This place was special. All the bungalows are set in an enchanting jungle setting along a salt water lagoon, The neighborhood was rural and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are a few excellent, low key restaurant across the street and a lovely little village with small minimart and the other usuals north along the little street.

If you need a more lively night scene, just walk 300 m north along the beach.

This resort is the older style bungalow type. Yes, it’s a little dated, but is well kept and exactly what I wanted. Traditional Thai beach bungalows at a good price.
Sheets were great, pool and grounds well kept by lots of staff. A great breakfast and lovely beach.

It is set up in a jungle it is very relaxing to stay. The beach is front is cleaned but needs cleaning. There are sun chairs but need maintenance The gardens are nice but need better maintenance. The bongolows are spacious with good showers but need repainting. The all place needs DIY and upgrading.

Sadly this hotel really needs love. it is run down, pool missing tiles plus no bar as advertised, and dangerous, loads of dead plants, electrical wires all over the place. restaurant empty BUT breakfast was good. so sad as used to be a wonderful little resort.
remember there are NO TV's at this resort so its own company and lots of quality time.. that was perfect!

Peaceful green paradise next to the beach

I loved, loved my stay at haadson and will e back for sure. I was looking for a green peaceful place and found it. From my balcony I had a view to a lil palmtree forest, there were pinetrees and squirrels. It was soooo quiet and beautiful and right next to a lonely beach without the masses. Everyone was friendly and you felt more like a local then a tourist. Nearby restaurants at the beach and your own restaurant. Wifi everywhere for those who want to stay in contact. Shade and silence surrounded the pool and the area. It was wonderful relaxing!!

Brilliant. For Chilling out

Grounds are absolutely beautiful had a villa by the water with a spacious terrace and it couldn't have been nicer. Virtually on the unspoilt uncrowded beach this is the best place ever to chill out enjoyed every minute, but not much around for night just one or two beach restaurants. Massage was good but not as cheap as in town, taxis expensive.

Love this hotel

Nice hotel with a tranquil beach right across the narrow street. If you like peaceful location this is the place. Speedy check in. The staff are all very nice and eager to please. Situated among tropical garden with good upkeep. Far away from center of town but there are very good and cheap local restaurants a few minutes walk away from hotel entrance.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our at week at the Haadson Resort. Located on a quiet part of the Khao Lak coast, over the road from a superb beach and set in attractive gardens. Helpful staff, decent enough breakfast and small pool. Half a dozen or so local restaurants if you decide not to eat in the hotel.
All in all a very relaxing stay.

Haadson Resort

We were a little disappointed as the resort hasn't been well-maintained and the grounds are looking somewhat shabby. However, the staff were helpful and friendly and the quiet location away from the main tourist development suited us. The beach outside the hotel should be cleaned by hotel staff as there were cigarette butts and rubbish on the sand.

We really had a good time at this resort. Stayed for a week and could stay longer. The breakfast buffet is exactly what I like for breakfast, omelet bacon toast and lots of coffee. We ate dinner there 3 times and as we are used to Thai food there's could have been seasoned more. When I mentioned it they would make the food spicerer. Compared to what we are used to paying their prices are high. The staff was very accommodating. We had family and students staying up the beach and they let them use the beach stuff in front of the resort. The beach is excellent. Will return next year. They appeared to have many Europeans here as we were the only Americans at the resort.

Lovely calm green resort. Very relaxing and beautiful. Nice pool and beach. The Restaurant isn’t very spectacular a la carte but there is 3 small restaurants on the street which is really good and great prices! Breakfast was great. The only thing missing in the room was a DVD/stereo. Massage is very expensive at the Resort compared to in Khao Lak. Haadson Resort have their own shuffle into Khao Lak 2 times a day in the afternoon (at 2 and 4 PM). If you want to go scuba diving don't go resorts recommendations, there is much better options if you ask around in Khao Lak. We spent 2 weeks at Haadson Resort and are very happy but unfortunately there is huge resort built just north of Haadson Resort which might disturb the exclusive feeling.

Hotel is very comfortable, personnel very keen and friendly, service is great, prices are ok, surrounding is nice-a little bit lonesome (it is in the very end of the khao lak area, great for relaxing-if you wanna go out in the evening, this is the wrong place for you), pool is not too big but great to swim, usually most of guestzs spend their time at the sea anyways, sea is very warm, it is possible to swim, in the surrounding of the hotel are 2 or 3 simple restaurants located-they offer great food (main dish around 120 baht) - all in all we (my wife and I are around 30years old) had a great time in this hotel

Great resort with beautiful beach in frint

We decided to book Haadson after reading great reviews on TripAdvisor and it was totally worth it. The resort is amazing right at the beach. Beatuful private beach. The resort is built around a lake which gives great ambience inside. The coconut Villa is great, spacious rooms, very clean and amazing greenery in and around the resort. The staff is also very friendly and always smiling and willing to help. Tek from Terrace Bar was very helpful and tried to do her best to arrange vegetarian food for us. Also Laam from reception was great and helpful. I would love to visit this plc again and recommend to any couple or family to go for this plc. Its totally worth it for this who like silence, peace and enjoy the nature - then this is the place.

Nice but too far away from nearly everything

We knew about the hotel's location being a bit far away from the 'city centre' but it was really much further away than we expected. As our main reason being there was to go on diving trips, being far away means having to be picked up earliest in the morning and latest to be delivered back to the hotel. Public transports to the city centre or elsewhere from the hotel have to be made earlier as they are not easily available around the clock. It's heaven otherwise for those who are looking for pristine beach and pure relaxation.

Es ist eine wahre Idylle, genauso wie auf den Bildern. Ein paar hundert Meter weiter ist der "Pöbel" in den Mega Hotels. Diese Besucher halten sich jedoch von Privatstrand des Resorts weitgehend fern. Dieser ist herrlich, sauber, der Sonnenuntergang ist atemberaubend und das Meer lädt zum baden ein. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe, aber zu entsprechenden Strandpreisen und 0815 Angebot. Ich empfehle so oder so ein Motorrad oder Auto zu mieten. Sowohl im Süden als auch im Norden gibt es einiges zu entdecken.

Ett bra standard hotel med ett mysigt läge i djungeln. Vi var varnade före resan att det kunde finnas mycket moskiter men vi märkte inget av det. Om man gillar ett hotell som är lugnt så kan det verkligen rekommenderas. Bangsak Beach är helt fantastiskt man behöver inte trängas på denna långa strand, det är bara välja vilket håll man vill gå. Det är lätta att bada långgrunt. Vi trivdes väldigt bra på Haddson resort.

리조트내 깨끗하고 아담한 수영장이 있고 해변이 2분거리내에 있어 아름다운 자연경관을 즐기고자 하는 한적한 가족휴식여행에는 강추입니다. 걸어서 10분이내 주변 해변을 따라 맛집식당들이 있고 거의 유럽관광객들이 주로 이용하는 편입니다.
다만 객실 wifi가 잘 안잡히는 불편함이 있고 여행을 즐기려는 젊은 관광객들에게는 비추입니다.

Für Ruhesuchende ideal

Wir waren insesamt 5 Nächte dort und wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gepflegt und vermittelt echtes Dschungelfeeling. Tolle, ruhige Unterkünfte runden das Ganze ab. Die Zimmer waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und mit allem Wünschenswerten ausgestattet. Wir hatten auch einen Balkon, der am Abend eine wunderschöne Aussicht bot. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter/innen immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll angelegt und eine ideale Abkühlung zwischendurch. Aber das Beste ist das Meer, dass sich nur eine Straßenüberquerung entfernt befindet. Das war absolut der Hammer!!!
In Hotelnähe befinden sich einige Restaurants, von denen wir ein paar probiert haben. War lecker. Zudem gibt es eine Bar names B-side, die ich euch wärmstens ans Herz legen kann. Tolle Musik, super Cocktails! Ihr müsst dafür am Strand Richtung Norden.

Mega-ruhige Lage inmitten eines tropischen Traumes

Auch,wenn das Hotel etwas weit vom Schuss liegt: Wir haben genau das geliebt! Die Ruhe war fantastisch und in der direkten Umgebung trafen sich die Einheimischen zum Picknick am Beach. Das Hotelpersonal tat wirklich alles, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Toller Pool unter Palmen! Toller langer Sandstrand. Gutes Frühstück. Was will man mehr.

Séjour idéal en couple

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Sans être un 4 étoiles, l’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Et surtout, nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions : 2 petites bouteilles d'eau offertes par jour, un anti moustique avec les plaquettes à disposition, des vélos pour 2 heures prêtés gracieusement, une navette par jour pour aller à Khao Lak gratuite, des serviettes de places, tapis de plage et parasols à disposition... Bref les petits plus qui vous font vraiment sentir en vacances. C'est TOP !

Schönes Resort mit viel Natur!

Wir hatten eine Zelt-Villa für 4 Nächte, Resort ist sehr schön und sauber, man fühlt sich mitten im Dschungel durch die üppige grüne Bepflanzung und trotzdem ist man direkt am Strand gelegen. Die kleine Straße die das Hotel vom Strand trennt ist kaum der Rede wert, da sie wenig befahren ist. Der Strandabschnitt ist schön und sehr ruhig - definitiv keine Sonnenschirm-Kolonie! Das Hotel-Restaurant ist gut hat aber teilweise gehobene Preise. Ein Scooter ist absolut notwendig wenn man das Hotel verlassen möchte - der Scooterverleih wird vom Hotel angeboten, Preise im Thailand-Durhschnitt hierfür. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nur zwei Dinge zu bemängeln: Der Rezeptionist in den Abend & Nachtstunden spricht leider quasi kein Englisch sodass selbst einfachste Fragen (opening hours pool?) nicht beantwortet werden konnten. Der andere Punkt ist, dass die Zelt-Villas die am Ende des Resorts liegen zwar in deren Optik und die umgebende Bepflanzung ein Wildnis-Feeling hervorrufen, aber durch Ihre Lage näher an der hinter dem Wald liegenden Hauptstraße liegen als die anderen Villas und somit laute Motorräder oder Trucks hörbar sind - das stört das Feeling etwas.

Rigtig dejligt mindre sted. Lille pool i haven. Skal krydse vejen for at komme på stranden.
Der er liggestole og parasoller på stranden.
Lidt henne ad stranden er der flere små strand restauranter.
Et dejligt sted til nogle dages ophold.

tæt på strand. Stranden ville være en endnu større oplevelse, hvis man ikke hver gang man tog ophold skulle starte med at samle skrald og cigaretskod. Selve stranden er dejlig, børnevenlig og vandet er skønt.
Det ville være nemmere at færdes rundt på hotellets område hvis der var slisker til klapvogne.
Hotellet er fint, men upersonligt / mange gæster igennem?

Avskilt med lägre standard

Har man svårt för insekter och kryp så rekommenderar jag inte detta hotell, väldigt mycket myggor och kryp överlag på hela hotellet. Det ligger väldigt avskilt och har inte direkt nära till någonting förutom 3-4 strand-restauranger bredvid hotellet. Väldigt avskilt. Stranden har bara några få solstolar så man får skynda sig på morgonen om man vill få tag i en, havet är väldigt grumligt och man såg aldrig botten. Personalen var ej så duktiga på engelska, men de försökte ändå hjälpa till så gott dem kunde. När vi frågade efter närmsta minimarket en kväll så erbjöd dom sig att köra oss dit (utan att vi frågat) då det var en bit att ta sig och då det hunnit bli mörkt, vilket vi blev väldigt glada för! Frukosten var bra. Maten på hotellet var helt ok. Ganska låg standard överlag på hotellet då det var i lite äldre skick, smutsigt i pool och runtom, en väg mellan hotell och strand, dåligt upplyst på kvällarna och långt till centrum.

Schön gelegenes Hotel abseits vom Trubel

Der Luxus in diesem Resort ist die Lage im schönen dschungelartigen Garten, die Nähe des breiten wunderschönen fast menschenleeren Strandes, die Ruhe und das freundliche hilfsbereite Personl. Die Zimmer sind schlicht eingerichtet, aber es fehlt an nichts. Die Aussendusche in den Bunglows herrlich. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und auf der Speisekarte fürs Abendessen ist für jeden etwas. Aber auch die kleinen Strassen-Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels sind empfehlenswert und natürlich um einiges günstiger. Der tägliche Shuttle nach Khao Lak bringt einem zuverlässig hin und auch wieder zurück. Wer Ruhe abseits vom Thailand Trubel sucht ist hier am richtigen Ort.

Underbart hotell men svårt att hitta.

När jag väl kom dit var allting perfekt. Men hade jag inte tagit direkt kontakt via e-post direkt med hotellet och fått en bra vägbeskrivning hade varken jag eller taxichauffören hittat. Er tidigare kartbild (nu rättad) på hotel.com var helt felaktig; hotellet låg 6 km längre från Phuket. Adresser, i områden där det inte finns gatunamn eller -nummer, går inte att använda för en taxichaufför, bara för vanlig post.
Ni bör ALLTID när en bokning är klar anmoda resenären att skriva via e-post direkt till hotellet och be dem om en vägbeskrivning om det inte gäller hotell i en storstad (detta är landsbygd).

Wir sind ein älteres Ehepaar und waren im Januar 2015 für 4 Wo. im Haadson resort.Die Laga des Hotels war für uns einmalig-Ruhe und fast menschenleerer Strand.Der Garten wurde gut gepflegt-wobei die Holzstege eine Auffrischung vertragen könnten.Die Liegen um den Pool bräuchten nicht so eng zu stehen,würde man den vorhandenen Platz rechts und links mit nutzen.Das Personl war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

ein tolles Resort, es liegt sehr ruhig, man kann hier sehr gut entspannen, das ganze Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich, man kann hier gut essen, es hat ein tolles Swimming-pool dabei, vom Resort weg gibt es einen kilometerlangen Strand der fast menschenleer ist, ideal zum Suchen von Muscheln, mit dem Taxi kann man auch in die Stadt fahren(oder auch per Hotel-Shuttle)
