Hello,
The property is well located in front of supermarket with free parking.
It is a challenge to English speaking clients since most of the staff doesn’t speak English so be ready to use a translator.
Also, during our 3 days stay, nobody was cleaning a room and we were need to remind and wait for this.
The breakfast is average with less variety than other hotels are offering.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend using this hotel for international guests.

Have never had such an experience in a restaurant where you order food, pay for it and then beeing told you have to leave, because they are closing, somehow staff finds that funny as well. Don't recomend to stay or eat in this hotel!!!

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of Wroclaw along one of the main roads. On arrival, it gave an impression that it was very quiet because the reception area was very dim. In fact, the hotel was full because of a wedding party being held there that day. The receptionist was not clear if we had paid in advance or need to pay at the property. This issues repeated again at checkout. The air conditioning was not working in the room. The decor looked dated. The bed mattresses need replacement. Bathroom was small with no handrails for towels. Shower cubicle with shower gel only, no shampoo. Carpet in dark brown colour matching bed throws and cushions adding to an overall impression of a dull, dark and not well maintained room.

Hotel is next to the motorway, you need to drive only 2km out of the motorway. Everthing was clean and service was nice. Breakfast is like 5 star hotel. There were lot of options to select.

None of the 2nd story rooms had a working AC unit. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping us find a room with a working unit. Eventually she moved us down a floor and there was a working AC in one of those rooms. Unfortunately the keycard didn’t work and the doors had to be locked and unlocked with a key.

When we arrived at Hotel Jasek there was no-one on reception. We rang the bell several times but no-one appeared. After about10 mins the reception staff arrived looking a bit fraught.
The restaurant staff were not very friendly except for one lady who was quite welcoming. The older gentleman couldn't crack a smile if he tried. The food was bland. The dining room is very strange with mirrored pillars and lots of chandeliers.
The breakfast was aweful. I have never seen such a strange breakfast anywhere. I couldnt work out whether we were having breakfast, lunch or dinner. There were huge bowls of three different types of jam. The same food were presented every day so i wonder whether any of the food was fresh.
There was no fridge in the room. The room smelt a bit musty so we had to keep the window open. One day the room wasn't cleaned and we had to ask for clean towels. We will not be staying at Hotel Jasek in the future even if we were offered the room for free.

heartwarming stay

Overall experience was very nice. Very pleased with the quality of service and how welcome we were made to feel in there from the first minute we entered. Food was exceptionally delicious and staff was easy to communicate with.
One day after our visit we noticed that we left the jacket in the room and we were already hundreds of kilometers away from there. We wrote an email asking if they have found it and we got very warm and caring response where they said they did and asked where to post it.

Enjoyable Stay in Poland

First time in the area. Hotel is a bit dated and needs some paint but well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. Room very spacious, comfortable and clean. Wifi was strong and connection good. Dinning was mediocre however breakfast buffet made up for the dinner since there was a huge selection to choose from. Excellent place for business and family.

Strongly recommended. However it is located ufar away from the city center. I am not sure whether there is a public transportation available. We had a rented car to move around. Breakfast was great. If you plan to visit Wroclaw then i would suggest another hotel closer to the city center (Rynek).

Difficulties to get a good room

We asked for a quiet zone room, a couple of weeks beforehand. But, they gave us a room to the road and for disabled... we had to wait for a more proper room. And to the 'new room' there was no lift and 2 long flights of stairs to get there... with luggage.

Traditional Look Hotel - Modern Luxury

For a cost effective price, the hotel offers comfortable rooms/best and modern luxuries such as a well featured bathroom facilities and the air conditioning. Ample parking and it is not far from Wroclaw which you can easily commute to. Breakfast was included in the price and it is excellent buffet with a wide variety of food - highly recommended.

Good value for the price

We stayed here one night on our way through Poland. The hotel is located in a suburban area, so if you don’t have a car, stay somewhere else. Pros: price, the most lavish breakfast buffet I have ever seen (but seriously, it was catered like for a wedding reception, by the way, a wedding reception was taking place that same night), comfortable modern room, close to the interstate if you’re passing by. Cons: bathroom fixtures are of poor quality, no hot water in the evening, barely warm the next morning, no lotion in the bathrooms and the water is so much chemically treated that it will leave your skin super dry. We drove to old town Wroclaw, and had a lot of trouble parking there, service there was awful and restaurants overpriced.

we stayed for 2 nights at hotel jasek. the hotel is located in the outskirts of wroclaw and there are allways traffic problems to drive to the center of the town.
sometimes it took between 20-30 minutes to arrive in the center of the town.the area around the hotel has nothing to offer. more then this there were 2 weddings in the evening so we have to drive to the center to have dinner and after that in the night was such noise so we couldn't sleep untill morning.
the room was large but there was not refrigerator/minibar (that we allways received in our hotel's rooms)
so for 1 nights stay (or transit) might be good but for someone who is interested to visit wroclaw we do not advise
we were not impressed by the customer's service
there was a parking lot and wifi signal was good

Great hotel, but no public transportation

This hotel is an excellent value if you are traveling by car. Everything is up to date and the free wifi is great. The room (especially the bathroom) is spacious. I will easily stay there again. The restaurant is good as is the free breakfast buffet. There is only one big problem. The hotel is about 5 miles outside of Wroclaw and there is only one bus that comes hourly to that location. Then, the bus does not drop off in the middle of the city center, but about 10-12 blocks away. So, getting back and forth to the hotel is problematic, at best. As long as you are aware of that big problem, you will enjoy your stay.

Budget hotel at the outskirts of the city

Hotel is located about 15 kms from the city center. Staff were very helpful and could speak sufficient English. Room was clean but a bit noisy due to the heavy traffic along the main road in front of the hotel. The room and the hallways could use a fresh coat of paint. There is a bus that runs every half hour into downtown. Breakfast bar had a large selection of food items. Overall a decent budget hotel.

Wo soll man anfangen? Für eine Nacht mit Frühstück ist das Hotel grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war sogar hervorragend – hier schließe ich mich den positiven Bewertungen ausdrücklich an.
Wir haben als Paar ein Zimmer für drei Nächte gebucht. Ausschlaggebend für unsere Wahl waren neben dem inbegriffenen Parkplatz vor allem das Frühstück sowie die angekündigte Sauna, die wir nach ausgedehnten Sightseeing-Touren durch Breslau an kalten Wintertagen gerne genutzt hätten. Umso größer war die Enttäuschung, als man uns bereits bei der Ankunft freundlich, aber lapidar mitteilte, dass es keine Sauna mehr gibt, da diese offenbar abgebrannt sei.
Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, erhalten haben wir jedoch ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das war zunächst noch kein großes Problem – wir haben die Betten einfach zusammengeschoben. Kurios wurde es jedoch, als ich mir einen Tee zubereiten wollte: Dort, wo der Wasserkocher stand, gab es weit und breit keine Steckdose. Um Wasser zu kochen, musste ich den Wasserkocher jedes Mal neben dem Bett auf dem Boden anschließen.
Im Zimmer lagen zudem nur zwei große Handtücher zum Duschen. An der Rezeption baten wir um zwei zusätzliche kleine Handtücher, diese wurden jedoch nie gebracht. Wir gingen davon aus, dass dies spätestens beim Zimmerservice erledigt würde – allerdings wurde das Zimmer während unseres gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Das sind meinem Empfinden nach keine drei Sterne!

I would not call this premium, but it was very nice. Clean, well-maintained rooms. Has A/C. As a backpacker, I was disappointed that there is no laundry room available to guests, unlike was advertised online. Staff mostly speak no English, in case you are an international traveller. The courtyards are very nice. If you want to get to and from the property, I highly recommend a taxi. Though there is a bus station out front, the bus comes very infrequently. Very few restaurants nearby.

Mal abgesehen davon, dass niemand unsere Betten gemacht hat, obwohl wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren...war es alles in allem positiv.
Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr üppig, auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war gut. Sehr lustige Nachtportiers, die kaum Englisch sprechen oder wahlweise bekennend keine Ahnung von den Getränken haben, die sie an der Bar ausgeben. Aber das war wirklich charmant...Preis Leistung top!!!

Hotel Bonito por dentro,la habitación limpia y grande, ruidosa si esta cerca de la carretera.Esta 8 KM del centro unos 20 minutos en coche.Desayuno no es buffet, solo hay 2 platos y son siempre los mismo todos los días. Parking gratis y grande.

Pierwotnie zameldowany zostałem w pokoju 229 (?) Pokój położony na samym końcu hotelu, licząc półpiętra prawdopodobnie na trzecim piętrze. brak było do niego windy a ja miałem 3 sztuki bagażu. Okazało się że elektroniczny klucz do pokoju nie działa a ja muszę wracać do recepcji. Po ponownym zaprogramowaniu klucza elektronicznego dostałem również klucz mechaniczny - na wypadek gdyby klucz elektroniczny ponownie nie działał.
Pokoju ponownie nie udało mi się otworzyć kluczem elektronicznym, mechaniczny zadziałał. Chwilę ustalałem jak zapalić światło (w czytniku była już karta), przyświecając sobie telefonem zauważyłem że ktoś śpi w łóżku - pokój okazał się już zajęty.
Po zgłoszeniu problemu otrzymałem pokój 119 (drugie piętro) który był już dostępny, dość przestronny (oddzielny salon i sypialnia), natomiast w dość kiepskim stanie - łóżko było złamane, drzwi od łazienki i kabiny prysznicowej nie dało się zamknąć.
Przy czym aby się zameldować pokonałem z bagażami ok. 8 pięter.

Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadania, coś na wzór stylowego wnętrza (nie do końca udane), pokoje komfortowe wygodne, jednakże słychać hałasy, zamykanie i otwieranie drzwi, do śniadania włączony telewizor tak, że nie słychać swoich myśli.

Hotel, Zimmer (bis auf fehlende Kühlschränke), Service und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und Essen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Das Personal sehr freundlich.Wir haben das Hotel zum zweiten Mal aufgesucht und wiederum feststellen müssen, dass umfangreiche Feierlichkeiten stattfanden, die sehr störend für uns waren (sehr laute Musik und Feierlichkeiten direkt vor unseren Zimmerfenstern). Erst nach mehrfachen Beschwerden beim Hotelservice wurde die Feierlichkeiten um 22:00 Uhr beendet. Für uns als Transtreisende auf der Durchreise ein unzumutbarer Zustand. Das Hotel ist demzufolge für Gäste, die sich die Stadt ansehen wollen oder auf der Durchreise sind, nicht zu empfehlen.

Номер - огонь! Завтрак - супер! Все было отлично! Кровати удобные, спалось очень хорошо. В целом очень позитивные эмоции от этого отеля и его минимальной цены. За троих с завтраком 50евро - идеально. Стоит прямо на трассе на Варшаву. Номера большие, WiFi - нормальный.

Hotel distante dal centro quindi senza auto e complicato arrivarci. Al nostro arrivo c'era un evento quindi non del tutto soddisfatto della reception. Al check out ho pagato il doppio rispetto alla prenotazione, quando l'ho fatto notare mi hanno rimborsato in sloty, non sapendo il personale stonare la carta di credito. Ho trovato letti singoli in camera. La colazione e praticamente solo salato.

Niestety żona nie spała całą noc bo bardzo było słychać głośny wentylator.Wyciszenie pokoju nr 27 jest tragiczne.Na śniadaniu obsługa bardzo słabo radzi sobie brakującymi produktami.Mleka do płatków brak kazali sobie z ekspresu do kawy nalać normalne jaja.Śniadanie na marnym poziomie ćiągle było coś nie tak a to ekspres do kawy nawalił to obsługa nie reaguje prawidłowo.No słaby pobyt.W recepcji było miło.

Eine gute Basis, wenn man mehrere Tage die Stadt Breslau entdecken will. Außerhalb gelegen, kostenlose Parkplätze. In der Innenstadt problemloses Parken möglich.
Überreichliches Frühstück. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Das Beste an dem Aufenthalt war das Frühstück.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, das Badezimmer ebenso.
Der Preis war gut für die Lage.
Negativ war das nicht komfortable Beistellbett.

Une de mes pires nuits...Fuyez!

Positif: nous sommes arrives 'tard' (22h), le repas dans le restaurant le soir etait bon. Clim dans la chambre. Parking gratuit. c'est tout....
Negatif: une boite de nuit dans l'hotel avec la musique toute la nuit a cause d'un mariage, une salle de bain a la proprete douteuse et casse, une literie type matelas gonflable l'impression de flotter, un petit dejeuner horrible (jus d'orange en poudre, un pot rempli de lait avec de droles de choses qui flottent..., des plats pas bon et peu de choix!), une fenetre en hauteur dont les rideaux ne cachent pas le jour, et si on veux l'ouvrir on vous explique de monter sur une chaise....
Une des pires nuits de ma vie, meme gratuit je n'y retournerai pas!
