Well, if you don't mind zero room service for 3 nights -- and the trash will add up... the location is fine, the room was okay, the shower was nice, and bed comfortable. I was surprised that given the price of the hotel stay, we did not get one cleaning/trash pick up, etc. BUT, the big issue I believe, which is why I will never stay again, is that it is set up like a motel, with first floor room doors out to parking lot. The weather was brutally cold and a pickup truck was running for 20 minutes to warm up outside our door, with the exhaust pipe right in front of our heating/airconditioning intake. How is that code? Do these people even care? At least have a sign that says \"park front in only\" or something equivalent. I hope no one gets seriously hurt or worse from car exhaust and carbon monoxide....

The room was very clean. After 2 nights of a 5 night stay, it needed refreshing, and the hotel provided it. With a king-sized bed, it was a bit cramped, no room for a comfortable chair.

Considering the price, I would expect better amenities including a microwave in the guest rooms and a coffee maker. (The coffee machine at the adjacent cafe was out of order) Additionally, the pet fees were quite high—significantly higher than other hotels in the area.

It's just a charming place in a stunning area. Being a bit of a flatlander myself, having the majestic mountains just outside was awe-inspiring. The staff was uniformly helpful and fun. Especially enjoyed having a couple of tacos and a good cerveza at the bar and talking with both the staff and the guests. It's so nice there that I think everyone lightens up and forgets their troubles for a while.

Overall it was a great experience. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. They also have the best coffee. The downside was our room had a stained towel so we requested a new one and that one was stained too so we had to ask for third one. Also our room was on the first floor so we heard every time someone would flush the toilet or use the water above us as it flowed down the pipes. Still a great place overall with great amenitiies.

For our little Mtn Bike Crew, out here riding Trestle Bike Park. We love the bedroom setup.. 3 Adults and a 10yr old.. everyone can have their own bed.. the lobby and outside area are very chill not to mention amenities like the Gym and AWESOME Hott Tub .. this was our 3rd year and we look forward to visiting again someday soon

The location/property was excellent. The bar/cafe on site was enjoyable. The staff (one in particular), was quite rude as we had requested an early check in. He was very rude, and snarky. The housekeeping staff was amazing!! They were very helpful.

The check-in desk is located inside of their restaurant so staff works both simultaneously. We stood around without being greeted for a while, before I had to walk over to the serving area to get assistance. The room was very basic but provided what we needed for the night. We had a king bed which felt like they added comforters to the end of a queen to make a king bed. We asked for a late check out only to check out early because the bed was so uncomfortable. Jacuzzi was dirty and looked liked they do not maintain it. Only good thing about this hotel was the location because we were in walking distance from our event.

Convenient location, lots of dining options in the area. Not a lot of parking- had to wait to get a spot. Very busy restaurant at check-in, so food must be great. Had to wait to check-in and be greeted. Comfortable bed- like that there was access to a humidifier, hot water kettle, got ice from the restaurant. Realizing that Gravity Haus' are old motels that have been refinished. This is our second location we've stayed at. Comfortable accommodations.

Exceeded expectations AGAIN!
This was my second stay, this time for a romantic getaway, and the room, somehow, was even nicer. We had a king room on the second floor, and it was just enough space, the same amazing little touches in the room like the robes, coffee, humidifier, and great decor. I didn’t get to use the hot tubs this time because I was so tired, but the front desk staff were amazing, and the location cannot be beat. OH! And I now drive an electric car, and the charging station was an unexpected huge bonus! The only thing that could have been better was an elevator since we were both tired and my partner had altitude sickness. Otherwise, perfection. I love Gravity Haus in several locations, and this visit was even better than the last.

It's the little things that are so often missed. Hooks to hang your gear on, dimmable light in kitchen area. Our room was great and loved the shower (tho it was a little slippery). Would definitely stay with gravity haus again!!

First, the room was clean, which is always my number 1 priority, so bravo. The room was a clean roof over our ahead and allowed us to do what we intended which was to get out on the mountain. The room wasn’t very cozy, though, and I dislike rooms that don’t have a tub.

Great place to stay in winter park on a budget. Right in town- walking distance to everything and mountain nearby. Room was clean and had everything needed (besides a microwave- I thought I read there was one). Nothing fancy, as mentioned, this is a basic, motel style place. Bed was comfy, setup was good for hanging ski gear, etc. no closets or suitcase stands- very basic but worked for a quick ski trip. My one complaint is that the jets on both hotubs were not working (so they were just like hot baths).
Also- not related to the hotel itself but to its restaurant, the coffee is AWFUL and a rip off. I figured I’d try it instead of going to McDonald’s across the street and it was a waste of money. I was particularly annoyed because I asked if they took cash and the server said yes and after I paid she said “we don’t have coins so just round up.” So I basically got charged 40 cents extra for an awful coffee without being told first. And it’s not even like it was a tip since they had no change. I would have used card if I knew that I was trying to help them by using Cash for a small purchase.
Bottom line: good budget stay, DONT buy the coffee, and see if your room actually has a microwave before buying anything you may need to microwave.

the property it self was great! very convenient to local shops and bars. the room on the other hand was borderline nasty, the sheets had many holes throughout, the shower liner had what looked like pink mold all over it, the shower drain was gross, the sink was gross, and the flooring was a little dirty.

I really liked that the lobby area is also a restaurant and coffee shop - that made breakfast super convenient and fun. Facilities are nice - one of the best gyms I've ever seen and hot tubs were pretty nice. Rooms were unfortunately furnished with non-commercial IKEA like bedside end tables that were water-damaged and coming apart. Otherwise, the room was good. There wasn't much room for the trundle bed without moving furniture though. I would stay here again but probably not with my son in tow.

Check in process was seamless but no employees on staff, room was a 5/10 cleanliness the mattress was horrible bent by the head board area where your pillows would fall into the divot, the shower has a brown stain which looked to be leaking from the ceiling, the dressers were falling apart the hot tub jets didn’t turn on

Good spot next to bus pick up, shops and restaurants. The one thing that really ruined the stay is the exhaust fumes from cars seeping through the room front door. So cars right outside your room are warming up and loading their gear and you just suffocate in the room until they finally leave. Just really unpleasant.
