middle of the city center (so it’s a good location) but noisy in the morning as it’s right in front of a food market.

Really friendly service at this excellently located hotel. Right in the centre of town opposite market with fantastic cheap& authentic food and all bars etc, yet no noise from all the bars. Our room was quite small and bed not the comfiest but it was just as expected for Phi Phi and exactly as advertised online. Overall, good value for a few nights on the island.

VERY hard beds!

Cute little hotel with incredible front desk staff. Rooms are quite small but adequate. Had lots of issues with the safe. My 2 main issues were... 1. The bed was so hard that I actually got bruises on my hips from sleeping on my side. 2. It's not easy to find from the ferry pier without already knowing where you are going. In true Thai fashion, everyone wants to help but in reality all the help just sent me on a wild goose chase.

Convenient, clean, quiet, in the middle of it all

Cute little hotel tucked back off the main streets. 2-minute walk to either beach. Local market out front with lots of cheap Thai food, and access to all the clubs/bars/restaurants nearby. Excellent service from the front desk, including free beach towels to use for our stay. If you want to be near all the action but not right in the middle of it, this is your place! We couldn't hear any of the beach parties or clubs (not an easy feat on a small island).

Hotel is basic and clean. It's minutes from the pier and about 5 minutes to the beach. It's a great value for the price, and situated in a quieter street away from the bars but very central and walking distance to tons of markets and restaurants. They don't have a fridge in the room, I would maybe recommend staying elsewhere if you are looking to stay more than 3 days. Bathroom is really small.

Okay stay, depending how much you paid

I wanted to extend-change from hotel on Phi Phi to Ivory.

The reception showed me a nice room with big windows (but no view). She quoted me 50 usd for the room.

I was able to book the room online for 35usd.

By the time I was checking in, I have been walked to a very small room, with NO Window. Staff was informing me that there are different categories of room, and I got this one. Also I could not upgrade, as they were fully booked.

the pros:
- you can walk to all important stuff on the island in under 5 minutes, as it is very central
- our room was extremely quiet.
- the hotel and room is very clean

cons:
- no window room, means also bad smells,
- small room, means no space for hanging anything
- wet beach stuff can not dry in hotel
- mattress was very hard

how can this place improve:
- first of all, I think that they are overpriced. Prices need to drop
- they need to have some form of motivation to return - as I would not stay there again (no pool, small room, no window). - which is acceptable on low budget, but not for the going rate they have.

Stayed here after seeing it looked clean and good quality for my stay. Was only provided with a single white sheet on the bed to sleep under and it would've been better to have had a thin blanket or quilt or something. The woman on reception was very helpful and helped organise my ferry and also a taxi transfer.

An oasis of calm in the chaos

100 metres walk from the pier, then another 50 to the beach, so location is the big feature. Clean, comfortable, lovely staff and you're close to all the action, but nestled far enough away from the party side of Phi Phi that you can get a good night's sleep if that's what you're after.

The rooms are TINY. Make sure you don't get the room facing the front of the building as it faces the street which gets noisy in the morning. My first night there were jackhammers right outside until 1am. Asked to change rooms but was told they were fully booked. Checkout is 11am and don't be late or they charge 300baht per hour over. Front desk only open until 7pm. The toilet seat had stains on it and the shower is right next to the toilet with no curtain. Everything gets wet. The price is way too high for a small guest room, but it is conveniently located, although not as close to the beach as the map shows, it's in the middle of the busy side streets.

this hotel was very expensive in comparison to the other i stayed in. i stayed at much better hotel in phuket for the same price. staff goes away at 7pm not very friendly. rooms small. for backpackers is be good as it has an aircon. if u just looking for a place to crash to can get cheaper hostel on the island. but i suppose because its phi phi islands everything is expensive

Brilliant little hotel, centre of phi phi

Great little place in the heart of phi phi, close to absolutely everything (because phi phi is so small!) 1 minute walk to both beaches and restaurants and bars. Hotel receptionist is lovely and helped us with everything we needed (we kept extending our stay because we didn't want to leave phi phi) booked initially for 3 nights and stayed 10! Only thing I would say was a negative was there was no views out of the windows which made the back side of the hotel slightly darker due to another hotel right next to it, but that doesn't really matter! Great housekeeping everyday with clean bedding! Awesome place for the money...

Had a very pleasing stay at Ivory hotel. Very close to the pier, market, all amenities! Secure fob key access for past 7pm. Close to everything but surprisingly quiet away from all the beach party scene. My room was as clean as it can be! Hot shower was good and TV wasn't bad (not too many English channels but interesting shows). My only complaint was the wifi that was on and off sometimes.

Faltam amenities suficientes. Tive que comprar shampoo e sabonete que fosse suficiente. As peças hidráulicas do banheiro estão carcomidas pela maresia. O assento do vaso sanitário é de má qualidade e pode quebrar facilmente. A senhora da recepção atende a todos com muita atenção, cortesia e gentileza. Ela nos deu muitas informações sobre o melhor da ilha. Recomendo e vou voltar! Quarto limpo, silêncio! Qdo chegamos o quarto já estava geladinho. Um presente da senhora da recepção. Eu me senti em casa!

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Zentrum von Koh Phi Phi. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Hafen aus sind es maximal 5 Minuten zur Unterkunft, was An- und Abreise sehr leicht gemacht haben. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. das Treppenhaus darf nur mit Socken betreten werden was die Sauberkeit nochmal unterstreicht. July (die Rezeptionistin) ist sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir durften aufgrund einer Halbtagestour die wir bei ihr gebucht hatten, eine halbe Stunde später auschecken. Ohne ihre Hilfe wäre die Tour nicht möglich gewesen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Ivory, nous étions très bien accueilli, l'emplacement est parfait. Il serait bien d'avoir les prises électriques à côté du lit (il n'y a que 2 et elles sont bien cachées).
Les chambres sont pas grandes mais quand on vient à Koh Phi Phi c'est pas pour rester à l'hôtel.

Super freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Hatten leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, würde ich so nicht mehr buchen aber war kein Problem da wir nur eine Nacht waren und die Klima super funktionierte :-) das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Direkt im Zentrum und in Strandnähe. Würde ich definitiv wieder buchen :-)

This hotel is so nice . Because owner’s juni is kind and great merchant.
She always clear about customers and cleanliness then when you need help she support to you.

And location is good. You can find restaurants and cafés soon. And get a information of phi phi.

Clean quite and perfect host June

The host June is amazing, friendly and absolutely kind . The room
Is spacious and so clean .At the ground floor I saw the housekeeping clean and wash the floor every hour . I absolutely recommend this hotel and appreciate it because June is the best .

Cheap, average, clean.

Central Phi Phi, you get what you pay for. Good customer service, but rooms were bad. Clean but not comfortable. We did not like the Island, smells bad and the beach and water was very dirty. Would recommend the beach besides the Pier, seems better!

El hostel esta en una zona céntrica pero ruidosa y sucia por el mercado local. La habitación limpia y muy básica y mal para el precio en comparación con otros de la zona, ya que no funciona el Wi-Fi, ni cambian las tioallas, ni limpian ni reponen agua.

Ótima escolha em Phi Phi

O hotel é simples porém tem tudo oque você precisa para uma boa estada em Phi Phi. Ótima limpeza dos quartos, excelente localização e atendimento da proprietária é maravilhoso. Oferece toalha de banho para ir as praias e está localizado bem no centro da ilha próximo a muitos restaurantes e comércio em geral. Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Kjempe bra hotell for en billig penge midt i sentrum av Phi Phi. Mye god og lokal mat bare noen skritt utenfor døra, og bare 10 minutter og gå til stranda.

Mały hotelik w centrum Koh Phi Phi

Hotel w centrum miejscowości blisko przystani i plaży. Kilka pokojów na piętrze. Recepcja nie jest całodobowa ale otrzymuje się \"kartę\" umożliwiającą otwarcie zamka elektronicznego wracając po godzinie 19.00 (o co na Koh Phi Phi nietrudno :)). Pomimo położenia w centrum nie było uciążliwego hałasu imprez. Łazienka znośna. Bezpłatna woda butelkowana. Klimatyzacja indywidualnie sterowana. WiFi do 2 urządzeń na cały czas pobytu ale z ograniczeniem ilości przesłanych danych (upload, download) - dość łatwo można ten limit przekroczyć.
Brak śniadań ale obok znajduje się bar z \"prawdziwymi bagietkami i bułkami\" więc można zjeść prawdziwie europejskie śniadanie :)
Możliwość przechowania bagażu po check-out.
