The ac worked ok, it had a not so great smell to it. Parking was good, I parked right out side my room. The other people stay were disrespectful out very late & coming and going with really loud cars. I felt very uncomfortable being in the area. The bathroom looked extremely unkept. I woke up to several bugs crawling on my floor and a couple in the table.

worst hotel experience ive ever had. my first room had no heat and the tv didnt work and a broken window shade by time i got to the next room i was willing to deal with the dead roach shells. After running late from an appointment i had to check out, i felt forced to rebook the room so that i wouldnt lose out on my belongings they were ready to dispose of. When i got to the room i saw actual roaches coming out of my bags and that was my last straw in this hotel nightmare. I made other arrangements and headed to the front office. I wasnt in the room but for 20 mins for my newest booking but was told i couldnt have a refund because i didnt tell them about the roach problem the night before the first time I was in the office. Tje lady at the front desk began to yell at me as if i was a child and stern that she wouldnt give me my money back and insuiting that maybe i put the roaches there since i didnt bring it up prior. This was absolutely absurd that I couldnt get a refund, when i was told no other rooms were available and because i was more worried about them not throwing my stuff out then the roaches I saw. Which until then werent crawling out my bags, but since this was a new booking and i came right away when i saw the roaches i shouldnt be penalized or forced to stay in those conditions just because of the mean and money hungry nature of a unsanitary hotel that the health department should have shut down already. Dont stay here ever!

DO NOT RECCOMEND!

We were asked by another occupent of the facility if we would \"like for her to join us\" in our room, when we arrived, there was a party going on in one of the rooms and there was constantly a group of people outside of our room being loud. Our bed cover had a big yellow stain on it and the tub in the bathroom was filthy. We left and did not stay because we were unable to sleep due to the noise and were told we could not get a refund.

When we arrived, there were questionable people hanging around the front and the parking lot. We didn’t feel safe getting out of the car. We definately would not have stayed on the first floor and the balconies on the upper floors were warped and looked unsafe. From what we observed on the outside, we didn’t even bother to enter. We forfeited our money and drove all the way home, about 600 miles.

The night we went to check in they told us that in January they cancelled all reservations and put the rooms back up for higher prices due to an event in town. They said they are sorry I wasn’t notified. And of course they were booked. We had no place to stay 9 hours away from home. Everything was booked for the event we were also attending. Do not recommend!!!

The room worked for what we needed but there were multiple areas of improvement I would suggest.

- Floor was peeling up in several areas.
- The shower had definitely not been cleaned well (could see dirt on walls when light hit it right).
- Toilet seat was damaged.
- Bed spread had stains.
- Refrigerator had a huge block of ice all around and in freezer. Needs to be defrosted for a day at least to allow it to melt and be removed. Drinks we put in refrigerator were frozen after 1 night.

The hotel is right in the middle of downtown, not necessarily q safe neighborhood, didnt realize when booking from Idaho. Any time my husband went outside he was asked for money, smokes, rides to a food bank by other patrons of the hotel. He wondered if the hotel doubles as transitional housing for the houseless. Very strong smell of ammonia throughout the premises.

Place was not clean. Cleaning microfiber towel was left as a wash towel. Condom on the light on the desk so when you turned it on it smelled. Floor not clean or swept. Blood on the sheets and when reported it didn’t get cleaned until I went and got clerk a second time and requested an in person visit to room.

I drove an hour and a half home at 2am because of the condition of the room. The front desk attendant was outside when I arrived to check in, while checking in a man came inside to use a vending machine. After the attendant said my room number, the man walked out. When I walked out he followed me up the stairs until I stopped to take my phone out. Once inside of the room, I found brown stained bedsheets, nicotine stained lamp shade and walls (you have to sign a no smoking agreement), a dirty rusted shower, holes in the wall, missing floor planks and a broken a/c unit. There was trash in the walk way and an unhomed man urinating on the stairs

Nothing about this hotel is good at all. The bed is that only good thing . Roches everywhere. Dirty bath tub, strained bathroom with a weird brown stains in the bathroom. The rooms smell terrible, I had to go to Walmart and buy a spray because it was unbearable. Everything was just outdated and dirty . The ceiling is dirty and moldy . Great people, not so great room.

The best thing about this motel were the people! Everyone we interacted with (employees, renters and other guests) were all very nice and friendly. The price was great.

As for the room, beds and linens were clean. The floor was swept but not sure how long it had been since it had been mopped (After getting out of the shower and walking to the bed to get his clothes, my husband had to go back in the bathroom and wash the bottoms of his feet. We had to sleep with our lights on due to the cockroaches that frequent the room. The plastic that went around the bottom of the bathroom was separated from the wall at places and the floor of the shower didn’t bring confidence that we could shower w/o sandals/shoes on.

The cleaning man and his wife came into our room to clean BEFORE WE EVEN CHECKED OUT!!! We had taken a walk to get some breakfast and had put our things in our car, but they came right in and literally cleaned and scrubbed the floor and made it all ready for the next person!!! We had found an air Bud and a bottle of pills that someone had left behind the nightstand and we were going to tell the manager about it when we checked out but they already found them and he was shaking them at us as we came back to go to the restroom one more time before we checked out!! Very dirty!!!

Room was not what the pictures show, similar, but the photos are of a new room. Appears the hotel is renting to Section 8, lots of loitering, loud music until the wee hours and people arguing. At least 2 inoperable vehicles taking up space in their limited lot, while at the same time they provide paid parking for nearby businesses.
That further supports the Section 8 suspicion as people are arriving on foot. I can tolerate a lot, but the last straw was when I returned for what I thought was my last night only to find the room cleared out. Went to the desk to find out what was going on only to be told my checkout was that morning. When I asked about adding the night and getting my property back, I was told they were fully booked, no rooms. 3 hours later the website still shows availability, at 50% more than my rate.

Whats the point in the hotel having my phone number if they can't call if there's a question about checkout? Why did they lie about availability for another night? And why did my door card work if I had been thrown out? I wonder if a prior guest could have had access while I was there.

My property was in a storeroom with plaster spilled on it. It looked like everything was there, had to find another hotel.

Decent enough room, parking lot not ideal.

Decent enough stay for what it was. Room was fine. Nice price, right there in downtown near things to do. Slept pretty good despite some lowlife yelling outside my room, amazed that I slept through most of that. Also the parking scenario isn't the best - I think it becomes some sort of public lot during the day, so I had to check out early. Going out for breakfast would have meant that I would have returned to the room to find all the parking slots filled. Would I return? Maybe, but I'd try another place first if I didn't mind paying more.
