People above were throwing dice on the floor stomping their feet and it sounded like they were fighting. Staff was afraid to speak to them. It was during a snowstorm and they didn’t have security staff. I complained till 4:30am and the staff called in front of me. They did quiet down at that point. Tiny refrigerator and lacking a microwave. Beds were comfortable janitorial staff were great. One girl at the desk was obnoxious throughout the stay. Mentioned the to manager when he arrived didn’t seem surprised and didn’t respond after when I asked him to ask the attendant that dealt with the people throwing the 10:30-4:30am party.

One of my favorite places to stay in the Providence area that is super comfy rooms are super clean. My only gripe with this hotel is they had a great Italian restaurant that was open a bunch of nights then they lowered it to a few nights and now it’s no longer open For a casino. The restaurant selection is lacking during the week.

I came here from CT and loved the atmosphere and overall vibe of the hotel along with the casino. However, this would’ve made 5 stars if there was a microwave in the hotel period. Not only was there not one in the room, but none accessible to guests at all. I saved food from dining out and couldn’t even heat it so it went to waste.

The resort fee is an absolute joke and indicative of the contemptable mindset of the large casinos regarding the cutomers they hope to entire to their establishments. There is no \"resort\". They have a pool like every other hotel chain. It is small. It is not outdoors. It is not anywhere close to a beach. Give me a break with a $50 fee for the \"resort\". Better to just stay hope and gamble online, or if you have some drinks spend the money on Uber home instead of being screwed for $50 in resort fees.

Hotel lobby absolutely stinks of every scent bead known on earth to cover the smell of the neighboring smoking section of the casino. 3/10’overall. There’s better places to go do similar money unless you’re only there for the casino itself.

Overall the hotel is great and the casino is fun just wish there was breakfast somewhere (other than Dunkin). Took off a star because outside of the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate and the signage is confusing - I drove around for a while looking for the hotel parking lot. The neighboring town is pretty desolate and far and the roadways are very confusing. Overall pretty good and Id stay there again.
