Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot.

Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch.

It's a lovely hotel, but needs a much needed refurbishment. The furniture is clunky,and too heavy for the room. The lifts are a nightmare and have been in poor state for years.

From room service, to restaurants and swimming pool staff, reception, etc. Every person in the hotel ensued we had a fantastic time. Congratulations to all of them! Thank you so much! Stunning location right on the sand dunes. Easy drive from airport (30 minutes) and 10 minutes into Corralejo town.
Hotel is beautiful if a little dated. Staff were amazing. Food was sensational, the best All-Inclusive food we have eaten. Only downside was there was no organised activities for the kids so there were lots of bored teenagers sitting on their phones. Would've been perfect if shared animation team with sister hotel Riu La Oliva.
Highly recommend but take bigger clothes as you'll keep wanting to go back for more food breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hotel located on a beautiful large beach. Tough decorations are slightly dated, the room was clean and cleaned often, the staff very polite and accommodating. Food was plentiful and delicious. Nightly entertainment entertaining ;-).
Especially thanks to Marta and Martin in the restaurant- always smiling, welcoming and helpful. Slywia welcomed us with clear instructions and was there to chec us out as well. Always smiling and helpful.
We cannot say enough about the beautiful location. The beach that continues for kms and kms both north and south. Safe and clean.
We look forward to returning soon.

We had a great stay here and I thought the staff were excellent, all so friendly and attentive and that is what made the difference. The Hotel could do with a little updating and although we were there as a family it seemed to suit adults more. Location is great with lovely beach views.

4 star hotel with 5 star service. Don’t normally do All Inclusive but I thought I would for a change and what a great choice. No queuing up for drinks there was always waiters wondering around ready to take your orders.
All the staff from check in, cleaners, waiters chefs and people behind the scenes work extremely hard and all are friendly.
The hotel is spotlessly clean.
The only negative is the food is really good and I have put a few extra pounds on.

If you are coming only for the basic package, your stay may be OK. My stay was a roller coaster of good and bad. From the start, i had bad impresssion because with multiple contacts with the hotel over the week before i arrived, i received no response. The property sent a message about online check-in but that is only for those who reserve thru their system so not sure why i received that message requiring that. It meant long lines at check-in. It was a nightmare trying to book spa services. I tried to do that in advance, but again, no response from the hotel on how to book. The spa now has limited hours, doesnt answer its phone and you are to leave a sticky note at their reception. They say they will contact you but they only left a sticky note beside my note at their desk. When i arrived, the fitness center was already booked for both days so that was not available. The jacuzzi had children using it as a playground-jumping and kicking and splashing. I decided to move to an adult only hotel, which was a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential. The food was wonderful, the staff were friendly, and the view from my balcony & the wellness center jacuzzi were AMAZING. In order to be worth the money, they need better management all-around.

The hotel is extremely dated and in need of a major overhaul. The swimming pool had loads of tiles missing. The jacuzzi was great. Gym had to upper body machines. Food was Fantastic but was aimed towards pleasing the German guests. And on that, everything was in German. Overall it was an ok stay

Tres Islas Oliva offers a location that a traveler dreams of, a home not just near a beach but on it, and what a beach it is with soft white sand and great surf. The three pools, various cafes and bars, the exceptional restaurant, all the amenities you could ask for and patient service with a smile keep its clientele renewing their stay to repeat their experience right on the Atlantic Ocean.

Very comfortable beach-side hotel close to remarkable sand dunes. Rooms a bit small but adequate and had nice balconies. Service was excellent--friendly front desk, courteous service in restaurant and bar, even if a bit pretentious given how busy the buffet dinners were. Seating at small gourmet \"Krystal\" restaurant downstairs can be booked at the front desk as an alternative, at no extra cost (not good for children, though.) Special New Year's dinner and celebration, as well as good-bye gift were great. Jacuzzi hot tub was almost warm enough and \"warm\" swimming pool was tolerable but not really comfortable for winter swimming. A small sauna in the spa made up for the chill, though. Overall a very good hotel.

Love this hotel. Great staff, facilities and location. Unfortunately due to the poor weather conditions, the room was very cold/poorly insulated. The staff were helpful and immediately brought blankets and a heater when the issue was raised. It was a pity as it meant the room was far less comfortable.

We had a super pleasant experience staying at the Riu Palace Tres Islas. The property is beautiful, with an unbeatable location. Two stunning beaches and minutes away drive to Corralejo. Staff was friendly and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms need a serious makeover as they are dated but yet comfortable. Beds were hard. lpcation and beaches more than make up dpr everything else.

We were a family of 3. We have stayed at this hotel previously but this time it was just for one night as we wanted to finish our holiday in style. It is in a perfect location for a quiet relaxing holiday. We cannot fault the hotel, service, food or location. The only minor point was I found the beds quite hard but I am someone with a back problem and hard beds don't agree with me but the pros of staying here over rule that. After much research I found the best deal on Hotels.com. I would certainly recommend this hotel for all ages.

I feel very lucky to have had such a fantastic hotel holiday experience. It was difficult to fault anything with this hotel and while it has a 4 star status, everything else about it was 5 star. Hotel ingaugurado en los 70 y allí se ha quedado. Las instalaciones son muy antiguas y al día de hoy no sería ni un dos estrellas. Buffet para desayuno y cena muy mediocre, poca calidad y diversidad. Caja fuerte de pago. Le hace falta una renovación de arriba abajo. Por el mismo precio o poco más hay opciones de resorts 5 estrellas en Corralejo. Esto si, el persoyde lo más amables, lo único que se merece un 10. Todo lo demás por debajo de 4

Vorig jaar verbleven we in de goedkopere Olivia naast de deur...ik was dan ook teleurgesteld dat het eten van dezelfde (slechte) kwaliteit was....had wat anders verwacht voor een palace...de sfeer de kamers wel in.orde, thee en koffiezet in de kamer wat handig is, een zalig bad, veel.zenders op de tv, vriendelijk personeel, elke dag vonden we bijna geen ligstoelen aan het zwembad wegens het leggen vd handdoeken van mensen op de ligzetels terwijl ze er niet zijn...zou niet mogen ! Moet dringend iets aan gedaan worden door het personeel!

Hotellet er i god klassisk stil med en fantastisk placering direkte ved en vidunderlig strand. Standarden er generelt god omend buffetrestauranten er for crowded især til morgenbuffeten. Nogle mindre erfarne medarbejdere viser manglende respekt for maden og fylder halvtomme fades indhold oven på nye fade. Dette er med til at fremme et cafeteriapræg og sænker niveauet. Erfarne medarbejdere i restauranten og i receptionen gav god service.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Personal-abgesehen vom Housekeeping. Das war eine Katastrophe. Übergriffig und unverschämt, DO NOT DISTURB hat keine Bedeutung. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig. Furchtbar die Situation am Pool mit reservierten Liegen. Einfach asoziales Verhalten, das vom Management nicht geduldet werden sollte. Ansonsten eine gepflegte Anlage.

Albergo in una posizione favolosa sulle dune, che necessità però di un mezzo per muoversi verso altre destinazioni dell'isola essendo lontano dal paese. Piscina con molti lettini in batteria ed uscita sulla ampia e bellissima spiaggia oceanica. In generale tutto è manutenuto dignitosamente, ma molto vissuto e si vede. Il cibo è standard RIU a Buffet, con molta varietà ma qualità spesso discutibile, più adatto a clientela tedesca di una certa età che ad dicembre è predominante. In definitiva un Hotel onesto, che se ristrutturato e modernizzato può diventare interessante.

Séjour de 5 nuits, du 31 décembre au 5 janvier, qui restera dans nos mémoires. Don't trust them - but location is good

Dear all,

I would like to share my very bed experience at the check in Riu Palace Tres Islas.
I sent an email prior to my arrival to ask a high floor room for 2 guests.
At the check-in I realized I made a mistake and booked online only for 1 guest and forget to add my son.

At the check-in 22/12/22 (9 days stay)
We stayed a very long time at the reception hall waiting for the room.. and were very tied after night flight, my son was sick and we urgently needed the room to rest.
Florencio (reception manager) requested to pay 1225€ for the additional person in the same room and of course I paid. I have already paid 1800€ online months before.
I trusted, I will have a better price directly to the reception.

I was shocked when I learnt in the evening that the extra cost was only 800€ on the Official online Riu site and all other booking sites. (I have several screen prints).

I talked to the manager again, he explained me : this is the RIU hotels policy and this is not his problem.

This hotel Riu policy to take advantage of guests (women alone with her son) arriving at hotel tired, make pressure and make them pay much more is really wrong and unacceptable.

I don’t recommend this hotel, don’t think will ever try RIU hotels again …

Hotel un po’ datato ma sicuramente con un suo fascino, la posizione è sicuramente la più bella possibile a Fuerteventura! Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, personale davvero tutto molto cordiale e disponibile, ma questo è un po’ nell’animo “canario”! Unica pecca l’orario di cena un po’ sacrificante e la qualità del cibo adattata al palato tedesco…(non così nell’altro hotel RIU da me visitato a Formentera che strizza l’occhio invece al palato italiano).

Si vas buscando playa y tranquilidad perfecto.Corralejo está a unos 4 km y es a donde tendrás que ir para comprar algo que necesites.
Tanto el personal de comedor como de bar están atentos.
Cumplen con la limpieza concra el covid,cosa que es imprescindible.
Si vas buscando juerga no es tu sitio,sino muy bien.

Die Gesundheit von Einzelnen scheint unwichtig

Das Hotel ist prinzipiell recht ok. Leider war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht nutzbar bzw. abgeschlossen. Das Rauschen des Meeres kann nachts relativ laut sein, wenn das Zimmer zum Meer zeigt.
Außerdem wird die Maskenpflicht auch bei Menschen gefordert, die aus gesundheitlichen Gründen mittels ärztlichem Attest davon befreit sind. Wer einen solchen Attest hat sollte ggf. in einem anderen Hotel übernachten, hier wird er nicht anerkannt.

Das Hotel tut alles um den Covid Regelungen gerecht zu werden. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Das Hotel ist schön in den Dünen im Norden der Insel gelegen. Essen zum Frühstück und Abendessen alles sehr gut. In dieser Coronazeit, kommt und helft mit Urlaub. Deutschland mit Söder und Merkel ist sowieso trist.

Un sitio especial, junto a una playa fantástica. El personal muy amable. La piscina muy bien también. Con la tranquilidad de estar a cierta distancia de Corralejo pero cercano en coche. Me ha gustado, como el resto de la isla.

Sur 365 chambres, seules 60 étaient occupées en début de semaine. Étrange sensation ! Pas de files d’attente.

Muy agradecido con el trato del personal del hotel. Fulgencio de la recepción, Luis que ya es él veterano del hotel, a silvia y a maider del buffet, y el personal del bar de la piscina, la atención de Derek. Hay gente que lleva trabajando años en el hotel, y a los nuevos espero seguir viéndoles por aquí, espero que el hotel haga un esfuerzo en mantener los puestos. Me he sentido como en casa, he alargado la estancia unos días más, y espero volver pronto. Las medidas de seguridad en cuanto al covid son perfectas. El enclave del hotel es perfecto, yo no le haría una reforma tal y como dice la gente, perdería su identidad. Repito, lo mejor del hotel su personal, en resumen un hotel de elite

Per essere un hotel 4 stelle si perdono in piccoli dettagli che non costerebbero loro quasi nulla ma farebbero la differenza.

Hotel para Turismo Extranjero (Fuera de España)

Gracias a Hotels.com conseguí una buena oferta, pero el hotel me ha decepcionado bastante respecto a las habitaciones esperaba mas de un Hotel de 4 estrellas como por ejemplo las ventanas eran antiguas en una zona de mucho viento y el hotel en general necesita una pequeña restauración de todo el edificio ya que tiene bastante tiempo. Por ultimo el servicio fue excepcional siempre que tenía alguna duda fueron muy amables intentando resolver todas mis dudas.

LA STRUTTURA è INSERITA IN UN CONTESTO BELLISSIMO DEL PARCO DELLE DUNE. SI MANGIA INTERNAZIONALE MA BUONO.
