The hotel insist on being none smoking throughout the property. But as soon as I walked in the lobby late at night, there was the smell of cigarette.
A nose of a none smoker is very sensitive to the smell of cigarette.
But I am certain that the reception staff did not smoke.

Weird pool hours

It was pretty decent for the price. Took the number only because of the cheap pool. Pool works very weird hours, like early in the morning and after 8:00 at night, because they have other activities during the day inside.

We chose the property because it had a swimming pool, it was a nice to have for a quick evening dip but not for swimming - it wasn’t big and opening hours are limited to mornings and evenings. It got quite busy and the water was quite warm because they teach babies swim in it.

The room was not big nor fashionable but clean and comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep.

The staff were nice.

The cold breakfast buffet had a big nice selection, the warm breakfast buffet wasn’t much, the coffee was bad.

There’s a great brewery in the vicinity of the hotel where we went for breakfast and it was excellent!

Staying for one night

Quite normal hotel without complaints. Affordable stay & quite easy to reach from the motorway. Customer service speaks English & can support you with your needs. Local area does not contain anything special but the center of town is easily reachable.

Great hotel for low prices. Convenient and close to city centres, shopping malls etc. Has lidl store nearby which was also a bonus.

The food for me was the best thing for me at the hotel didnt really have to go out. If i come back to this city i would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Noisy hotel

This is obviously a cheap hotel that allows school children to stay at the hotel because we had 3 evenings of 20 -30 children running through corridors & banging doors as well as playing loud music.
They finally calmed down about 11.00pm

Great value hotel

Lovely clean room, good size beds very comfy. Was a little out of town but transport so cheap and easy to access this wasnt a problem. Bar prices were very reasonable. I would definately stay here again

The hotel is close to a bus stop with regular services to the centre of the city. The room was small but satisfactory with plenty of hot water ano comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast is very generous and the staff efficient and helpful. As the hotel is used by coach companies breakfast can be a bit crowded if your start of day coincides with one or two coach loads breakfasting. For the energetic it is a thirty minute easy and pleasant walk to the city

Very small room, separated beds when I have ordered a double bed.
We had to ask for a hairdryer. Dinner: half was OK, other half was not really. Very fatty pork \"something\".
Positive that a KFC and a Lidl are very close so you can eat something else.

You get what u paid for

The hotel is located by the main highway on the outskirts of the town , there is good bus tram snf system which in 15 min will take to center of the city.
The hotel was fairly clean , but small room and extremely small bathroom .
We were there during heat wave about 37 degrees and the AC system worked good and quiet. The hotel service helpful and very nice . The hotel serve breakfast every morning for about 20 pln
There is also a bar , pool and feetness room never use either .
Overal for the money is OK, no freels but it will do for a day or two , it is not a 3 star hotel . It is somewhere between 1 and 2.

We were very positively surprised with this hotel - regarding it's 3* quality level.
Only the park place (behind the hotel) is a little bit hidden and difficult to find.
But there are also few (FREE) park places in front of the hotel (near KFC fast food).
Very nice and good hotel for this price!

Extremally small room like for a 3-star hotel with fixed window! It was the first time in my life when I wasn't able to open the window in my hotel room of size 10-12sqm. Very expensive parking (30PLN-7Euro) which isn't mentioned anywhere while you're booking. Small and old welness area. The room was clean, but the bedsheets were dirty a bit with some old spots. Will not stay there again for sure... I wouldn't give to this hotel 2 stars even, and 3 never.

If you just want to sleep somewhere for a few hours it's ok. If your stay in longer or you are with family members I would not stop here at any cost. The original price on the website is incorrect and should be lowered closer to the actual price

Overall good hotel, clean & nice working staff, however the bed is not comfortable mainly due to the old mattress, I think should be exchanged ASAP. Otherwise all is good enough for money paid!

Average hotel with overpriced parking

I was mislead that parking is a secured one, while it costed 30PLN (quite a bit considering given service).
Hotel room had demolished door to bathroom,no one cared to change it.
I asked for a quiet room (twice) and they gave me one by staircase/elevator.
Beds where v.uncomfortable,room was tiny (hard to fit bigger suitcase!).
Breakfast was extra paid and it was ok, nothing fancy.
Amenities like swimming pool are open during few hours a day only.

I was at the hotel only a few hours before I left. The receptionist was a very nice looking lady, very professional though. I got everything I wanted - quick!: taxi, information, payment problem solved, call from. Breakfast was good. Tv wasn't working but I didn't really need it.

Was a little let down

The computer did not work correctly in the rooms, the phone was broken as well as the shower, the pillows were too chunky! Bathroom was ridiculasly small! But I did feel the pool and sauna was good espesh with price of hotel, but they were only open for a few hours which was poor, there was no British channels on tv which was not quoted when I booked, the staff were v friendly and spoke v good English tried to fix things when they went wrong.

fantastic views, great hotel in general

I stayed on 03-05/may, which is Polish looong weekend, as i booked only few days earlier, the first thing that struck me was that they had any openings in the first place and what furthermore in relatively low price. The hotel is situated in close proximity to everything in Wroclaw, on top of that public transportation is just across the street. The room - suite - was simple but very spacious, bright and clean, likewise the hotel in general, room included lcd, kettle, computer (!!) wifi. I enjoyed panoramic windows a lot! Great view on Odra riverside. Hotel's amenities are simple and limited to basics however you have a mini gym, nice pool and fantastic sauna to your disposition. All incl. Icing on the cake was a delicious breakfast, comprising among others of traditional hot buffet - eggs, sausages and great continental variety. All in unbeliveable low price. This hotel is not a top quality however it is defiinitely one of the best price-to-value ratio i stayed in. It is a yes-yes! great job

Quality Hotel in wroclaw poland

Make sure they give you the bed you payed for. The gym and pool and sauna were closed all day and opened in the afternoon on new years Eve. The restaurant closed also. I left my new shoes at the Hotel and when I called the Hotel they said they didnt find anything.

Good modern hotel with good service. We were glad for the underground parking, given the rumoured high car theft in Poland. Though for some reason we had to ask twice before they admitted they had underground parking. There is nothing much in the immediate area save for a fair-sized late-night mini mart next door, but there is a bus out front that will get you to the old town in around 15 minutes.

Ok, you can't expect this hotel to be the same as a 5 star hotel, its a 3 star hotel. The room is small but comfortable and clean. Everything you need are inside; including shampoo and everything. Bed is comfortable. Even have computer so you don't need to bring much. Staff are very friendly and most speaks Engligh. If there is one thing I have sort of a complain is the restaurant. Its a 3 star hotel with a restaurant of 5 star pricing. If they can expand their menu to include something like sandwiches that would be nice since there are no restaurant anywhere near the hotel.

Gammelt hotel, men dejlige store værelser for familie med 2 børn….
Vil ikke anbefale at spise morgenmad på hotellet, da man bliver mødt op af en meget sur dame der kun er intresseret i at blive færdig med sit arbejde og gå hjem. Morgenmaden var meget mangelfuld og man får en fornemmelse af at man slet ikke er velkommen.

Przyjemny pobyt za fantastyczną cenę

Pobyt w hotelu za świetną cenę w stosunku do jakości. Czysty pokój, wygodne łóżko, miła obsługa, wydajna wentylacja. W pokoju jest wszystko czego trzeba oprócz czajniczka, który widać na niektórych zdjęciach. Przystanek autobusowy tuż obok wejścia. Przystanek tramwajowy po drugiej stronie skrzyżowania. Hotel świetnie skomunikowany z centrum miasta. Jedynym minusem są cienkie ściany przez które bardzo dobrze słychać co dzieje się u sąsiadów. Ogólne wrażenia - pozytywne z plusem.

L’hôtel est très propre mais mal insonorisé. Nous avons entendu les gens d’à coter parler jusqu’à tard. Les rêveuses du bar sont peu souriante et lorsque j’ai demandé un verre propre elle m’a regardé avec beaucoup de froideur.

Es ist das, was man für den (billigen) Preis erwarten kann. Ein Zimmer in guter Anbindung ohne erwähnenswerte extras, welches das Hotel herausstechen lässt.
Zwischenzeitlich gab es leichten Geruch aus dem Abfluss, jedoch war dieser nur kurz ein Problem. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich, das Hoteleigene Restaurant bietet gute und leckere Speisen, jedoch ist das Frühstück sein Geld nicht wert, hierfür lässt sich in einem Cafe in der Innenstadt billiger und besser frühstücken.

Am Preis für 210€ für 8 Tage gemessen, ist es das was man erwarten konnte, aber keinesfalls eine luxuriöse Unterkunft.

basen powinien chyba być już dawno wyremontowany, bród wszędzie i do tego smród!!!! Pan ratownik tłumaczy to tym, że wybija szambo, ale \"hotel o tym wie, ale nic z tym nie robią\". To może należy go zamknąć, bo nie wiem czy by przeszedł kontrole sanepidu. O godzinie 8:15 na śniadaniu pani oznajmia, że nie ma już pieczywa tostowego, a w podgrzewaczu zostają trzy połówki parówek cienkich..... kawa (porządna), a nie ten wywar w samowarze, nazwany \"kawą\" dodatkowo płatna. Obsługa bez uśmiechu.

Zu Eng das Doppelzimmer!

Mit unseren Koffern, haben wir am Hotel Eingang ca. 5 - 6 Treppenstufen steigen müssen, nichts mit Barrierefreiheit.
Auf dem Doppelzimmer, was schon als Einzelzimmer kaum durchgehen könnte war es nur Eng!
Gar keine Möglichkeit einen Koffer abzustellen, geschweige von 2 Koffern mit Kulturtasche, Schuhen etc....
Ein Sofa haben sie irgendwie reinbekommen, aber keine Chance diese zu benutzen, Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen.

Ich bin nur 1,78m und 90 Kg, aber auf die Toilette habe ich nicht gepasst, zwischen 2 Wände sind eine Duschkabine und die Toilette ist links bündig mit der Wand montiert, also ist meine linke Seite an der Wand, von der Schulter bis zu den Knien an der Wand.

Pokoj byl pěkný, s novým moderním vybavením. Okna sice nebyla otevíratelná, ale klimatizace fungovala dobře, takže to nebyl problém. Co nás však znechutilo, byly odporně páchnoucí ručníky. Po prvním dni jsme je dle instrukcí vyvěšených v koupelně nechali ležet na podlaze, doufaje ve výměnu za hygieničtější kusy. Přestože jsme měli na klice cedulku s žádostí o úklid pokoje, ničeho takového jsme se bohužel nedočkali a po večerním návratu byl pokoj v naprosto stejném stavu, jako když jsme jej opouštěli, včetně ručníků na podlaze. Následující ráno během přípravy na odchod z hotelu na nás klepala pokojská s tím, že nám uklidí buď teď hned anebo vůbec, protože později už nebude mít čas. Snažila se nám přitom vecpat do pokoje, což jsme pochopitelně odmítli a požádali tedy alespoň o výměnu ručníků. Tím jsme si však příliš nepomohli, jelikož nové páchly stejně jako ty původní. Ani po opětovném vyvěšení cedulky, že chceme uklidit, se úklid nekonal. Recepční byly nepříjemné a totálně nás ignorovaly. Hotel je celkově pěkný a udržovaný, v dobré lokalitě blízko MHD, dokonce má bazén, který jsme nevyužili. Pozitivní dojem bohužel silně kazí přístup personálu, což je škoda.

Wszystko super ekstra, jak co pobyt w tym hotelu. Lecz mam uwagę co do dużego okna przy TV w apartamencie - mogłaby być tam jakaś zasłona , ponieważ czuć się swobodnie tam nie można. Druga sprawa - basen hotelowy mógłby być troszkę dłużej otwarty. Poza tym mega polecam ten hotel :)

Готель склав враження не дуже хороше, своєї території практично нема, біля входу одразу територія KFC, дальше заправка і паркінг є недалеко, але він платний. За гроші, які вартує цей готель у передмісті Вроцлава можна виняйняти на багато пристойніший готель при умові, якщо подорожуєте автомобілем. Номери маленькі і поюзані. Гадаю, що хостел у Вроцлаві можна знайти з кращими умовами і за менші гроші. Сніданок є, але готель гнітить на стільки, що не захотілось у ньому снідати. Просто переспатись і йти геть.

Comodo e ben collegato dai mezzi pubblici

Personale poco cortese totalmente indifferente, la pulizia nella camera si lascia molto desiderara. lenzuola bucate e rimane il dubbio se il copripiumino viene cambiato o no, entra molta aria fredda dalla finestra a pari cifra si trova di meglio.

Bardzo duźym minusem jest brak moźliwości otwarci czy uchylenia okna. Tska onformacja powinna być podana w opisie hotelu. Ono oraz rolety w nim wiszące b. brudne. Reszta adekwatna do 3*.

często podróżuje z moim niepełnosprawnym synem .nauczony przykrymi doświadczeniami z hostelami,pokojami gościnnymi korzystam tylko z zaufanych portali oferujących pobyty w hotelach z minimum trzema gwiazdkami .tak było i tym razem. brud jaki zastałem w tym hotelu przeraża .
moją dalszą współpracę z państwa portalem uzależniam od kroków jakie zostaną podjęte celem wyjaśnienia tej dla mnie przykrej sytuacji .

Brakowało nam w hotelu czystości pościeli i łazienki. Na poduszkach jakieś brudy niedoprane. Fu. Jak na trzygwiazdkowy hotel w takiej cenie nie jest źle, ale higiena powinna być tu priorytetem a nam jej brakowało. Pokoje bez okien da się przeżyć.

Pomimo drobnych niedogodności - POLECAM.

Podczas naszego pobytu mieliśmy zastrzeżenia właściwie tylko o czajniki, które były paskudne. Przepalone grzałki co skutkowało złym smakiem gotowanej w nich wody (taki plastikowo-spalony posmak) oraz basenu. Fakt, basen był, tylko nigdzie podczas rezerwacji nie było wspomniane że dla gości hotelowych będzie on czynny tylko z samego rana oraz późnym wieczorem, tylko dlatego że w ciągu dnia jest on czynny tylko dla gości z zewnątrz. Goście hotelowi są traktowani w tym przypadku jako klient basenu drugiej kategorii. Jeszcze kwestia telefonów. Ciężko było się połączyć z innym pokojem, a jak już się udawało to albo połączenie się zrywało, albo jeden z rozmówców nie słyszał drugiego. Ale to mały minus. Reszta w porządku, klimatyzacja super, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, lokalizacja także ok. Do centrum Wrocławia dojazd tramwajem trwał około 10 minut. W tej cenie polecam hotel.
