Great property, good breakfast except for the eggs.
Unfortunately loading and unloading your car from the hotel is hell. There is just no parking at all. The loading zone is used as parking by locals with total lack of enforcement from the authorities.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s an easy walk to most attractions and is in particular Albaicín and Centro. Staff are very helpful.

The furniture in the room was very dated. Also the room I was given has a window that overlooks the hallway inside the hotel. So the room was dark with no windows. That was quite annoying.

Breakfast was reasonably priced and is reasonable.

Lovely little hotel

Nice little hotel in a great location. I was able to walk to/from the train station and in to town. Clean and comfortable, except being in the middle of winter (December), it was VERY warm in the hallway. The rooms were also quite warm. No AC available at this time of year, and no outside window. The only window faced into the hallway. I can't imagine what it's like in the summer. Perhaps the AC is on during the hot summer months? Anyway, I did like the hotel. The service was great. The breakfast buffet was limited, but good.

Lovely place, spacious \"Single\" room. Bed just short of a double and comfortable. Old hotel so a bit dated but clean and everything worked as it should. Ideally located too.

No complaints at all, would stay here again.

We never ate the breakfast because it was not good, so don’t waste money to pay for it. Sort the reviews by date and you’ll see that this hotel is not 4 stars for a low price. It’s 2 stars at best and the room prices are low for a reason. In addition, we forgot to place some things in the safe and stuff was STOLEN by cleaning staff. For the cheap price, it’s fine, but we recommend staying somewhere more comfortable in this beautiful city.

Comfy bedroom. Bathroom was really small (would have been better to have a walk in shower as it was hard to use the toilet due to the direction it faced and location placed.). Hotel felt a little run down but overall was nice. I couldn't get the heating to work one night. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location for most things.

The staff is extremely helpful (we needed a first aid kit, provided us with information about parking, etc.), and the hotel is in a great location for walking to restaurants. The air conditioning did not work so we were very hot at night and slept poorly.

Nice location, clean hotel. The only thing is there there was no windows in the room. The one we had were frosted glass that were inside of the hotel, which were giving light to the room but if you walk close to it, everyone could see u.

The location, on the edge of the old city, is very good for access to culture, food and the Alhambra. Washroom facilities in the rooms are clean and functional but very crowded (getting into the bathtub was an adventure). For value (cost for experience) I would give it a 5 out of 5.

This hotel was in a great location. However, the overall comfort wasn’t excellent my mother and I stayed just one night. Our room was a tad smelly and the bathroom was designed terribly. There was no way for you to sit on the toilet properly as the tub was in the way.

Muito boa localização, próximo de pontos turísticos e local para pegar transporte público para Alhambra e complexo de turismo.Estacionamento um pouco longe, mas pode se descarregar as malas e ir estacionar (6 minutos caminhando), preço 18,00 euros por dia. No geral é bom , recomendo!

Great hotel, near city centre. Parking in a nearby parking garage, which is not so nearby if you have heavy luggage. €12 /,day.
Breakfast was great, plenty choice.
The only really minor issue is the very very low number of electrical sockets. For charging my phone i used the only one then had to pull the fridge to charge my laptop

Mid-way city-train station, optimal location to roam around. Room was ok, just with a strange toilets architecture (almost impossible to sit on WC) and no window on the outside but on the inner court.

Das erste Zimmer war sehr klein und entsprach nicht den Bilder auf hotels.com. Nach einer Beschwerde an der Recetption hat sich das freundliche Personal jedoch bemüht,uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dieses war dasjenige auf den Bildern der Buchungsplattform.
Das Zimmer ist eher klein und hat das Fenster zum Innenhof. Keine tolle Aussicht, jedoch sehr ruhig in der Nacht.
Das Hotel ist allgemein ringhörig und man kann die Gespräche im Gang hören.
Das Frühsück ist ok, bietet kalte umd warme Speisen und der Kaffee aus dem Automaten ist gut.

Really good hotel nearby the airport. Modern and clean hotel. Hotel has a small spa; a small pool, a steam sauna and a Finnish sauna (but you cannot trow water to the stove..). Taxi to the airport is 12-20€.

Hotellet var rent och snyggt men allt är gammalt. Bra läge bara ett stenkast från Gran Via. En mycket trevlig och hjälpsam receptionist. Hon gav oss tips på bra restaurang och hur vi skulle åka buss till Alhambra. Hon var den stora behållningen av vår vistelse på hotellet. Som sagt, gammalt hotell som enligt min mening inte är värd 4 stjärnor men rent och centralt läge.

Hotel junto Arco de Elvira. Habitación espaciosa y silenciosa. Cama cómoda. Baño estrecho que necesita actualización al igual que parte del mobiliario. Desayuno buffet correcto. Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor es su personal. Tanto en recepción como en el desayuno nos trataron genial, muy profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Buena relación calidad/precio.

Muy buena ubicacion, a 5 minutos de centros de interes, transporte y comercios. Atencion del personal muy buena. Sugiero cambien sabanas, toallas y fundas, porque se notan con mucho uso. Tambien el plato de ducha estaba con sarro. Son detalles que no pueden dejarse pasar. Internet con dificultades de conexion. Segun nos dijeron que en cuartos alejados de la recepcion suele suceder.
