Convenient and Clean

We liked the room a lot and the remodeling that has been done on it. It’s also close to a nice beach and the national park. Across the street is a really good cafe that has one of the best Cappuccinos I have ever had!
We stayed there 2 nights before flying out. It is close to airport, so it’s perfect for a layover stay before flight.

Close to Airport and night markets. Bed, awful. It had a high part in the middle where 2 single beds had been joined. I almost rolled out of the bed.! The shower very difficult to get into as it was over the bath. Great hot water. We had pool access room, but tiles loose and dangerous. Had to be very careful. Air conditioning fabulous

The room and bathroom were kept spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly but communication was limited, which made the stay difficult when there were issues. Breakfast was poor - very limited options and it didn't look appealing when it arrived. The bathroom was an over the bath shower which was difficult to get in and out of, but due to a poor design, the bathroom was left flooded after every shower. We had to use 4 towels to soak up the water just to make it safer. There was no pool bar and no indoor pool that we could find despite it saying on the website there were 2 pools. When we asked the staff about this they were unable to help. The door staff did not open the doors when we approached, staff did not always welcome us, there's a smell that appeared to be coming from the communal toilets despite them appearing to be clean (we didn’t use them but you could see in). When we arrived home at 3am one morning, there were no staff around at all. We never found the gym and didn’t ask where it was as the communication was so poor.

The hotel is close by Nai Yang beach and HKT airport. No worries about traffic to and from airport. Nai Yang beach is quiet and local street food is excellent. Hotel staff is nice and helpful.

Breakfast was ok but enough. Room was nice. Walk out patio directly to the pool was quite nice. Bed was softer than most which was amazing. Room size was huge and service was good. Close to the airport and easy transfer both ways. Use Grab app for ride, quicker and cheaper. Walk to the beach, massages, food options etc

Nice stay close to the airport. Stayed two nights while I waited for a flight to my next destination. Very close and convenient to the airport. Nice little beach area within walking distance as well as a strip of restaurants and bars. I would stay again. Can’t beat it for the price and proximity to the airport.

Great hotel for last few days in Thailand

Provided us with everything we need for our last few days in Thailand. Nice stroll along the beach for watching planes landing and taking off. Close to shops and restaurants. Good size pool, good breakfast. Transfers back to airport provided by hotel.

Property is wonderful. Pool, staff, & cleanliness are great! Building is well maintained. What stops it from getting 5 stars is that they say they have a bar on site, but they do not. I don’t drink, but if you’re hoping to get drinks by your hotel pool, this isn’t the place unfortunately.

I loved this place! Location is very centralised, 7e is just 150m away, massage places is nearby and also quite nearby to the beach. Ample parking space. Also quite nearby to muslim restaurant, only 5 minutes drive away.

Hotel is modern, luxurious feel, clean and looks quite new. Quite spacious also. We took the pool access and it is extremely convenient to play by the pool. Extremely worth it and value for money.

The only downside is, the water heater can be quite slow at times and internet wifi speed is relatively slow at 5mbps average, and at times it could be patchy. But it is no big deal for us.

Overall, highly recommended and the price is extremely reasonable!

High Risk of injury in Flooded bathroom

Staff wonderfull location to Nai Yang beach very good. Our only problem was the bathroom shower continually flooding the floor. This created high risk of injury when exiting the bath as the floor being completely flooded.
I would not recommend staying here.

For those with lots of luggage! : )

This is the perfect choice for those who prefer less camp-like conditions. There is ample storage space. Disabled should beware of deep jump out of bathtub, but there IS a bathtub. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool is lovely. Elevators were nice. For the not-backpacker crowd it's a very good value. Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants and the beach.

Second time I have stayed for an overnight stop instead of an early start from Patong for an early flight from Phuket airport. Close to the beach, restaurants and only a 5min drive by free shuttle bus to the airport, its a great location

The property is only about 3 years old and looks like it is fresh out of the box. Excellent condition and cleanliness. The wifi is good. the breakfast at 200 baht is good. My rates were excellent. Free pickup and dropoff from the airport is a really good benefit.

I only had one problem. The bathroom tub design is a little tricky. no problem for anyone up to about 60. but the step into and out of the tub is about 16" wide. No problem when stepping in, but a possible slip hazard when getting out.

Pool was dirty, no cleaning, no filtration and no attendant. No management on the premises - local sister hotel has 2 managers but refused to assist with complaint isssues. No English speaking staff - receptionists were very rude and seemed to think my complaint about the dirty and unusable pool was funny.
My wife and I cancelled the remainder of our 3 week stay and went across the street @ $150 per night for remaining 10 days !!

Hotel generally ok, in a good location. We requested airport pickup, but got no confirmation from the hotel, and thier shuttle was not waiting for us, but when we were finally able to get in contact with hotel after arrival they did provide the pick-up. Hotel had an unfortunate smell. Breakfast was ok, but with very few options (no buffet). Reception staff were very helpful, but were not allowed to call us a meter taxi, and the hotel overcharged for trips by their vehicle.

I stayed at the Airport Beach Hotel for 2 nights a few days ago, I booked a Pool Access room was was awesome. Very clean rooms, lovely salt water pool right outside my door, very comfortable bed & pillows which is hard to find in Thailand. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great but certainly satisfied my belly. Very close to local markets, 7-11's, beach & restaurants. Enjoyed my stay there.

all services from the hotel have a heavy price tag plus hidden costs.
provide us with shutter services however it is not two way if you need the transport from the airport to the hotel(7mins drive) this may cost you 200B which is the same price for bike rental for 24hrs.
The hotel includes a bathtub plus point.
Local areas a little far up(need a bike to travel).

Didn't stay a full night just needed a place to have our things for the day since our flight was at 2am the following morning. They do provide a free shuttle to the airport. It is also very close to Niayang Beach.

Hotel is has everything you truly need, bed, bathroom. If your your looking for luxury this ain't the place. Did the trick for the 8 hours we needed it.

Stayed two nights, very convenient free 2 way airport shuttle Hotel is new, in an area 5 mins walk from beach and close to local eateries. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good but with a bias to Asian preferences, would stay here again.

We booked this hotel for a night before leaving Phuket and our decision as based on the reviews. The reviews were correct. It is a great location, The beach is only a few minutes away and it was beautiful in the morning to walk a deserted beach. There are lots of eating options near to the hotel - ranging from street food to really up market (Black Ginger). A great find for a one nighter.. The free taxi transfer to the airport is a nice gesture.

I book the pool access room but hotel said it's full already(I first time to know hotel also can overbooked?) , and they turn us to the other place "villa" room(airport resort and spa), OMG!!! I just feeling terrible. It is NOT worth for US100 per night,just a very old room. I will not go there again.

Great for a layover night. It’s close to the beach and a 7 eleven. There’s some places to eat around the hotel which was convenient. The pool was a little dirty with leaves, but an employee saw us interested in getting in and started cleaning it for us. The tub was annoying as all the water would fall to the sides and then drip on the floor. It was quiet and clean. The shuttle was right on time and had no issues with check in. It’s just fine for one night!

We only stayed one night before our flight. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spotless. The only gripe we had as a family of 4 was that the floor in the bathroom was very slippery when climbing in and out of the bath to shower; and the water from the shower somehow kept ending up on the bathroom floor.

Hotel seems very new, rooms are very big.

The only small problem was internet/wifi
make sure to ask for a room close to the wifi access point,
there are not enough APs in the corridors facing the rooms.

I simply explained the problem with reception and they gave me an other room in front of AP right away.
staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bugs in the rooms. When asked to change was only met with rude laughter and little consern. Other rooms were obviously not very clean. Showers leaked water all over the bathroom. Cannot comment on the food I would not eat in such a dirty place. Staff was not helpful or polite in anyway. DO NOT STAY THERE

Leider gibt es keine Fortschritte in dem Hotel.Dinge,die vor 2 Jahren kaputt waren,sind immer noch kaputt.Um den Pool herum wurde 5 Tage nicht gereinigt.Die Zimmer sind sauber und das noch wenige Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Leider gibt es auch keine Poolregeln,jeder kann Tag und Nacht mit einer Arschbombe in den Pool springen,sodass ein Sonnen auf eigener Terrasse am Pool unmöglich ist.Beim Frühstück gibt es jeden Tag das Selbe und kein Hinweis auf Omlete oder ähnliches aus der Küche...sehr lieblos alles...für uns stimmt daher das Preis/Leistung -Verhältnis überhaupt nicht mehr...schade

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden, kommt jedoch auch darauf an, welche Anforderungen man hat. Das Personal ist super lieb und bemüht. Das Zimmer war groß und ausreichend, ebenso das Badezimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang, was auch sehr praktisch war, jedoch hat man am eigenen Balkon nur eine Liege und einen Stuhl, was auch sehr eng ist auf diesem kleinen Balkon. Die Möglichkeit, seine Handtücher und Badesachen zum Trocknen aufzuhängen hält sich in Grenzen (wir haben die Handtücher dann übereinander aufgehängt)
Das Pool ist praktisch, jedoch leider nicht wirklich sauber. Die Türe zum Balkon lässt sich schwer verschließen& wenn man sie verschließt muss man aufpassen, dass die andere Türe nicht wieder aufgeht, da es zwei Schiebetüren sind. Ebenso sollte man die Türe immer geschlossen halten, da Abends sehr viele Geckos und vereinzelnd auch Frösche und Spinnen unterwegs waren. Im Badezimmer läuft leider das Wasser jedes Mal beim duschen komplett aus, sodass das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser steht. Das haben wir dann aber einfach mit den Handtüchern vom Vortag gewischt. Wenn man gerne heiß duschen geht, muss man sich drauf einstellen, dass es meistens nur kaltes oder lauwarmes Wasser gibt. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht empfehlen, da es sehr wenig an Auswahl ist. Gleich in der Nähe ist ein 7/11 da haben wir uns immer was fürs frühstücken geholt.
Das Zimmer hat einen Wasserkocher, 2 Tassen, 2 Gläser und 2 Löffel. Ebenso einen Haartrockner und Zahnbürsten, Duschgel,

Considering the price that I paid for, the hotel in general was guite good and cost-effective.

However, the service that staff provided was not impressive because they do just their things, not so caring about what the guest is in need of.

But, I still do acknowledge of their due work as a hotel service staff.

I am generally fine with the stay at this hotel.
